One of the grimiest encounters I've had or seen at a repair shop, second only to videos on pornhub…read more I came in to get a supplemental on my car for collision damage on a Thursday . The "tech/owner" , let me know that the work that needed to get done will reflect the preliminary inspection estimate and that the normal process of reaching out to the adjuster for approval on rates and parts would be done . I asked for any fees associated with the supplemental and he said the insurance company would pay it . This guy , starts the process of the supplemental by taking the car apart and to determine the actual cost for the repairs . I called him twice following dropping off the car and to confirm that no repairs get done until I'm properly informed the following Monday ( A date they chose ) . Since most insurance companies are closed on the weekend and won't respond . He took upon himself to start the repairs before informing me what needed to get done, without insurance approval or what the inspector feedback was . Upon coming to the realization that he started the process without telling me , he mentioned the paperwork I signed when I left the car allows him to start repairs without my approval . Reading the UNFILLED out paperwork , Which does not include any of the work needed for repairs . To this day , the supplemental i asked for was not completed but they started to work on the car without my approval . They gave me back my vehicle in this condition: Not to mention , the icing on top they drove my car back with a flat rear passenger tire . That were just purchased 2 months prior to this . After pointless back and forth, with a person that believes being louder than the other person and speaking over them makes them right . They blessed me with the ability of taking my car . He repeatedly said "that he doesn't work for free. That they in fact don't want my business " Even though I asked if there was a fee for the supplemental prior to leaving my car . I was happy to pay a supplemental fee , if the outcome happened to be I didn't want to deal with repairs . He got greedy and wasn't happy after my reaction to seeing the state of my car . I reached out to the insurance adjuster, about the supplemental that he said was submitted Thursday the day I dropped off the car . He assured me that he did not receive any email or call about my vehicle and verified again while on the phone with me . Save yourself the headache , and take your car somewhere else. They'll start work that was not approved by the insurance to force you in a position to pay them or else face a lien . I was already dealing with the issues from an unlicensed driver hitting my car to begin with . Having this encounter was delightful to the add to the mix . I hope I can save other unsuspecting people from getting involved with these people . Like they said when I first met with them "word of mouth is how we get business ". Bet.

I'm one of those people that likes to review stuff that I love! However, auto body work is expensive and it's important you pick the right place first time around. I have mad respect for a business that will "own it" when they didn't deliver 100%, and will circle back around to make it right! Thank you Andre's Auto Body! Btw, LOVE the new manager. Great guy! I had my vehicle wrapped by Iconic Palmdale, and unfortunately my experience was very…read moredisappointing. Within one week of the installation, the wrap already had numerous defects and imperfections. It began peeling, there were areas where the paint underneath was visible due to damage, my door handles were left loose, multiple interior door panels were loose, and after getting my vehicle back, my rear windows no longer worked. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the quality of the workmanship--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I reached out to address my concerns, but the owner never personally called or texted me to discuss the issues or work toward a resolution. Because of that, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I requested a refund so I could have the wrap professionally removed and redone elsewhere, but my request was denied. This wrap was supposed to be the first step in a complete build for my car, but instead it delayed my entire project and left me dealing with problems that should never have existed on a one-week-old wrap. I also noticed that the business card I received appeared to have an incorrect or outdated address listed, so I would recommend verifying the business information before visiting. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. Being trapped in a car for one hour while dogs dismantle your car is not something I would wish on anyone. Luckily, my insurance recommended Telesis for the repairs and I couldn't have been happier. The work itself was very good; whole new bumper, tire, and other miscellaneous parts. The paint job was like new. And I really appreciated the communication from Telesis customer service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Value, of course, was good since my insurance covered the bill (except for the deductible of course. If you're the owner of those dogs, you'll be covering the deductible even if I have to see you in court.) The only issue for me was the distance from my home; but that couldn't be helped due to the location of the attack. Overall, very happy with Telesis. P.S. Research on the internet reveals that packs of dogs will attack a car as if it were prey. I'd hate to be in the clutches of this pack; I wouldn't be here right now. Luckily, animal control took all the dogs away due to aggressive behavior.
