Went on a Monday night upon walking in liked the decoration it was very cute and clean. I didn't get greeted at all which is okay but one of the workers was on the floor using her phone. I've been to this coffee shop a few times recently and the staff has always been courteous and welcoming. But today's experience really stood out and made me want to leave a review. I had ordered a Thai tea and some food, found a table, and started settling in to get some work done. While bringing my food back, I accidentally knocked over my drink and spilled it everywhere. I felt terrible, but the staff was kind and reassuring, and quickly cleaned everything up without making me feel bad. With all the other milk tea places in the area, I've been fairly loyal to Caffe:in because of their green Thai milk tea. It tastes like a regular Thai tea with a kiss of jasmine green tea. The flavor has been consistent every time I've ordered it. Their popcorn chicken is also delicious. It kinda reminds me of TapEx's chicken from way way back when. Prices are reasonable. I usually order through Yelp/Grub Bub for pickup because they can get busy and this option doesn't include a service charge unlike DoorDash. Parking is also easy right up front. The parking lot has a shady reputation with Safeway being right beside Caffe:in and the Dollar Tree not too far away. The first time I came here was back in 2018, and I have been coming back since! My favorite items to order are the Creme Brûlée Toast and the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte.
