We tried Cali Kabob tonight for the first time and we're hooked! The staff was so sweet and accommodating and everything was hot and delicious! My husband had the mixed plate Shawarma and it was so flavorful and fresh. My chicken kabob was tender and marinated perfectly. We also added on French fires and they were crisp and hot and so tasty! Dining room is super cute with a Cali Vibe ***Bonus they also have a drive thru which is such a plus! Definitely give this small business the love they deserve and give them a try! read more

Fantastic food, timely and affordable! We love Mediterranean food, finding new restaurants and making it at home! Thanks to the reviews on yelp I KNEW we had to make this our take out spot for this weeks meal. The ordering process was seamless the food was hot, fresh and ready for pickup! The flavors were out of this world! The Tzatziki was fresh and the balance between the dill and lemon was amazing, had great texture! The garlic spread was nice and bold and added some great depth of flavor! We got the chicken shawarma plate and the gyro plate! Great marinade on the chicken and the gyro was thick and plentiful. Both came on a bread of fluffy rice that was buttery and wonderful! The side salad was fresh and the dressing had a nice bite from the vinegar. The spicy hummus was to die for and the fries were cooked to perfection! This will defiantly be on our monthly rotation! They even have a drive thru for quick service! Have visited this location quite a few times with the fam. Everything we have orders so far has been great. My son is obsessed with the beef shawarma wrap (he goes there every day after school for it) and the spicy hummus is to die for!! Family owned which is a plus in our books. Absolutely Delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I had the Greek salad with chicken shawarma, my guests tried the burger (best in town!), the filet plate, beef. Did takeout of their Tuesday special of 2 wraps for $16. Got gyros wraps. They were thinner than others we've had but easier to eat being smaller. The pita was very tough to bite off and chewy. It chewed like stale old bread. The gyros meat was less than any we've had before, from one layer to three layers at the end. It was tasty though. The tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles were cut up into smaller pieces which was a first and I really liked it that way. The tzatziki sauce also was very good but a small container extra would have been appreciated. Their normal ones might be bigger with more meat. My DH was not a fan but I did enjoy the taste. read more

Ordered here for the first time and was not impressed. (Cons) The wrap was hard and it wasn't as tasteful - the french fries looked and tasted old. The shawarma mix wasn't seasoned as well. It was mediocre from the other Mediterranean food places in town. (Pro) The pita bread was good and warm and soft. So glad to find this place. After eating here a few times, I found out (from other reviews) that the owner is the son of the owner of Mr. Kabob, a place I used to frequent years ago until their quality took a dive. But I don't think they were that good to being with, I would just go there when I had a craving for Mediterranean. Cali Kabob is way better than that place ever was. I've tried the chicken kabob plate, beef kabob plate, shwarma mix plate, gyro wrap and falafel. All good, fresh and tasty. Salad was fresh, meat was cooked well, spicy hummus tasty. I don't want to jinx it, but I've eaten here maybe eight times so far and it's been very consistently good service and quality. I like that you can get a side of chili paste, which makes the meal a lot better IMO. One kind of nitpick, when you get the kabob To Go, it's not on a skewer. I really prefer it to be left on. Almost seems like something missing in the meal. Also, one other note - the pita bread is the thinnest I've ever seen. I actually much prefer this thin bread, I don't like to consume too much bread and I like the texture of the thin "crust". This place is worthy of business, so I will support them in any way I can. read more

Warm and friendly greeting as you walk in, the dining area is light and airy, very clean room. But all that's good, but we were there for the food. We weren't disappointed. We both got the chicken shawarma plates, I wish I would have gotten a picture before, cause it looked so good, and wish I would have taken a picture of after, cause it was an empty plate. They have a mix of Greek and American food. Gyro's, Kabob's, Salads, Chicken/Beef plates along with Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches and Fries. Everything seems to be made in house and tastes fresh.
