Was a pleasure working with Joe. Setting up the appointment was very easy through phone call and texts. Had a small dent barely noticeable on my lexus rx350 but had purchased dent insurance when I bought the car so figured I'd try getting it fixed. Met Joe a few days later at parking lot. He was 15 mins early to our appointment. He quoted me 1 hour job but finished the work before I could even finish grabbing our coffees! He even cleaned the adjacent wheel panel that had some light scratches which I can barely tell was even there. Very nice guy, straight forward, no BS. Would you like to save a fortune.. I would park way out in the north 40 to avoid door dings in parking lots. Until I found out about "Dent Masters" Joe has come out and repaired small dings in almost "all" my cars..Wow!! You can "never" tell where the dents where at.!! On the uploaded photo, there was a crease below the tailgate handle (3"), caused by me opening the tailgate with a trailer attached..You cannot even tell where it was at. One of my employees was twirling a lock and hit the hood of my Cadi..after the repair we were talking about how you could not see where the damage was..in fact I informed my employee that it was 1/3 up the hood on the passenger side...he said it was on the "driver's" side 2/3 of the way up...we placed a small bet ($1000) and immediately called my wife who had seen the damage the day before..I was right. That is how awesome the repair was. (on a lighter note I forgave the $1000 my employee owed me). While he was there he fixed another dent in the hood that I had forgotten about. Both dents were fixed in such a way that you couldn't tell they were ever there. Pretty much a scam business. Very poor work and deceptive practices. Mostly uses a can of spray paint over scratches and dents. No noticeable prep work at all. Then smears the repair with Turtle Wax and says don't remove until following day to allow paint underneath to cure. This allows the guy to collect money (cash) without the customer being able to examine the finished product. Business is mobile and they seem to prey on older people who the business owners look for in business parking lots (such as a bank). Avoid these rip off artists! read more
