Like that we have a non-PJs property in Haddon Township. Service is usually good and they offer a variety of beers/beverages as well as food options. The fact that they have 3 different restaurants in a restaurants means that everyone can find something they will like. You also have choices for seating (outside, outside at bar, inside at bar, by rollup windows, etc.) so depending on the weather you can do what suits you. The weathers are a nice addition as well for the fall/spring. Only two downsides are I wish they offered more beers in 16 ounce pours (they have 50+ on draft but typically only offer 20 or so in 16 ounce pour, the rest are 12 ounce) and that the TVs weren't blaring for some of the sports events. Really great spot in a town already packed with good restaurants and bars. If you're into beer, this is definitely your place. The most beers on tap you're likely to find anywhere in the area - over 50 and a great many of them are local from NJ and PA breweries. Huge indoor and outdoor areas with room for an outdoor bar and fire pits. Interesting food concept here - they have three different kitchens run by three independent businesses: Chicken Joint, El Toro, and Local Standards. The menu is huge and there is something for everyone. The owner, Dave Welsh, is a local guy - grew up in Haddon Twp and still lives here. He also owns the Running Company of South Jersey stores and The Mile bar in Runnemede. He cares about the community in which he lives and is constantly putting on events at all of his locations, and sponsoring others. We live close by and have been here many times since they opened a few years ago. I was most recently here on a random Tuesday night in September with my girlfriend and 11-year-old son. Been here before, and know they carry a pretty fine selection of craft brews. For that, major appreciation. Impressions from my current visit: Food? Sadly, they've fallen prey to the "miniaturization" trend that results in hors d'oeuvre sized sandwiches. The roast beef sandwich was tiny, with so little beef that I'm not sure it qualified as a sandwich at all. This is a deal breaker. I can get good beer at many places (including others on this very same street)...and if you're cheaping out on the food, I'm gone. Beers? A nice selection, but all the quality beers are a 12oz. pour (vs. 16oz.) no matter the alcohol percentage, location of the brewer, or eliteness of the beer. Example: A decent but undistinguished 5.7% pale ale imported all the way from Kings Road Brewery...in Haddonfield. This is another cheapness maneuver. I'm all for a good beer bar, and appreciate what this place has to offer, but the value killing choices they've made are forcing me into the arms of their competitors. read more

Came to sit at the bar for a few rounds with my girlfriend for the start of the week. Sat indoors since outside wasn't open at the moment but looked amazing. Ordered a couple beers & mixed drinks while enjoying each other's company. There were 2 bartenders there with a bar full of close to 18 people and attended to everyone. Very nice and made drinks perfectly. They also have these Italian cherries that are really good in some drinks. Reunion Hall is such a vibe! I stopped by with friends recently and we had the best time. The energy is super lively--there was a DJ spinning great music that kept the crowd upbeat without being overwhelming. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay out just a little longer. The outdoor area is so cute. Huge fire pits that actually give off warmth (not just for show!) make it perfect for hanging out even when the temps drop. There's an outdoor bar too, so you don't have to keep going inside for drinks--super convenient and quick service out there. The staff were all friendly and on top of things. Even with a good crowd, it never felt like we were waiting forever for anything. You can tell they know how to handle a bustling night without sacrificing hospitality. Location-wise, it's in a great spot--totally walkable and right in the mix of things. Easy to hop around if you're bar hopping, but honestly, Reunion Hall might just be the spot you settle into for the night. Reunion hall is the new hip spot on haddon avenue. I've been there several times for the open mic night on monday. They hold these outside and if the weather cooperates it is great. One evening due to severe heat the held the performances inside where the room is very loud and the acoustics are horrible. They have around 50 beers on tap so you will probably find something you like. There are three food vendors in the place. I've had the hamburger which is very good. Others in my party have had tacos or salads and they liked the food also. They don't seem to have it together re wait service or if you have to order at the bar. It seems to change weekly. The other issue is the food runners do not bring napkins or utensils and you are usually scrambling to find them. The food comes out very quickly. Prices are a little on the high side but not outrageous. Give it a try I'm sure they will be refining things as they go along read more

