They were on top of communication as soon as they received the insurance claim, keeping me updated on every single step of the process. I had to swing by to confirm some information and Pete was very helpful in providing me information like what exactly a catalytic converter does, what the repair process would look like, and he even let me see the underside of my car (safely)! My windshield broke 60 days after getting it replaced. They used an off-brand windshield that had a huge & ugly QR code in the bottom right corner so I'm not that mad it broke and I could replace it again. The service itself was very odd - I left my car there then got a call from the service tech saying he was on site and going to text me a link for where to submit payment that I had to complete before he started work. When you go to Safelite, you pay after the job is done and they show you their work even when you leave the property to come back so this was very strange. When I picked up my car there was still tape on the windshield and he placed my fast track sticker back on in the middle of the windshield (which I then had to scrape off before I could drive away). I also asked for a quote on getting scratches fixed and it took the receptionist over 2 weeks to get me a quote and then didn't even answer my follow up email. Terrible experience. Safelite is WAY better - from quality to service behavior. They have a nice reception area as well! read more

Amazing service! When I dropped my car off, I told the receptionist about the terrible time I had a few years ago at a different Caliber location. She told the manager who actually came out to introduce himself and ensure me that they would take care of me. That extra effort by both the receptionist and the manager was really impressive to me. They actually cared about my experience even though it was a different location that gave me an issue before. I was told my car would be done in two weeks, but they actually finished in less than a week! This shop turned a really stressful experience into a breeze. My wife had to come here twice, settling a case that rendered her first ever car to be totaled because some person drove into her when they barely took damage and my wife ended up losing the car. We had the option to have it repairing with them but the insurance was urging a total of the car given the make and model of the car, we got a good deal on it being totaled and sadly like a couple of weeks after, she gets into another accident with a brand new car and a person rear-ending her and speeding off but thankfully we caught the persons information to get him to pay for the damages here too. Oh, what an adventure I went on today! I swear the devil must be as happy as a cat who just had a bag of catnip! This repair shop went above and beyond in communication and helping me. This morning I picked up my car and headed to the library to return some overdue books and on the way there I stopped for coffee. As I came out of the coffee shop I tried to use my Key FOB to unlock my car but nothing happened when I pressed the unlock button. And instead of panicking I chose to call the repair shop ,and the mgr Alex said he would help, and he proceeded to call me an Uber to Best Buy to get a battery replacement and then he provided another Uber once I was finished. Their customer service and relations was way above board. And to top the whole adventure off... the Uber license plate had two sevens in it! Which means completion! So I owe this shop a huge amount of gratitude for staying right there with me thru all the struggles!
