Fresh catch of the day- red snapper! Incredible!
    Tom S.

Finally had the opportunity to try this gem of a restaurant! Our server Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive during our lunch. We had the fresh catch of the day which was red snapper and the veal saltimbocca. Both were fabulous! The fish was prepared so nicely and it's probably the best preparation we've had ever. It was still delicate and so fresh, the accompaniment of the spinach and potatoes were definitely prepared with care. I can tell this restaurant prides itself on quality of food, ambience and professionalism by the staff. If you're looking for an incredible Italian meal, Caffe Aldo Lamberti will not disappoint! Highly recommended for casual and fine dining.

Was here with my wife for a friend's birthday and the service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. The room the party was in was spacious, the waiters were friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was pristine.

This was my first visit to Aldo Lamberti in years but we had a fantastic experience. Reservations were made to host 20+ people for a birthday celebration in one of their wine cellars. Since wine needs to be stored at a certain temperature, it was a little chilly down there - so dress accordingly if you have that space rented out. The space was plenty big enough to accommodate our party. Alana, our server, was fantastic. She handled just about everything on her own, having food and drink orders delivered in a timely manner and did so with professionalism and grace. Throughout the evening we had a few different drinks. I started with a Hendrix martini with a twist which never disappoints. My fiancé had an espresso martini which was smooth and velvety with a very nice foam on top. I then ordered a Black Manhattan off of their cocktail list which ended up being a top 2 Manhattan I've ever had. I finished up with a Cabernet off of their wine list. We enjoyed all of our cocktails. While I'm not complaining, I was a bit surprised at the prices given the venue and quality. I would have expected the drinks to be a little more expensive. Once everyone arrived, our server brought out multiple Antipastos for the table and some fried calamari to share. The antipasto was a large spread of assorted meats (salami & prosciutto), cheeses, vegetables, and bruschetta. The calamari was lightly fried, crisp and tender, with a mix of rings and tentacles. The dinner menu was a preselected menu with a handful of options to choose from and each came with a salad. My fiancé chose Shrimp Scampi and I had the Lamb Chops. The consensus around the table was the Shrimp Scampi was great - light and buttery. The shrimp was cooked to a firm yet tender texture and the pasta was Al dente. I had my eye on the Lamb Chops while reviewing the menu before arriving and was so happy the were an option as part of our dinner. I asked for them medium rare, which is the temperature our server recommended, and they were cooked to perfection. They were tender and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. I was very much impressed with the night we had at Aldo. Our server did such a great job accommodating such a large party and many different requests. The experience in the wine cellar was unique and was spacious enough to comfortably and easily seat 20+ guests. The drinks and food were very enjoyable and worth the price. Aldo is a great option for a weekend dinner especially if you're looking for an upscale option that won't break the bank!

This was our first time at here. The food was so good and I don't even eat salmon. Are waiter remember everyone ordered. We was their for a complimentary conference. The restaurant is beautiful. They have private rooms to have events. I didn't care that we had to park in the back and when we left it was dark back behind the restaurant. And the bathroom was not clean and water coming from the bottom of the toilet. And the waste basket was over flow. The host was very greeting when we came in to the restaurant and when we left. They even sell items at the front of the restaurant. I have to go back for the happy hour because I love a good one.

I love this place. Met a friend for late lunch - seated in a beautiful all glass room. The waiters were attentive. We had claws with mustard & lime and the calamari - fantastic! We ordered some drinks -their old fashioned was really good. Main course, whole fish with vegetables and the veal with capellini & mushrooms. They all surprised me with a pumpkin cheesecake for my birthday! This place never disappoints- I highly recommend it!

this is a lovely upscale Italian restaurant with lots of fresh seafood options. they have free valet, and keep in mind the dress code is business casual. I had the pepper crusted salmon which came with leeks, spinach, and potatos in a very light citrus sauce (could barely taste the citrus at all which I liked), and I have to say I think it was the most delicious salmon I've ever had! the creme brulee was also scrumptious. everyone enjoyed their meals. i will say I wish the specials menu was written instead of spoken, it was hard to hear with all the noise of the restaurant and our waiter's accent. I would also like to see more vegetarian options personally. however there were a few pasta options so if you are vegetarian, there is something you can eat.

If yelp would let you do 3.5 1/2 stars I would do that. I think I was expecting high expectations off of how the place looks outside and dress code that they have. The wine was delicious and put on ice for us nice. The minestrone soup was the best thing I had out of this meal! The calamari I feel like could have been crispier. The New York strip was cooked nicely, tasted average. The chicken parm is where is was ehhh I feel like it didn't have a seasoning in it. It was insipid. The Frutti de Bosco was yummy. Cheesecake normal. The waiter was pretty on top of it at least. Overall, just average and wouldn't really look to go again.

Beautiful family owned restaurant. You will sit down as stranger and leaving feeling like family, and will dream of the food until you come back! The owner and his daughter are lovely people !

Sexy restaurant! Caffe Aldo Lamberti has been a staple in our rotation for some time now. Our visits have primarily been happy hour related, mixed in with a few private parties along the way. The bar area is wide enough to order dinner (and sides) and the seats are comfortable enough to not give you "numb ass" a half hour in. Their wine list is extensive, and they have special cocktails that rotate in and out every few months. We love the outdoor patio seating! The area by the bar has a nice, open-air feel due to the large windows that are left open during the warmer months. It's a true professionals crowd during happy hour. Not a bad idea to visit if you're looking to see and be seen, just sayin'. I would visit this place for the breadbasket alone. Their focaccia is heavenly, and I wind up filling up on it every time I visit. When in Rome!

