I had woken up one morning with a shattered rear window on our Honda Odyssey. Called around and looked up some places online for some quotes, and De Leon appeared to have the best price. Called and made a same day appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time and there was no one to help me at the front desk. No biggie, I had to wait for a bit until someone noticed that I was there. Once they took the car in, the work was done in a decent amount of time. Took around an hour and 45 minutes for them to install the new rear window. Got instructions for the after care and took the car home. Inspected the work and everything looked great. So far so good, and I haven't had any problems or issues. I took my vehicle to this glass repair company for what should have been a routine job. However, when I got my car back, it was not functioning the same way it was before I dropped it off. There were clear issues that only started after they worked on it. Instead of taking accountability, the shop is now trying to wash their hands of the situation by claiming my car had a pre-existing issue. That is simply not true--my car was working perfectly fine before I brought it in. To make matters worse, when the insurance claim was filed, the company told the insurer that they had already informed us of the issue prior to doing the repair. That is completely false. We were never told anything of the sort. After following up with Toyota, we were told that the problem is related to a bad calibration--something that directly points back to the repair work they did. This isn't just frustrating; it's dishonest and shows a lack of responsibility for the work performed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects professional and honest service. read more

Got a chip on my windshield about a quarter size. After asking many window repair places in the AV, they said they couldn't fix it due to the size and location. So I brought it here and they did disclaim that the whole windshield could crack, but it didn't they were able to fix it and did an amazing job. Saved me 520 dollars on getting a new one. Honestly not sure how I feel about this place, the workers are friendly and seem happy to help, but overall not really happy that they scraped up my car with out telling me! I came in to get my rear drivers side window fixed after my car got broken into and came here based off the reviews and pricing. It was suppose to just be a one day repair but they ended up breaking a screw they needed to take out to fix the window mechanism so I needed to bring my car back in later in the week. Wasn't super happy to hear that since I had to take time off work and pay for more Ubers to come back and forth. But overall they seemed to know how to fix it and there was no worry about extra charges. Picked up my car the second day, they said they fixed the screw and the window is working well. I got in my car, tested the window a few times from the drivers seat, window went up and down good so I left happy that the whole things was done and fixed. I got it fixed a week ago and haven't really opened my back driver door since it got broken into. However, today I opened that door while cleaning my car and noticed a huge scratch that wasn't there before I took it in to get fixed! I tried to think if there was anywhere/anything else I could have gotten this scratch from but I know it's brand new since I've only had this car for a year or so:/ Disappointed I didn't open the door when I picked up my car, definitely don't think I should have paid full price or just feel like I should have received some kind of compensation for them putting such a huge scratch in my car! This place is absolute garbage. I went in to have my rear window re set due to water leakage in which they butchered the defroster tabs . They tried to tell me that the rear defroster is unnecessary here in the AV, lol. I told them this is unacceptable, and after arguing with the owner he finally agreed to replace the rear glass. They installed obviously the cheapest glass they could find which turned out to be completely warped. It looks like a funhouse mirror. To make a long story short, they refuse to replace it because it's 5 days past their 30 day warranty, what a joke, buyers beware read more
