I must especially mention Addison Gamo, the General Mgr, who kept in touch with me throughout the process and ensured that all my needs and questions were taken care of. He is so professional, prompt, and courteous that it was a pleasure doing business with him. Another plus: Chandler Auto Body sent me text messages to keep me informed of the progress and anticipated finish time. These were very helpful as it took several days for the work to be completed. The auto body work itself is superior. My car is a 7 year old black Passat and they matched the color perfectly. Before I picked it up, they detailed it beautifully INSIDE as well as out. My car looked and smelled like out of a showroom! Getting such great work and service took the sting out of the situation (having my car hit and damaged).. Rick, the owner, is a sexist, racist, (probably homophobic too) POS, SOB emotional toddler asshole prick who needs to retire asap! He absolutely berated my sister and I bc he refused to release my car after i paid the amount he told me to! He then locked us out of the shop bc he didn't want to talk. After the cops were involved and he agreed to release my car (only if I got a refund on my credit card and paid an extra $1300 in cash) he left town with my car keys!! And i And to wait there with my 2 kids for 2 HOURS. He is an entitled, spoiled, emotional, toddler. Absolute trash of a "human". (His dog was better behaved than he was). The rest Of the team however (Art, Dana, etc) we're absolutely great. So patient, understanding and kind. And did such great work with customer service as well as with my car. I feel bad they have to work for such a shithead. And it's too bad I won't return until i know that bitch of a man is gone! He doesn't deserve the great people he has working for him. My daughter and I were locked out of our car with the keys inside (Honda Fit - no wonder they stopped making them, it's a hassle to unlock) We were parked outside of Merchant Square - right next-door to caliber collision. I called, hoping there was a chance they could help us, even though they are a body shop. They walked over to help us without hesitation within minutes. Derek, Jay, and Art were so kind and willing to help in 90° weather. Eventually, Derek unlocked the car! He also brought over waters for me and my daughter, and let my daughter sit in his running vehicle with the AC on so she wouldn't overheat. I only had a little cash on me, and this heartfelt review, I can't thank them enough. These men have showcases their teamwork, their compassion for single mothers, and willingness to help their neighbors in need. My mother-in-law had to have her front bumper repaired for some minor damage. I was unable to go with her when she dropped her car off and was a little nervous she might be taken advantage of. She is 62 years old and doesn't know a lot about cars. Chandler Auto Body was recommended by the other guys insurance agency, that's why she chose them. I am pleased to say that her experiance was great!!! She was not taken advantage of at all. In fact, she was treated like she was Addison's (the general manager) mother-in-law. He explained everything in terms she understood and even went above and beyond. He not only repaired the bumper, but also did a couple of minor things and didn't charge her for the service. Now that's refreshing in this day and age, when someone takes care of a customer like they would like to be taken care of. I highly recommend Chandler Auto Body to anyone! I was hesitant on bringing my truck in for repair because I had read quite a few bad reviews. However the reviews were NOT based on quality of work and more of people complaining that the service was not completed when they expected. With todays economy and everything always on back order I disregarded the reviews and went anyway. I am SO GLAD I did!!! The staff was amazing, the place was super clean, my advisor (Terry) was so nice, funny, and all around great! He even knew who I was when I walked in the door to pick up my truck! I wasn't just another customer. The work performed on my truck is flawless, you cannot even tell they had to fix it. I received a CLEAN vehicle, they even cleaned the inside! I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely be back. I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY BY HOW WONDERFUL THE STAFF WAS. The work they do is incredible, but the way the staff appreciates their customers is beyond any standard out there. I had gotten into a wreck, and i'm young so I don't have an outstanding job, but they worked with me and made me feel like I was getting taken care of by the best ones for the job. Wendy and Brandon of CC communicated very well; they walked me through everything and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. They were also very friendly and they worked fast-- got my car within 17 days. Days later, I noticed there was a small issue with the passenger door lock. However, Brandon insisted I come that day or the next (whatever was convenient for me) and they would get me in for a 30 minute diagnosis. They took the car back and fixed it within 20 minutes or less, and I was on my way (no charge obviously b/c there's a lifetime warranty on the parts). I had the grill on my Nitro replaced at Chandler Auto Body this week. From our first visit to the shop, we received very professional and courteous service from Addison. Found him to be upfront, honest, friendly and professional. He went through the options available to us, allowing us to choose the one best suited to us at this time. The grill had to come out of Detroit and was here in a timely fashion. It was replaced promptly, it looked great, they even took the vehicle out for a car wash. We had just bought a new car, a Genesis G90, and had less than 1,000 miles on the odometer when a stationary object choose go get in the way. Totally in a funk. New car is now just a car... with all of the payments remaining. We took it into Chandler Auto Body because we had had a good experience with them on minor repair on our old car.
