Great job doing a basic cleaning on our cars. One definitely needs a deep cleaning, but you can barely tell now - ha. They spent all the time needed to make both cars shine like new, and we didn't even have to leave home. Scheduling them was very easy, and we're definitely going to use them again! read more

661 DTW - 2023 Wrangler 4xe fresh tint - Auto Detailing Near Me - santa clarita, California

I found this business on Yelp. And to be honest I was a little skeptical of the perfect reviews it got. But, I had no reason to worry. Ivan was the absolute best. I got my Mini convertible detailed and tint. His price was completely reasonable. I needed to get my car back by a certain time and I felt bad having to do that. When it was done it looked amazing!!! He said if he had a little more time there was a couple a stains he wanted to work on. Professional and a perfectionist. Just the kind of guy you want to work on your car! He's going to come to my house next week and finish the last little bit. No extra cost. Incredible. Who takes pride in their work like this anymore? Not many. I need the stripes redone on the hood. I'll be calling him to do it. Keep this guy working! Call him. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Ivan! read more

I followed up for a detail on my birthday, he completely flaked and never responded till day after. Even recommended him to a friend and ghosted them. Very disappointing read more

It is my moral obligation to warn potential customers of this shop. I dealt with a guy named Jose C. I contracted him to do a chrome delete to my model x which he claims to know he can do. He insisted on dropping off my vehicle as early as i can to finish it in two days. I rearranged my work and errand schedules to accomodate him. two days in, he said he needed more time. i can tell he wasnt working on it all day bec my car notified me of activities happening towards the end of day only. i dropped it off friday at 730am and happily extended the work til sunday morning. Sunday morning came and he texted me that he doesnt know how to finish the job. he claims he is not familiar how to do the rest of it. he told me to pickup my car, unfinished and will not charge me for the rest of the work after collecting a $300 deposit. Thanks? he stopped responding to my text and left my car key in a planter by his front door. how professional was that? Please stay away from this shop. It became evident he isnt skilled enough and has poor customer service. if you see me on the road with an unfinished chrome delete work, pull me over and ill show you our text exchanges to prove that the half-ass chrome delete job wasnt my choice. he also left a deep scratch on my car. ‍ read more

I found these guys right here on Yelp and primarily used them because they happen to operate very close to my house. They came out right away and gave me a detailing quote on my Prius (i was getting it ready to be sold) - great price and they went to work the next morning. They did a great job and were meticulous in getting all the details cleaned up. I never saw my car look so clean! I highly recommend these guys! read more

Owner is very friendly and responds to you quickly. Antonio did an amazing job on my VW Jetta, it had bad water spots that he was able to get them out completely, as well as a small stain on my passenger seat. My car looks brand spankin new - absolutely stunning. Thank you!!! read more

I asked Ivan to come out to my house do an estimate on two older jeeps that needed detailing. Each vehicle needed a thorough clean inside and out. Ivan and his team did a fantastic job including detailing the engine bay on each vehicle and the price was completely reasonable for the quality of work they do. I'll won't hesitate to call 661DTW in the future. Thank you 661DTW read more

I am very happy that the previous Yelp reviews were accurate. Ivan Cervantes is just terrific. Tireless, detail-oriented, polite, smart, experienced, and gives you more than your money's-worth. The kind of guy who keeps his word: if he gives you a price, that's the price no matter if turned out to be a much-tougher (and longer) job than he anticipated. He took a really bad-looking Jeep that was filthy inside and out, with stained seats and carpet, lots of oxidation and scratches in the paint, very dirty engine compartment, and made it look a thousand percent better! Amazing. It's a completely different car now. He has the tools and knows exactly what's needed to clean, restore, and preserve everything in and on a vehicle-- interior, exterior, lights, paint, fabric, leather, plastic surfaces, you-name-it. And his price was easily 30% less than the next guy. Ivan was sensitive to our timeframe ("Can you come NOW?"), and delivered beyond his promise. I will positively use him again and highly recommend him to anyone I know-- or don't know. read more

Hands down the best service and highest quality anywhere. Stop wasting time and call these guys already! If I could give 10 stars I would. Attention to detail is their secret weapon. Literally will comb your floor mats for microscopic dust to make sure they are truly clean. If they sold stock in their business I would invest my entire life savings into it. That's how good the work is. Unbelievable! read more

Service was incredible! First of quick response to my request here on Yelp! Gave me a two hour window when to expect them. The wonderful Antonio washed and detailed my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and did an INCREDIBLE JOB! Price is affordable and reasonable especially for their lovely work. You can tell he cared because he took his time and was very thorough! I've had not so great experiences where mobile retailers are trying to hurry up and get to thee next client so they don't do a very good job on your car but this company is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! I highly recommend them! And if you can ask, ask for Antonio, he does INCREDIBLE WORK! read more

I'm so happy I found this detailer! From the minute I requested a quote from Jose he was super fast and beyond nice! I knew this was a great match. The price was beyond reasonable. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning. You can't beat that kind of service. Antonio came out to do the detail. He's a super sweet man. He did a phenomenal job. We can't be happier. We will have him come back out and do the exterior next. We plan on having the other two cars detailed as well. I love that they are mobile. This is for sure my detailer for life! Thank you guys so much! read more

Ivan and Alex two very professional gentlemen accommodated my last minute request for a full detail (inside and outside) on our 2013 pathfinder. There were lots of scratches, scuff marks and oxidation. These two gentlemen worked very hard to make sure the car looked very nice at the end of the process. They made recommendations which I will take into consideration next time around. What I was most impressed was their level of service in detailing the vehicle and their professionalism in servicing the customer. I highly recommend their service to anyone. I only write reviews if they were super amazing or extremely bad, so this business is definitely deserving of its five stars it has. I had to have my car seat covers installed because I didn't know how to do it, and Jose was super professional from beginning to end -- price was reasonable, he worked so hard to make sure the seat covers were secure, and made sure to explain his process to me so I didn't have any concerns. We bought seat covers that were too big, but Jose worked really hard to make sure they fit as best they could. You can tell it's important to him to make sure we are happy with the results.
