Where to even begin...Alright, so my vehicle (just purchase used from Toyota) had gotten rear ended. After jumping through all the hoops for the insurance company, I decided to bring the vehicle here because a friend recommended them to me. Well, it wasn't the largest most complicated body work I've dealt with so I didn't think it was a big issue. Dropped the car off and waited for the call. About a week later I get a call that it's ready so I drive down (from Torrance to Long Beach) to pick it up. Well, after waiting for them to bring it out, I am told that it is indeed not ready...because the paint is messed up. I have a look at the paint is all pimply and bubbly. This time they say that they'll deliver the vehicle to me. After another week, they call to tell me by 2pm the vehicle will be delivered. At 4:30pm I was calling asking where it was...Driver eventually shows up, and the Truck's dirty, my tailgate lock they removed was put on half ass and busted looking, there were still imperfections in the paint, and there were SCRATCHES that weren't there prior to the accident! So I took the truck back, they agreed another poor job had been done. They say they'll take care of me and deliver the truck again. I told them at this point I need a vehicle so they set up a rental car. Another week later they drop the truck off, and when I get out there's new scratches where there weren't before the last time. Repeat New Scratches from a week prior. They wanted to take it back, I said no thanks. At this point, I feel like if I took it back, it may very well come back worse than it is now. I think I'll just take the hit and go to a different body shop... The only thing I can say is George is a very nice guy, but god damn they have to have the most incompetent people working in the back there. read more

I was directed to Caliber as a preferred repair center by my insurance company. It was fairly close to my house, so much so that they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. I truly love my car and was worried she would not be the same. I picked her up today and Caliber did a great job. They used all OEM parts, as Steve Hernandez, who handled my claim, got the dealer to match the price of aftermarket parts. Steve and his team convinced my insurance company to replace a part they were originally denying as related to the accident (a noise that started right after the impact). The paint looked perfect. They even fixed some imperfections from a repair of parking lot dings I had previously done elsewhere. I would go back to Caliber again without hesitation. Steve even offered to have someone come pick me up when my car was done. I could not be happier. read more

After getting hit, I came in not knowing where to even begin and Dafny there was great help! She took her time to explain the process and answered my multiple questions. When my dad had questions in Spanish, I was also surprised she's bilingual. I was always able to call and ask for an update and she would talk to me every time. In such terrible situations, it's nice to have a friendly face to help out and Danfy was the one. Would definitely recommend her there. read more

When a local branch of a corporate body repair shop acted like a mom 'n' pop, that made me very, very happy. My beloved 11-year-old vehicle had been showing its age for a long time, and I didn't want to purchase a new car. I went to a couple of local places, and I watched saliva drip off the vulpine fangs of the estimators as I told them what I wanted. Not having a clue about what to look for, I asked a friend's husband, who's a manager of an auto parts and services store. He recommended Caliber Collision on Willow because, he said, he'd heard good things about them. He added that they give plastic surgery to dealerships' previously owned vehicles, which need to look really good. So off I went. I was quoted a price that was indeed lower than those of the Big Bad Wolves' prices and promised that it would be ready by the middle of the following week. Rey, the person who did the estimate and I suppose was the overseer (told you I don't have a clue) called a couple of days earlier than I expected. I went over about an hour before closing time and sure enough--there it was. The car looked gorgeous and had been washed inside and out. There were a couple of scratches that Rey said couldn't be buffed out. When I suggested a discount, he discussed it with his superiors and gave me a good one. OK, here's where the mom 'n' pop comes in. When I got out my wallet, I found that I'd left my credit card and driver's license in another purse (I'd gotten a ride over, so I wasn't actually breaking any laws). They couldn't take a check--I had no ID and they didn't know me from Angelina Jolie. OK, maybe they did, but they were so nice about it. I was stuck there, and Vidi, the accountant (I think), said that someone could drive me home. I suggested that I could grab the items I needed if they didn't mind so close to closing time--or after, for that matter. They readily agreed. It got so quiet for a moment that you could hear a jaw drop, and it was mine. Vidi (who's an excellent driver in this large truck) drove me the 15 minutes, waited for one minute for me, and drove me back. We had a great talk and chatted like old buddies. Rey was equally wonderful--I apologized for their trouble. They didn't act as if it were a trouble. I highly recommend this branch! read more

