Their drinks are definitely on the sweeter side (and that's coming from someone with a sweet tooth), so be extra cautious if you're not a fan of sweet things or are looking for more of a coffee scent. The tables and working area are a bit cramped, but if you don't mind that - no problem. There are mostly small tables for pairs, a couple wider tables for 4 seats, and a few long tables at the end for larger parties. There are a limited amount of outlets, so charge your appliances before you come. Wifi is provided on your receipt. Music is a bit on the louder side with plenty of customers chatting, so bring headphones if you can. However, around the Milpitas area, this is probably the best shop to come for a wfh day. Parking can be a toughie if you come during a busy time. There is a parking garage, but most if it is for retail employees. We came here on a whim after a afternoon run and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks, food, and atmosphere. It was quite busy in terms of open tables on a Sunday afternoon. It is a perfect spot studying or doing remote work from home. The space has lots of tables for around 40 ppl but when we went all were full. It was quick to get our drinks and food so we found an open table outside. Lots of your usual drink options with adjustable dairy/non-dairy substitutes and sweetness levels. Beautiful sweet and savory breakfast/brunch options to pair with your coffee. We got the matcha latte & matcha frappe along with the Hokkaido Crepe Cake per the barista's recommendation. I came here at around 11:30am on a Thursday. I parked in the garage located around the corner/down the street a bit. The cafe wasn't super busy so there were plenty of tables and seats for me to choose from. I ordered an iced lavender latte ($6.95), subbed almond milk (+$1.00). I don't usually order my drinks for here but since I was going to spend some time at the cafe, I decided to opt out of a togo cup. I don't know if it's just me imagining things or if it's actually true but it just feels like you get less coffee with a glass cup than a togo cup. The coffee itself was good but nothing special. It tastes like any other lavender latte. I thought it was quite expensive but the cafe itself, reliable wifi, and restroom availability do make up for it. They have a sign at the register that says the wifi password changes daily. That means the only way for you to get the password is to purchase something and print out the receipt. I didn't have any issues with the wifi while I was there. I was able to watch a YouTube video just fine. Overall, this is a great place to have a cup of coffee and do work/study. read more

It tend to get busy in the afternoon, but it is worth coming to this place to try exquisite desserts, and very good coffee. Here is my experience coming the second time: Food: 5/5 I got the hazelnut latte with regular milk, and I also got the soufflé cheesecake. The first impression I got from this was: well, it isn't too sweet, just the right texture, and the right amount of sugar. The caffeine on this wasn't too strong either, just enough espresso to feel me through the next few hours of my studying. Considering it was the afternoon I didn't blame them for their impatience, but this should be addressed because as a customer, A good experience, paired with good hospitality and good food. I've been finding different cafes to do work and this is the second one I've been to in the Bay Area. A friend suggested this place to me because of the vibes. I came here on a Monday around 4pm and let me tell you it was full! We managed to get a small table and waited until one of the larger tables was free. * IMPORTANT NOTE: you can only use their wifi if you buy something! I decided to get an iced lavender latte because it was number one on the popular list on their Yelp review page. It normally comes with 2 pumps of lavender syrup but I was afraid it would be too sweet so opted for one. Let me tell you I could not taste the lavender and the coffee is strong. Long story short, it is an attempt at cafe culture - good in idea, bad in execution. It's quite hard to find seating during busy times. I didn't love having to wait for a table while carefully balancing my full mug of coffee. There were also a lot of small fruit flies that we had to keep fending off from our food, which was a bit gross. I didn't like the coffee either - I ordered the Caffe Seoul, which had a rather artificial taste, and the coffee tasted on par with Starbucks quality...not great, considering it is slightly more expensive than Starbucks too. Since it comes with preset sweetness and milk, I would expect it to be curated so that the blend was just right, but to be honest I just did not like it at all. The food was the saving grace of the experience. I thought our snacks were pretty tasty. It wasn't the freshest toast or waffle that I've ever had, but it was about what I would expect from a cafe. I've been researching this place and it really looks nice from when I came over there and see it online. I also like the location of this cafe since it also gives a good view from the outside. It tends to be very full inside the cafe and therefore, find it difficult to find seats, but it also worth relaxing, studying, and hanging out here. I noticed a lot of people came here to study as well. The bad: The brick toast was too thick. It would've been nice a tiny bit thinner just so it wasn't so dry. We came in about 45 minutes before closing and the worker said "this is to-go right?, it's to-go (confidently)" but we came to enjoy the dessert there inside. All other cafes I've been to serve their drinks in real glassware, not plastic, when you order "for here" and not "to go". The plastic cups took away from the experience, and for the price of the drinks they should at least be served in actual glasses. * Red velvet latte: 2/5 This tasted like red velvet flavored milk. There was nothing special about it. No topping or garnish. Just a cup of red milk. I got soymilk since I am lactose intolerant, and it was $7 for a cup of flavored milk with nothing else. And it was in a plastic cup. I think for $7 it should have a cream cheese foam or something (red velvet cake always comes with cream cheese frosting). Food was just okay. My friend and I came here around 11AM in a Sunday morning and ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich ($12.75) and the Mushroom & Cheese Croissant ($8.95). There was a lot of seating but we had trouble finding a table because it was so occupied. Most people inside were doing work on their laptops. I'm giving it a 4 star because it's a pretty good place to get work done, and there's a lot of natural light which I really like in coffee shops. The drinks here I think depend on which one you get. I get an iced Cafe Seoul which is pretty much sweet coffee but I think is delicious. They also sell slices of Sakura cake here, which is a little pricey at $9.50 a slice but the earl grey one in particular is delicious. And if you aren't able to go to the store in Los Altos it's nice to know I can grab a slice of it here. It can get pretty busy with people doing work and so sometimes you just get lucky with snagging a table. It's usually a lot of smaller groups of 1-4 people as there is only one big table that can seat more than 4 people and usually there are a couple of people individually working there already. The parking is really convenient though as there is a nearby garage that you can park at for the businesses in that plaza area so I've never had to worry about parking. read more
