I found this business on Yelp. And to be honest I was a little skeptical of the perfect reviews it got. But, I had no reason to worry. Ivan was the absolute best. I got my Mini convertible detailed and tint. His price was completely reasonable. I needed to get my car back by a certain time and I felt bad having to do that. When it was done it looked amazing!!! He said if he had a little more time there was a couple a stains he wanted to work on. Professional and a perfectionist. Just the kind of guy you want to work on your car! It is my moral obligation to warn potential customers of this shop. I dealt with a guy named Jose C. I contracted him to do a chrome delete to my model x which he claims to know he can do. He insisted on dropping off my vehicle as early as i can to finish it in two days. I rearranged my work and errand schedules to accomodate him. two days in, he said he needed more time. i can tell he wasnt working on it all day bec my car notified me of activities happening towards the end of day only. i dropped it off friday at 730am and happily extended the work til sunday morning. Sunday morning came and he texted me that he doesnt know how to finish the job. he claims he is not familiar how to do the rest of it. he told me to pickup my car, unfinished and will not charge me for the rest of the work after collecting a $300 deposit. Thanks? he stopped responding to my text and left my car key in a planter by his front door. how professional was that? Please stay away from this shop. It became evident he isnt skilled enough and has poor customer service. if you see me on the road with an unfinished chrome delete work, pull me over and ill show you our text exchanges to prove that the half-ass chrome delete job wasnt my choice. he also left a deep scratch on my car. ‍ read more

I am very happy that the previous Yelp reviews were accurate. Ivan Cervantes is just terrific. Tireless, detail-oriented, polite, smart, experienced, and gives you more than your money's-worth. The kind of guy who keeps his word: if he gives you a price, that's the price no matter if turned out to be a much-tougher (and longer) job than he anticipated. He took a really bad-looking Jeep that was filthy inside and out, with stained seats and carpet, lots of oxidation and scratches in the paint, very dirty engine compartment, and made it look a thousand percent better! Amazing. It's a completely different car now. He has the tools and knows exactly what's needed to clean, restore, and preserve everything in and on a vehicle-- interior, exterior, lights, paint, fabric, leather, plastic surfaces, you-name-it. And his price was easily 30% less than the next guy. Ivan was sensitive to our timeframe ("Can you come NOW?"), and delivered beyond his promise. The wonderful Antonio washed and detailed my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and did an INCREDIBLE JOB! Price is affordable and reasonable especially for their lovely work. You can tell he cared because he took his time and was very thorough! I've had not so great experiences where mobile retailers are trying to hurry up and get to thee next client so they don't do a very good job on your car but this company is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Ivan and Alex two very professional gentlemen accommodated my last minute request for a full detail (inside and outside) on our 2013 pathfinder. There were lots of scratches, scuff marks and oxidation. These two gentlemen worked very hard to make sure the car looked very nice at the end of the process. I only write reviews if they were super amazing or extremely bad, so this business is definitely deserving of its five stars it has. I had to have my car seat covers installed because I didn't know how to do it, and Jose was super professional from beginning to end -- price was reasonable, he worked so hard to make sure the seat covers were secure, and made sure to explain his process to me so I didn't have any concerns. We bought seat covers that were too big, but Jose worked really hard to make sure they fit as best they could. You can tell it's important to him to make sure we are happy with the results.