After getting hit by a drunk driver the worse news to hear after that is that the insurance is only going to pay for AFTERMARKET parts to put on your brand new car. I was devastated, and angry at the world - I called Caliber Collision since they were my dealers authorized collision center got a quote from Jorge who I must say is the MOST helpful guy in the WORLD!!! He kept asking me if I had any questions - so that I understood every step of the way - HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I needed to know. He made sure I had a ride home - and when I saw him at Nissan dealer a couple days after dropping off my car to him (I was picking up my rental) he came up to me, said hello, and gave me an update on how my car was doing. He didn't have to do that, but he did. that made me felt like "Woah, these guys have great cust service." My car came out great, thanks Jorge for restoring the rhythm of my life. 5 stars! read more

Mun is an excellent technician! We took our vehicle for repair, and after having it for a week I noticed something was off. We brought it back to Caliber collision. Mun looked at it and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the muffler in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

There was an attempted break in on my car which left me with shattered glass on the driver side door, a completely destroy lock on the driver side door, and a broken fuel tank door. Fortunately, the burglars weren't able to get into the car at all. I took my car into Caliber Collision as a recommendation from my insurance company and I'm sure glad I did. From the first getting from Christina to the consistent communication with Ulysses and Carlos.... They made the repair process extremely painless. Everyone of them were not only do professional, but also very welcoming. The repairs were done fantastically and quickly. I will not hesitate to only use them again (if necessary) and also would recommend them to all. They are so good I would even recommend them to my mother. read more

I was referred by West Coast Toyota to this repair shop. They are busy but the front desk was attentive and efficient. Jessica was the estimator who helped me. I must say she was pleasant, efficient and went above and beyond to tend me and my vehicle. She promptlt followed up with the estimate via email as promised. Ultimately, the decision to repair is not mine but my brother's but I would definitely choose this establishment based upon the service I received. Thanks so much Jessica and staff! Your customer service is awesome and keep up the great work. read more

They had me vehicle for a week and I still hadn't heard from them. I had to contact them for the status of my vehicle. I was told they were still waiting for prices but they should have them the day I called them or the next day for sure. Still no contact. I had to contact my insurance company for them to follow up on the status. We did a three way call only to be told the car was totaled. It took them about two weeks to determine this. Lack of customer service. I have good service at other locations but will not use the Long Beach location again. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Shall I offer my business to Caliber Collision on Willow. I recently took my Honda CR-V into Caliber for a simple estimate as someone had run into my passenger door while I was visiting LB Veterans Medical Center. They took 7 days to diagnose this simple repair. Then they said the job was too small and yet because of prior damage they would not guarantee the work. So they left me with a 7 day car rental bill I had to pay. I'd suggest to all beware of this Caliber Collision. Especially if your looking for a simple repair job done well. read more

I noticed one day that the driver side of my car as well as the front bumper were scraped with dents. Since the AAA insurance inspector determined that both damages were done in two different times, Carlos, the store manager recommended me to not to use the insurance to cover the repairs, since my insurance deductible was large. In fact, the overall repairs that included the change of the entire front bumper and repairs & repainting of the rest of the car cost me only a slightly more than the cost of the two deductibles, i.e., it would have cost me a huge increase in my insurance premium in the future if I had used my insurance to cover these repairs for a very small amount of saving. Yes, they, including the receptionist who arranged a rent-a car, the repair coordinator and the overall manager are very professional and friendly. Of course, my old 2014 Camry Hybrid now looks like a brand new car!! I recommend this body shop to anyone !!. Henry N. read more

I took a used car that I had just purchased into the shop because a panel on the rear passenger door was loose and seemed to be off a hinge. They took my car and did an inspection of the issue. At first, they thought it would take some parts and a special kind of glue which would've cost over $200. I was prepared to pay it. However, they immediately called me back saying that it was just a missing screw. They got the part, fixed the door, and didn't charge me a single dime. Their professionalism and courtesy was so appreciated. I am definitely going to refer others to Caliber Collision. Special thanks to Ulysses who helped me out. And Christina and team for making my experience so easy and pleasant. I wasn't met with any attitude or disinterest of any kind. I felt very much like a priority to them from the moment I walked in. Thank you guys, and I hope you make it out stronger after this whole COVID craziness. read more

