Huge shoutout to Fix Auto Palmdale for taking great care of my Tesla Model X. They replaced a valve in my air suspension, did my brakes and rotors at 170k miles, and later fixed my passenger mirror, driver-side weather stripping (goodbye wind noise), plus the lower splash shield and aero panel. Since I was paying out of pocket, they worked hard to save me money by finding used/leftover parts when possible -- and it came out way cheaper than Tesla. But the best part is the people. Everyone there is super friendly and actually cares. One employee told me it's the best place they've ever worked and they look forward to coming to work every day -- and honestly, you can feel that vibe. Great work, fair prices, awesome team. Everything was great. They did a fabulous job on repairing our vehicle. Looks new. But Alicia was rude. When we got there she was nice and helpful. But when we told her we are gonna look around (just because we have family that own a shop but they are 1 and half away) she did a 360 ripped up our info said she canceled our enterprise and told us we have like 2 minutes to let her know what we wanna do other wise she will have to set up a other appointment and we had to start from scratch okay so we decided within 2 minutes to just do it there. Then she says 'Well your gonna have to call enterprise yourself' okay understandable. A little hard to find, back side of the last building on La Quinta. Met by Alisha and Edgar who were polite and friendly. Came in for an estimate on minor trim repair. They fixed it on the spot. I enjoyed a cold water and comfy couch while I waited. I did have the replacement part with me but so glad I didn't have to return for the repair on another day. I spoke to Juan on August 9 reassuring me that he would call if there was any problems with my insurance and Safelite repair and I even call the next day confirming they received referral from Safelite. Today August 29 I called and was told by Patty there is no claim nor do they know anything then spoke to Elisha left a message for Juan. Juan returned my call and says he has no information on my Tesla. Juan had my name and phone number and if I didn't call how long would this go on for? Juan is saying he needed my vin number, the referral from Safelite had vin number, phone number and my name! I would not recommend this place read more

I called and took my car in and the estimator looked at it and said they could fix it on a Monday and it should be done by Friday. Then I didn't hear from him for a week or more and I called back. He said he didn't get the supplemental amount from my insurance company. I called today and they said he's not with the company anymore. They said they have to tear my car apart before they can ask for a supplemental, and they wanted my money upfront. I asked to speak with the manager and I was on hold for quite a while, and decided to go somewhere else for repairs. I need an authorized Tesla repair facility and this is the only one in the antelope valley that's listed. I will go to Northridge to American collision Center who provided great service previously. read more

It took the shop a total of 3 days to complete the repair and they were very communicative with me about the entire process. They valued me as a customer and treated me very well. I was in and out very fast for a fair price even though in my mind I thought it was going to be an insane amount of money as most places have treated me unfairly in my opinion. The only other authorized Tesla body shop closer to my home was Patterson's Valencia but they had a two-month backlog. Fix Auto Palmdale was an hour's drive from my home but I'm so happy I made the drive. The service was top notch and the workmanship was superior. The workers at the front desk were extremely friendly and attentive. Service Manager Juan was always available via text/phone and fixed everything he promised and more. He even arranged to return my rental car to Enterprise Rental Car for me. My car was ready a day earlier and it sparkled! This place has very high standards for the quality of service they provide from start to finish and I'm so glad I chose them to start my estimate claim with, my car was towed in on Thursday and it took them only 24 hours to start the estimate and take a look at the car for the damages. By Monday I was able to know about the status of my car and what were the steps to take. Had my 2021 Passport repaired in August on the out side the repairs looked good but my sensor stopped working so I took it in to Honda thinking it was a warranty item. Rhett said it looked like a poor repair. Called geico and took it into their body shop once they pulled it apart they saw how poor the repair was they left broken clips the frame was bent a little.
