True story: in late September 2025, my car's front end was demolished by a pack of 10 dogs in the High Desert. And it was restored 100% by the good folks at Telesis Collision Center. Being trapped in a car for one hour while dogs dismantle your car is not something I would wish on anyone. Luckily, my insurance recommended Telesis for the repairs and I couldn't have been happier. The work itself was very good; whole new bumper, tire, and other miscellaneous parts. The paint job was like new. And I really appreciated the communication from Telesis customer service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Value, of course, was good since my insurance covered the bill (except for the deductible of course. If you're the owner of those dogs, you'll be covering the deductible even if I have to see you in court.) The only issue for me was the distance from my home; but that couldn't be helped due to the location of the attack. Overall, very happy with Telesis. P.S. Research on the internet reveals that packs of dogs will attack a car as if it were prey. I'd hate to be in the clutches of this pack; I wouldn't be here right now. Just look at my beautiful, new (looking) 12 year old car! After resisting the temptation to purchase a new vehicle, I decided my beloved little 2009 Honda Fit suits me just fine, and that, with a little maintenance and some TLC she'd serve me well for another 140,000 miles. In October of 2022, my flawless beauty of a Subaru Crosstrek was scratched on the driver's side passenger door by a shady local car wash. After fighting with the car wash for six months I turned the scratch into my insurance for repair. Telesis and Geico worked so closely together to fix my car that I barely had to be involved. Everything was taken care of and fixed in less than two weeks time. All I really had to do was drop the car off, pick up a rental car, and return a week later to pick up my "good as new" car. They did an amazing job fixing my car; matched the paint perfectly and didn't skimp on the repairs at all, they fixed it the right way. This car is one of the great loves of my life; Telesis revived her back to how she was before the scratch. Mike explained everything that was done when I picked up the car and I felt very heard, appreciated, and respected. Please make sure double check what they did because im having a problem with this body shop. I told them to replace my driver side fender but they never replace with new one. I've been meaning to update my review. Just a few short months after the minor fix to my car, it was clobbered in a parking lot while I was on vacation and no note was left. I guess this is normal now. Took the car back to Telesis (because where else would I take it) and in a very short amount of time they got to work on the repairs. Once again the car was returned to me in a reasonable amount of time, in beautiful shape with the inside pretty close to having been detailed. While I hope this does not become a habit, I'm happy to have these folks number on my phone. read more

A year later one of the parts started acting up, we called, they took it back without a second thought! 300 miles they towed the car to get it back and working!! They are amazing, we would never go anywhere else! The manager is amazing! The receptionist is awesome! DISCLAIMER: My review is based upon extra services provided by Telesis and not actual repair work. I was involved in a collision late July and, of course, the free rental replacement while my car was being fixed was enticing. They tout it on every listing I've seen from them like they are doing you a favor. They advertise it that way "free rental while car is being fixed," but it's not really that simple. Enterprise does come and pick you up, but basically they just cut out the process of shopping and choosing your own rental company. This becomes problematic for those who have never been in an accident and are dealing with a situation like this on their own for the first time. They claim they are making the process easier, but really have just added more stress and headache in the long run. I went in and they were a little too eager for my business--I was approached by multiple employees doing their best to gain my business. Friendly, but as stated above, a little too eager to not raise my suspicion. When I first asked how the rental car situation works, they stated that they had an "agreement with Enterprise." And that was all. I asked again later, thinking it sounded too easy and they stated "we take care of everything." In the subsequent days, I called periodically to see if work had began on my car, but they always stated that they were waiting to hear from the insurance. Eleven days later, my car ended up being a total loss by my insurance co. and I was notified by my insurance to remove the car from their lot. Telesis charges the insurance company for every day it is left on site, so it makes sense that they did not want to contact me to let me know what the status of my car was. Insurance came and towed the car to their salvage lot and that was that. It's late August now and I just received a letter from insurance stating that they will not cover the entire rental charges as they only cover $20 a day under my plan. Obviously, I am a fault for being ignorant of my insurance's rental policy. Although still reeling from the trauma of the wreck, I should have paid more attention, asked more thorough questions and been clear on my insurance coverage before proceeding with a company that was itching at a chance to get some money. Where I fault Telesis is that they should have been more upfront and honest. They basically lured me in with the promise of a "free" rental and would have said anything to gain business when really all they do is tell Enterprise to bill to the insurance. They took advantage of someone who was distraught after a traumatic event and did not explain everything in full detail as a responsible and professional business should. If you go through Telesis, make sure you have comprehensive rental coverage and ask thorough questions if you plan on using their "free rental" service. read more

the only issue I had was that they were done about a week sooner than expected and the app didn't let me know - It still showed the original time estimate so I could have had my car sooner - I hate rentals and canceled events so I wouldn't have to drive it. Do not go to Telesis if you are referred to them by your insurance, from my recent experience they work to please the claims adjuster and not you ( the customer). As the gentleman with the pony tail stated to me after I inspected the work on my car, " the adjuster is the boss" he claimed. That is grossly wrong, you, the customer, are the boss! So do not allow them to give you back your car with noticeable issues just because it has already been inspected by the claims adjuster, remember that it is your car and you pay the insurance company for the service. I was told my car was ready on 7/21/15, after I inspected the car, I noticed a lot of issues with the hood alignment. Brooke, the lady at the front, said that "if you have never noticed, cars are not aligned properly so there is not a lot of precision." I tried to hold my laughter in, but it soon turned in to anger as it seemed that she wanted me to just drive off with the car and the mentioned issues. Fortunately, after I provided a reasonable argument to my insurance company along with pictures detailing the issues, they fixed it and I got the car back on 7/29/15. This was my first time dealing with a hit and run on my 2015 4runner and I got to say that Telesis made my experience nothing but the best. I had contacted another auto body shop that had great reviews for their customer service but they completely neglected any of my insurance's requests. When I decided to call Telesis, they took my info and got me set up with an appt right away. My appt. didn't take very long and I was able to drop my car off the same day. The turn around was faster then I was told which was a plus since I had a rental. I was able to pick up my car that was washed and detailed on the outside which was a nice surprise. Had a fender bender and this shop was recommended through the auto insurances certified shops. They did a quick and excellent job. The paint match was very accurate and was brand new. Lifetime warranty as long now as you own the vehicle. They even washed and vacuumed it! Customer service was great and everyone was friendly.