I only had my Toyota Prius Plug in for 6 months when I had a small but major to me accident. I choose Caliber to do the work on my car based on yelp and the the over the top customer service that greeted me at the door. Everyone there was polite and pleasent. I just got my car back and I am very pleased with the final product. However, my first inspection of my car was little concerning. I was 90% satisfied but not 100% satisfied. I was able point out to Eric (wins the best smile) the specifics of my concerns and he reassured me that they would be addressed. Everything was addressed and my car looks fantastic. I placed the car in there hands on a Monday and had it back seven days later. It was also a holiday weekend. They also have a relationship with Enterprise rental which made it very easy for pick up and drop off. Driving in style again D read more

Having a vehicle damaged is NEVER a good feeling. Body shop customers do not typically go in with the best attitudes. August 13th my vehicle was side swiped and I had to deal with the inconvenience of having my vehicle repaired while arranging alternate transportation. Nothing I would wish on anyone. Here is where Caliber Collision comes in to save the day! Edgar Navarro and in particular a gentlemen named Jorge provided the absolute BEST customer service possible! Rather than handing my job as just another file, Jorge arranged to preorder my parts so that it mitigated the amount of time my car was in the shop. Their professionalism and expertise are just 2 of the reasons I will be back if I ever need body work. Thank you Caliber Collision for making this difficult scenario...tolerable! If anyone asks where a good shop is...point them to Caliber Collision!!! read more

I had my car hear before, the pace is very small and when thay repaired my car, my shopping cart was stolen from the ttrunk of my car

Be aware! According to the really rude woman who greeted me as I walked through the door, you MUST have an appointment before anyone will talk to you. I explained that all I wanted was an estimate and some information. There were several employees in the office and no one could take a couple of minutes to talk to a potential customer? As I left she told me (in a very insincere tone of voice) to "have a good day". I was having a pretty good day until I met her. Also, plan on having frustrating time finding a parking place. They share a small parking lot with the Toyota dealer and there is a lot of traffic and nowhere for customers to park. read more

True professionals from start to finish. I was quoted a two week timeframe elsewhere and decided to try Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was at the right place. I have dealt with this facility before! Only problem is the awful parking with that Toyots dealership there!!! Difficult finding a spot to park, then dealing with the Toyota people advising them that I was NOT interested in buying one of their cars, in trying to leave I had to go yhrough the entrance/exit for Toyota with their employees complaining that I could NOT exit that way. Great job on my repair. Will deal with if I ever have an accident again!!! read more

Let me start off by saying my car was repaired and ready in 24 hours!! I wouldn't even have believed that was possible! I needed to have my rear bumper repaired from a parking lot accident, so after reading the reviews on Yelp I brought my car here for service yesterday morning. The front desk manager was very kind and attentive and explained to me the process of what to expect next. Brian serviced my car and he was the absolute best! Very patient and friendly, and it doesn't hurt that he is handsome! Most importantly, the work on my car was excellent, and I appreciate that they even they took the time to vacuum the inside of the vehicle and buff out a separate scratch on the front end of my car. This place is garbage. Our insurance set up an appointment for 7:30 am. We show up and the employee won't get off his desk and keeps telling me that they do not do appointments at 7:30 am to which I asked, then what am I doing here. He proceeds to not get up and state I'm turning my computer on. My wife then goes in to show him our confirmation text to be there at 7:30, and he then cuts my wife off, puts his hands up and tells her that he already told me they don't do appointments at 7:30. At this point I tell him to screw off to which the lady now gets up and starts putting her hands in our faces. The guy comes out apologizes and says he will do it. He then takes pitches of our car and begins to mark it all up and we sign paperwork. The guy comes out again and tells me how sorry he his, hugs me and shakes my hand, begging me not to call the manager on him. 4 hours later and after we thought out car was working some district manager calls and says he won't work on our car lol. This play is wAck. I guess customer service is dead read more
