These guys were the complete opposite. Got in touch with Alonso and right away he was responsive, clear, and gave me a fair, straightforward quote with no runaround. I was installing a pretty big 14" touchscreen, so I already knew it wasn't going to be the quickest job. Alonso kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. No guessing, no chasing for updates just solid communication the entire time. When I picked up the truck, everything looked clean and professionally done. No loose ends, no shortcuts. The head unit works perfectly no glitches, no issues, everything functions exactly how it should. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about doing things right. When I arrived I was greeted by Craig ( which is my name as well so it was easy to remember who helped me). I asked him about the different levels of liner that they provided and he is very knowledgeable about the product he sells. I agreed on one and set up an appointment for a few days later. While there we talked about other products he had as well as other options he would be able to get for my truck. The day arrived to take my truck in. I arrived first thing in the morning and dropped off the keys. A few hours later I received a call about a problem that had been discovered. The previous owner had spilled some heavy liquids or chemicals and made the metal uneven and required a heavy cleaning. It was an extra charge yes, but I appreciate he called to explain and even sent me pictures. I agreed and he continued on! It took about a whole morning and a bit of the afternoon for it to get finished! Let me say I am so happy with the finished product! Any other needs I will be going back to them!
