The café is located at an outdoor mall, with large parking lot. The inside was much bigger than I expected it to be, bright and clean. They had loads of freshly baked goods, of all kinds. They also had some sandwiches, salads, quiche, etc... We got Crème Brûlée Latte, which was sweet as you can imagine, and Korean Honey Tea, with Yuzu, with a nice amount of real yuzu pieces in it. Sweet with honey, great drink on a chilly day. For food, we got Green Tea Almond Croissant, Crème Brûlée Doughnut, Croquette, and French Cream Donut. They were all made with care, and tasted really good! The price point for items were affordable. We enjoyed them all. I must say the customer service here is not the best...but the food was excellent! They do offer brunch menu such as omelette, French Toast, and Croque Madame. Love this bakery inside the Hannam Chain plaza. Their cakes are fresh and delicious, not too sweet. I recommend the strawberry cream cake. Their breads and pastries are good too, I like the veggie & meat croquette and croissants. They have seating inside and quiet enough to study. Spacious parking lot and many shops nearby. Came here for brunch and dessert on a rainy day, and it was okay. It's pretty spacious and bright, which I liked. We got the salmon omelette and gumbo rice, as well as a slice each of the nutella crepe cake and the earl grey cake. The salmon omelette was pretty good, the gumbo rice was underwhelming and a too watery, and they gave us one dollop of rice to mix in, which was kind of strange (doesn't gumbo rice usually come with the rice mixed in?). Maybe I just haven't had enough gumbo in my life and just realized that I'm not a gumbo person, but my boyfriend also didn't enjoy it. I got thai milk tea, which was way too sweet and milky, and I instantly regretted it when I realized they had water available in a pitcher. The crepe cake was disappointing because it was so... solid. It was like the slices of crepe were compressed together and though the nutella partly made up for it (nothing with nutella can be bad), it was a far, far cry from Lady M or any other crepe cake I've had. The earl grey cake was my favorite thing I ate here. There is a subtle earl grey taste to the frosting, cake, and dark cream layer in the middle, and the textures worked very well together. It wasn't too sweet at all either. I would return to try more cakes and pastries (too full this time), but the food is overpriced and is not my favorite so far. read more

Nice bakery to have in this shopping complex with plenty of parking. It's a large store with plenty of seating for those looking to relax, or maybe do some work on their laptop. They offer some food items like sandwiches, pastries, specialty cakes, coffee and drinks. They do sell out of the pastries so come early as they will not make anymore later in the day. Also, they do not have a huge selection, but there are some unique pastries that is worth coming in for. I came in to pick up some goodies, and I stumbled into the "Creme Brûlée Donut"! Being that it was Mother's Day, I wanted to treat my mom to something different and new. Plus, I HAD and NEEDED to try this unique donut out for myself. She was extremely happy to have that donut, but I can tell you that if you're a creme brûlée fan then this is a must try! It's a soft donut with the crisp creme brûlée coating on top ANDDD it's oozing with Creme brûlée filling inside.....mmm mmmmm! Great cafe! A relatively new shop in this old & tired strip mall, Cafe Trois is bright, clean and spacious. It seems to be a great spot to catch up with friends in if you plan to stop by hannam chain later for groceries. Tried their oat milk latte at my friend's recommendation and it was not too thick or burdensome (no dairy), yet had this great, smooth body. Really enjoyed it! I can't write much about their baked goods or other desserts since we didn't have, but this cafe had the right vibe to make me wanna come back! I love the food from this place, but the service was lacking during my visit yesterday. I got here 1:30 pm with my baby and some friends that I have been wanting to introduce Cafe Trois to. By the time we got to the front of the line it was 1:47pm. I asked for their Smoked Salmon Platter. The young man at the register said that the kitchen was closed and I could no longer put in that order. I told him that it is until 2 and that is even what their signange says. He said that the kitchen starts cleaning and closes at 1:45pm. I told him I had been waiting on line this whole time for breakfast, but he just kept saying that they were cleaning. Now, I am a frequent visitor of Cafe Trois and this is the first time this has happened. They should change their messaging if this is the case, especially if it doesn't matter if you have been waiting on line before this time so you can plan your visit accordingly. read more

Wake up in the morning and my gf has the meanest craving for French toast. Her cravings cannot be subdued and we must pursue French toast. We end up at Cafe Trois. First impression was that it was a large dining area. I thought they could've planned the layout better, but each is own. The large wIndows provide adequate lighting. The light fixtures in particular were a nice touch. French toast was just okay. Wasn't special in any way. Eggs that came with it were good though. I think bacon was microwaved - unimpressed. Salmon avocado toast was good. Greens that accompanied was nicely paired. Capers were a nice touch. Brunch also came with coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker and asked for tea instead but they wouldn't change it out so I got the coffee. Made me super jittery but i should've avoided. I might come back. I would also recommend to someone who wants to have a cute date. Nice place to chat and grab a quick bite. read more

