Great service overall thank you so much! My windshield broke Sunday and was fixed Monday!

I have used Chuy's several times in the past year, both for windshield replacement and power window regulator troubleshooting and replacement. They are great, consistent, affordable, knowledge and provide great value due to their low prices. I understand that some people might question their quality because they are located in a part of town that's near old shops and junkyards, but I completely trust them. They know what they are doing, they do it well, and I will use them again. Highly recommended even if they don't have a large new showroom or waiting room. read more

I was very impressed by Chuy's quick and timely responsiveness to my concerns--my window on the driver's side suddenly would not go up or down. He quickly evaluated the problem for no charge, and told me where to get a window regulator and the information I would need. I went to purchase a regulator, and they (amazingly enough) had one in stock for my 12 year old van! We went back to the shop, and he was able to take my van right in and put in the new regulator (it now works perfectly!); I didn't have to wait to get it repaired. I was impressed by how quickly he could help me. I then asked him questions about replacing the headlight covers, and brought to my attention a rather large 1" hole in one of the covers that someone else had drilled through one of the covers, and alerted me the problem that would occur if rain came in through the hole. I told him I wanted to replace covers, and he told me where to order them, and even offered to make sure I was purchasing the correct covers. Mr. Chuy explained everything clearly, and was a pleasure to meet and talk to. I have been to many mechanics over the past 40 years, and he was the most informative, articulate, and enjoyable mechanic I have interact with and learned from! He even offered a discount if I paid cash, which was very nice. I recommend Mr. Chuy to anyone needing help with the glass on their vehicle! Thank you, Mr. Chuy. read more

I've used Chuy's for several years now and I always send anyone I know that needs a replacement windshield to him. As many people that I have sent there and they all were pleased. I should get a discount on my next windshield... Jk... Excellent job chuy and crew!! Thanks a million..... read more

Chuy's Auto Glass came highly recommended from a friend of mine when I asked about her Safelite experience (not recommended) lol. Chuy and his crew are so friendly and professional. I hope I won't be needing to replace it again but if I ever do I'm definitely bringing it back to them. read more

Called Chuy out of boyfriend's and Tim Well's crew recommendation. My bf had his 2007 Chevy Colorado done a couple of years ago and he doesn't want me to get my glass replaced anywhere else so I made arrangements to have my windshield replaced on my 2012 Honda Civic. Paid half of the total cost so he can order the new glass and told me to come back Monday which is MLK Day. Came at 12:30pm, saw how his guys took everything apart and installed the glass, and he told me my car is done and its 1:48pm while there was 2 cars before me. He accepts cash and Zelle. Also, his team have a family/old school culture where everyone comes by to say hello. Don't let the location blind you from receiving great, fast, and affordable service. read more

Best price I found in the AV. Was able to do it same day. I recommend chuy's! Thanks again.

While driving to Nevada to be with my dying brother a small rock chipped my windshield. I called Chuy's Auto Glass and they stayed it will be 3-5 business days for the new glass to come in. I went in last week to have the new glass installed. They didn't have me leave car there at all and refused to give me a receipt. I let cat sit all weekend as my brother passed and we carpooled in my sisters vehicle back to Nevada. I have proof. I go to take my kids to school this morning and notice a huge crack in the same exact spot on the windshield. A 12 in crack. I immediately drove 3 blocks back to Chuy's Auto Glass in Lancaster trying to talk to them. They started yelling at me claiming I hit another rock. I said no it's been parked in my driveway all weekend. He refuses to give me my receipt or replace the glass. I called my credit card company on 3 way and "Juan" was very rude to her and said no we don't stand behind the auto glass at all. I've filled a dispute with my credit card holder. Please think twice before spending one dime here. They are unprofessional and improper alignment and installation of windshield. read more

Chuy's Auto Glass - Here's the new crack. Car was never driven since I picked it up from their shop a few days ago. - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Lancaster, California

Poor customer service and expect to be insulted. I tried to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced and the person who answered the phone was inpatient and rude. We both had trouble hearing each other's responses as our connection was muffled. When I asked him to repeat what he had said, he said "oh my god...you sound retarded" and hung up. They lost my business. read more

I just called for an estimate and when I mentioned I have insurance he hung up on me. When I called back to ask why he hung up on me, he stated that he does not deal with people with insurance, he only deals with people cash. He then used foul language and hung up again. Needless to say these people are very unprofessional. I would recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Lancaster, CA (877) 664-8932 read more