So off the bat, I love the vibes and always looking for a new place to eat / drink. At first I thought it was more of a food court since they listed different restaurants, so I was assuming your typical brewery with open seating first come first serve. But actually it's a sit down and they have 3 different restaurants you can order from. They have a decent amount of seating and it'll only get bigger once they open the outside area. However where they lose points is the food. Me and my friends ordered a couple of things, some honorable mentions were the garlic tots, they were pretty tasty. The elote nachos were alright, good flavor but they were very cold, even the chips felt like they came out of the fridge. The brownie was alright, very hard which is not to my liking. The hotdog was a hotdog, can't really mess up a hotdog. Their cheeseburger was the most disappointing, there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever, which makes me sad because I feel like a cheeseburger should be the staple on any menu. This feels like a bad food hall idea. I mean- it's not a food hall. My wife and I were confused by the menu having three sections with some redundant items and then learned its three kitchens? But you can't see the difference of the three as the menu is the same color theme for all so how would you know other than asking if confused like us. Plus on a slow night like when we were there, having three cooks and less volume per kitchen has to hurt quality. Result- Food was ok to not great. atmosphere is blah. Bueller? My daughter suggested this place for lunch so my wife and I joined her today. Walking in it's a nice open welcoming space. Being that it was lunch it didn't have the huge crowds other reviewers mentioned, nor was it loud. The place consists of a bar, table areas, an outside area (not open for winter), and three kitchens with different food selections. There was a vegan kitchen that specialized in tacos, a burger/cheese steak/hot dog kitchen, and a chicken (wings, sandwiches, etc.) kitchen, so it has something for everyone. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by a very friendly bartender. She asked right away if we have ever been there and explained that all orders (food and drink) go on one tab. She then asked us if we wanted to order drinks. I was really impressed by the beer selection. 56 taps, many of which were local to NJ, with a nice variety of beer styles. For lunch we ordered the brussel sprout app special which had hot agave cooked on the sprouts. It was delicious. My daughter and I wanted to try the tacos so we got the Jackfruit Al Pastor and Mushroom Fajita tacos. We split the portion of 2 to try them both. They were both excellent. I typically haven't enjoyed jackfruit meatless option, but these were great. My wife got buffalo chicken tenders which she really enjoyed and my daughter confirmed that they were. We finished the meal with some delicious oat based ice cream (key lime and chocolate chili) and they were very tasty. They have so many different beer and ciders on tap. When you order, you order by the number on the menu. There is a QR code on the back of a menu where it ranks all their beer and cider on tap. They have three different places to choose from. There is a taco place, burgers, and a chicken joint. While I was there, we ordered a cheesesteak, nachos, and loaded cheese tots. The cheesesteak was good but the fries were okay. The nachos were incredible! Everything was plant based and gluten free. Every chip had the perfect crunch to it. The loaded tots were light and not too heavy. The crispy bacon on the top was the icing on the cake. If you have not had a chance to check out reunion hall, then you have to go! The beer list is truly epic! I don't know the bartender's name, but he told me that he grew up on Merion Avenue in Haddonfield. He adds a lot to the already stellar beer list, in that he routinely recommends beers from the menu similar to my choices, and invariably they are in fact better than my choices. The man knows all 50+ taps. It's unfortunate to see that many of the patrons drink Miller and hard seltzer when you have such an outstanding beer list and knowledgeable bartenders. Food is also good, and service was extremely attentive. While it doesn't look like much from outside, it is a step above the Pour House and the other local establishments in terms of beer. As an added plus for 50ish people such as I, it is a lively crowd on Fridays and Saturdaynights, which they say keeps you young! read more

I'd give NO stars if it was an option. Two of us came on a Tyesday evening. Lots of tables available. Some folks were waiting at the hostess podium. The " hostess" and I use that term loosely told me I'd have to wait. I said okay of course but didn't know why as there were so many open tables inside,outside and places at the bar. As We stood there a party of five came in and said "We are 5 for dinner". The hostess didn't miss a veat grabbed 5 menus , walked them into the dining room and sat them. So, we continued to stand in the door way..and wait. After 20 minutes tge folks who were there waiting already returned handed her the menu they were looking over , told her they to cancel the request to dine and walked out. And we stood there, waiting. I overheard her tell another guy there was only one server that night and he had a 20 minute wait..so it's understandable right? Me she gave No excuse whatsoever. And dud everything she could to avoid us. After some time we decided to do what the people ahead if us did, and go someplace else to spend our money. First and only chance, never again. We could have been sat and at that point knowing there was one server..got drinks at the bar and had a conversation . We went to her as she sat and told her we were leaving. She looked and said.." okay". First try..last time. Sorry there are far too many good places to eat who know how to deal with people correctly. read more

Stopped up here for lunch on Sunday to check out the new place - more than impressed! You would have thought this place had been operating for years. Service was impeccable. Our bartender Bryan was beyond awesome - attentive, friendly and totally on his game. We got garlic parm chicken tenders (Bryan's recommendation) and they were legitimately the best chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Think fresh pieces of chicken with the most perfect breading and homemade ranch that was off the charts. Came to watch the Phillies game (start of playoffs). This place is packed! Nice crowd. Unique menu that consists of 3 different kitchens with their own offerings. You can order from all three. I'm not vegan but there were great vegan options. Lots of beers on tap. Decor is minimal and not distracting. Plenty of mounted TVs. I ordered mozzarella sticks as an app. They were good. Nothing to write home about. I also ordered the cheesesteak w/American cheese (can also do wiz) and fried onions. Plenty of what I believe to be quality meat. Came with fries which were very good. It was supposed to be on an Italian roll but got more of a brioche roll vibe that was slightly toasted. It didn't disappoint. I'd definitely return. read more

We went with some friends who got non-vegan food from the other vendors which they said was good. The only thing that's super weird is that everything is served on paper plates. The space is amazing. The beer list is huge and packed with local beers. The food was a bit of a letdown. It was good- the cauliflower tacos were amazing, but the portion was tiny for the price. But the menu is really limited. The Mexican is all vegan, which I'm fine with, but the rest of the menu as far as mains is very limited- burger, cheesesteak, wings, tenders or chicken sandwich. A little expansion would be amazing. The service was amazing. Everyone was friendly. A little refinement and this place could be a huge hit. I'm rooting for them. read more