5 stars for their pastries and cakes! Not sure what they're baking with but it's absolutely magical. The best place to pick up desserts in the Fort Lee area for your next housewarming / get-together. My favorites are the green tea almond croissant and crepe cake. And... Everything else they have. :3 It's also a great space to study IF you have a hotspot and a fully charged laptop. I've been here twice in one week already! I love the open concept and self serve pastries idea. Everything is very clean and immense. Let's hope it stays this way! There is a variety of pastries that only a few my boyfriend and I picked out. The Creme Brûlée Donut is definitely a go too for us. The Donut was soft in the inside and had that nice crisp glaze over it as if you were actually eating a creme brûlée! Out of both croissants I enjoyed the ham and cheese. Maybe the chocolate croissant could've been heated a bit more probably as to why it was my least favorite. They also serve breakfast and sandwiches here. I strictly went for the coffee and pastries on both visits. And let me tell you about the coffee! Flavorful! I was getting a cake for a birthday party. Two things to point out. 1. I ordered the cake based on a photo in their menu. But, what I got looked completely different. In the photo, the cake was covered with full of toppings (macarons and cookies). The reality was one macaron, and the rest of the top surface was empty. I asked a clerk whether I got the right one. The clerk said "We change our design regularly." Is that so, huh? Then, state in the menu that "What you see in the menu may be different from what you will get." 2. Okay. Whatever. Since I called to order, I was committed to buy no matter what. I asked for a "Happy Birthday" writing on the cake to make up the empty space. The clerk said "you need to call us two days in advance." Really? What a lame excuse! The Whole Foods does it on site and do it perfectly. Common, I know this cannot be true. A lot of my friends recommended this place as a must visit place for bakery, so I decided to give it a shot. As you can see in the attached photos, I bought a lot of bread from here just to give it a try. Sadly, by the time I came back from the bakery, the breads were cold. Best pastries I've had---even compared to actual boulangeries in France and upscale Manhattan bakeries. I was first attracted here by photos of their pastry display (matcha croissant photos, I'm looking at you haha) and their cooked-to-order breakfast menu. My parents and I each ordered a hot breakfast entree, which they packed in convenient (and more sanitary) to-go boxes. Shout out to the lovely people who made my 2 eggs, over medium. Guys, it was actually over medium. Slightly runny yolk, but not all over the place. It's pretty hard to get right at restaurants. Most of all, the eggs were actually a side order (had to be ordered w/ a main entree,) but since the nice counter girls (sorry didn't get y'alls names!) knew it was for me, they packed an extra side salad with it so it was a full meal by itself. That gesture really blew me away! They really care about who they're serving. The plain toasted croissant that came with my mom's signature breakfast was AMAZING. I bought a pain aux raisins, matcha croissant, and Earl Grey Yuzu scone. My friend whom I gifted the Yuzu scone was so impressed that she couldn't stop texting me about it. I saw pictures of their green tea croissant and was immediately tempted to try it. Located in the same strip mall as Hanam Market, Cafe Trois is a well lit, spacious cafe. They have a brunch menu, which is a bit overpriced. Their bakery selection is extensive, and the employees were replenishing the trays and plates throughout the hour. They also have crepe cakes, and my personal favorite is the Nutella crepe cake. It's moist, chewy and full of hazelnut goodness. A whole cake is about $40, and a slice was either $6 or $8, so it's definitely a treat. I tried the creme brûlée doughnut, a veggie croquette, bread pudding and of course, the almond croissant. The creme brûlée doughnut wasn't overwhelming sweet and was a nice afternoon snack. The veggie croquette needed a lot of hot sauce, but it was a much needed savory item for all the sugar I was consuming. The bread pudding had a lot of nuts in it, which I wasn't a fan of, and the almond croissant had light hints of green tea. It was mostly disappointing. Everything honestly looks so good that I would go back just to try more items. Prices per piece ranged from $2-$4, which is typical. It's the same concept as other Asian bakeries/cafes- grab a tray, a sheet of wax paper and pick what you want with tongs. They have a good selection of pastries and other small eats. Their beverages are alright, but I think people definitely come here more for the aesthetic. Stopped by on Thanksgiving Eve for a quick bite. This place is lovely -- it's large, bright, and clean with plenty of seating, including a cozy banquette. There's an extensive menu with a serve-yourself pastry section (grab a tray and tongs) and a prepackaged lunch section. I ordered the brunch sandwich with eggs and ham that was on display that they nicely toasted for me, plus a ginger honey tea (altogether $9). The sandwich was delicious and filling and totally hit the spot. The tea was quite large (only one size) and equally yummy.