My Wife & I chose this place for our 2 year wedding anniversary, Judging by the menu and ambiance, I was expecting the service to be exceptional & the food to be amazing. I guess my waiter wasn't too knowledgeable maybe because he was young and his recommendations were not on point at all. My order came out wrong, my ribeye was not medium and lacked flavor. The Caesar salad was very poor and dressing lacked flavor as well. I wanted it to be better, but overall the food was overpriced for it not to be good and bursting with flavor in every bite.

How much was the valet and is there parking outside of valet?

Valet is free, you can tip when the car is retrieved. There is parking on the side and back of the building as well.

Is this place casual dress? Are jeans ok?

I think jeans are appropriate as long as long as you look nice. Personally I would not wear them to Cafe Lamberti I prefer dressing up. The ambience and the food is what your going for. Enjoy!!

So, after doing a little search, this place popped up. Seems like they have a bunch of locations, including one in KOP. But we went with this Cherry Hill location since it's a bit closer. Even though it was full in the restaurant we didn't have to wait long for a table (maybe 10 minutes, if that). All of the staff were cool and friendly, and our waitress was so great! She gave a really good rundown and suggestions of menu options. So, think we got a bit excited from all her suggestions and underestimated the portion sizes because we ended up with a lot of food! Lol. Wings, shrimp, meatballs, nachos - all pretty decent portions/larger plates. I was even shocked by the "side of bread" being a plate of bread lol. The wings were really good, meatballs were ok, shrimp good and nachos ok too. Our little one enjoyed her Kid's Pizza, which was large than we were expecting for her. Would come back to this location or try out the KOP one.

Tommy's Tavern has a large variety of options with some combinations I haven't experienced or even thought of putting together before. Our waitress was very kind and stopped by to check on us multiple times throughout the meal. There was plenty of seating available for a Sunday afternoon, and the plates of food were flowing out of the open kitchen nonstop. Their sushi is always plated beautifully with thick, generous rolls. The lobster roll was my favorite, delivering a creamy seafood explosion within every bite. The jalapeño on top of the other roll gave it a satisfying crunch, and the heat level was 100% on point. The sushi pizza is an absolute MUST TRY because this dish is only made this way here. The wonton crust topped with all the different ingredients creates a perfect appetizer plate that's both unique and shareable. The blueberry pear flatbread was on their limited menu, and I had to step outside my usual order because I love blueberries. There's a lot of sweetness in every bite, and it reminds me of a fruitier version of French toast. Not bad at all, but you have to be in the mood for something on the sweeter side to order that again. The French onion soup had a thick layer of cheese and was packed with bread pieces throughout, making it hearty and satisfying. All the dishes were so good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tommy's Tavern. With creative menu options, attentive service, and consistently well-executed food, this spot has earned a place in our regular rotation.

You walk in, and it's like the place has been waiting for you--dark wood, a little history on the walls, and that unmistakable smell of something incredible happening in the kitchen. The kind of place where you know, deep down in your soul, that good things are about to happen. And then came the sandwich. This roast pork wasn't just good. It wasn't just great. It was the best roast pork sandwich I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. First bite--boom--instant revelation. The pork was juicy, packed with deep, rich flavor, and shredded just right, like it had been slow-cooked by someone who truly understands patience. The roll? Oh man, that perfect balance of crusty and soft, holding everything together without stealing the show. Then you get hit with the garlicky, herb-loaded bite of the greens--sautéed just enough to still have a little bite, but soft enough to melt into everything else. And the cheese? Prior to going I looked up their beer list on Untappd and was overwhelmed by the beer selection. Unfortunately (but fortunately because it made my beer selection decisions much easier) many of the craft beers listed were sold in cans. The beers on the numbered list on Untappd are the beers available on tap (all other beers listed are in cans or bottles). They still had a nice variety of craft beers on tap and I really enjoyed the few I tried. They seemed a bit pricey though and even the lower ABV beers were served in smaller glasses. We got two seats at the bar around 6:30 on a Friday night. All night people were coming and going and there was nobody really standing around waiting for bar seats for too long. The bartender was nice and he was the only one working when we first arrived but after a bit there were multiple people behind the bar. It definitely felt divey inside. My dad said the bar top was the same bar top from years and years ago when he used to come here when he was my age. We split wings with medium Buffalo sauce and cheesesteak fries. I frequently see Jay's wings mentioned on SJFS and for good reason. They were top notch and I'd come back just for the wings. They might even be at the very top of my wing list (although I'd try a different sauce next time). Incredibly crispy and weren't chewy whatsoever. The cheesesteak fries (cheesesteak served over a bed of waffle fries were also surprisingly good. While at Top Golf earlier in the week our bay host recommended them and advised all the food at Jay's is very good. I wasn't expecting to spend $100+ at a dive bar between two of us but the experience was very good. If I lived a little closer I would definitely be there all the time. Even though the beer list is good I'd probably stick with drinking a domestic draft or bottle the next time I go to avoid spending as much as we did on smaller glasses of craft beer. I will definitely be back and will be looking forward to trying more menu items in the future.
