    Cappuccino

Cute cafe in north jersey. We heard some good stuff about this place so came for a post lunch pick me up. The folks working behind the desk were friendly and gave us their recommendations to help us order. We ordered a banana waffle, strawberry matcha, iced coffee, and cappuccino. Everything we ordered was good and we enjoyed both the food and the drinks. Cute spot that's on the smaller side so limited seating options but overall great cafe - recommended.

    Egg loves tomato croffle

Pretty gosh darn good! To be honest I never got into the cronut hype and croffle landed similarly just seemed like something I could make at home. I love being proved wrong haha when it comes to food. I ordered the egg loves tomato and it was YUM. Croffle was perfect chewy crispy and delish, great consistency and held the gargantuan amount of egg (soft boiled) tomato sauce bacon and lettuce like a champ. Realistically half was enough - but could totally eat it al in one sitting because it was delicious I ordered the Aero cano I think that's what it was earl grey and it was good - morning spectacular but good Space is pretty small 3 very low tables not great for eating - with seats and a long high top area if you wanted to work but overall Limited and not the best for a large group Parking is street meter parking and there is a single bathroom inside. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service quick and easy.

A good spot if you're craving croffles and drinks. We tried the injeolmi croffle and the cream cheese croffle, both of which were pretty good. Just a heads up--the injeolmi is quite messy, so be prepared to get powder everywhere. We also ordered the strawberry latte and tiramisu latte, and both drinks were well made and nicely balanced.

The latte is super delicious. Got the Pink Flower one and it was perfect. Great taste. Tried the Avocado and Bacon Sandwhich and OMG The sweetness to the salty bacon and avocado was a pretty great combo. Also got the Nutella and cream cheese Croffle which was epic. Great flavors. Love this new place in fort Lee.

Had the verde latte and egg bacon and cheese croffle sandwich. Literally the best I've had in both categories. This place is unreal. Love the background music too. Everyone seems so happy here. This is my go to spot now.

Delish and very kind service I loved the croffle and the tiramisu latte - make sure to ask for croffle heated up Nice spot!

Was on our way back to New York from a road trip and decided to stop by Caffe And for a caffeine fix. Albeit the space is a bit small, it is beautifully decorated: white with lots of natural sunlight! There were quite a few customers sitting there enjoying drinks while chatting or getting work done (or so it seems). I ordered myself a hot verde latte, since it was FREEZING outside. I did have to wait a bit, since there were 2-3 customers before me (on a Saturday) and my drink appears to require several layers, but it wasn't an unbearable wait. The price is fair (about $7) for today's standards and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Most importantly, the drink was SHABAMMM! It was so delicious and unique! It was a little sweet for my preferences, but otherwise I really enjoyed the blend of matcha and coffee. Will stop by again to try other concoctions!

A cute little café. Their coffee and original menu item--the strawberry croffle, I think?--were both delicious! The prices were reasonable too. I'll definitely be back!

What a great place to get coffee and pastries! They have a large menu of unique drinks. I got the Verde latte and it was amazing. Great touch of Matcha, cream, coffee. I recommend this place would come back.

    Bacon and Egg Croffle

I found Caffe & while looking for a place to eat breakfast before an appointment nearby. It definitely lived up to the photos and the hype! Super cute interior, you can tell thought went into the decor, from the bathroom to the bookshelves. Ordering was pretty easy, and food and drinks came out relatively quick. I ordered the Bacon and Egg Croffle, with added avocado. The bacon was very good, and the consistency of the egg, which was honestly slightly off putting at first, ended up being perfect with all the other textures . The only change I may have made to this delicious combo would be either sweet OR spicy mayo, or maybe even the option to get one or the other? In which case, I think spicy would be the way I'd go, to balance the sweetness of the croissant. That being said, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long while, and I will definitely recommend and return!

Beautiful, cozy, very neat place with such a lovely and professional staff. I moved from Miami recently and I will definitely come often. My cortado was amazing, I also had Everything Avo Cream Cheese Sandwich, it was light anfresh, delicious!

Imagine our delight when we found this place on Yelp. This is huge for coffee lovers. Most of their beans are single-origin, and while some may be a little nervous that it's next to a gas station, rest assured, it will be one of the best coffees you will ever enjoy. Bold statement, but a true statement. Seating is very limited. One side has four seats at a long bench table, while the other side offers two seats. There was also a table with a few chairs outside. This place has espresso drinks, coffee, a limited tea selection (tea bags, not loose leaf), banana bread, croissants, and other various baked items. We had a buttery croissant and banana bread -- both were heated up and outstanding!! The coffee beans are roasted in-house, and they also offer coffee on tap. It turns out they have several locations, and they all roast their own beans on-site. You can also purchase beans to grind at home, should you choose. Parking is tight but free. They do have a bathroom if you need to use it, and the baristas who work there are all experts at making coffee. They are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and are great to chat with about their beans when the place is at a rare slow time. They are dedicated to their craft. It's smack in the middle of Fort Lee's Main Street, adjacent to the new Fort Lee Commons Park so easily walkable and central to everything. 2. Well, it's kinda glam inside. It's a coffee shop with green velvet booths (can't even remember if I ever visited a coffee shop with actual booths) and pretty gold-embedded wallpaper and trim all around. Kinda like a Dubai chocolate bar that came to life. And that's kind of where it ends for me. I gave this spot two tries. On the first visit. I ordered a mocha and could barely taste any mocha, so I brought it back to the counter to ask if they can pour more. They did. Gave it a good stir. Still couldn't taste it. On the second try, I ordered a potato Turkish bagel and asked for smoked salmon with it (which I saw they used in one of their sandwiches). What I got was a Turkish potato bagel (for which the potato part is invisible) and a whole other smoked salmon sandwich. No wonder my bill came out to $29?! The cashier understood I wanted a smoked salmon sandwich AND a bagel. So, lesson learned: a Turkish bagel is served and eaten differently than a traditional bagel, which would've come with the smoked salmon in the inside like a sandwich. Also ordered a biscotti latte. Biscotti taste is (very) subtle but I think it was there?? Best part about my second visit is the manager, Mo, came over to check on us and offer us refresher drink samples. Very nice guy (thanks again, Mo!) If you're an artisan coffee head who seeks a deep enriched tasteful coffee, I'd go elsewhere. We ordered takeout for dinner: Toowoomba Shrimp Pasta with Tonkatsu and the Spicy Original Tteokbokki (rice cakes) with Fried Kim-ma-ri (fried seaweed rolls). The shrimp pasta had good flavor but the portion was way too tiny. After only three or four bites, it was gone. There were about 4 pieces of shrimp in the entire dish and they could've added more pasta, given that it's not an expensive ingredient. The tonkatsu was also underwhelming. It was a small piece served in a large container that made the portion size look even more skimpy. I was also disappointed in the tteokbokki. It was mostly sauce with no egg and only a few pieces of fish cake, again served in a container that was far too large for the amount of food provided. The kim-ma-ri pieces were fine but also very small. Overall, the meal was underwhelming. For a total cost of nearly $50, the quantities were just way too small. We were left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry.

While the menu is more expansive towards coffees, and drinks, accompanied by the usual suspects of desserts, they have two unusual items that drew my attention. First is the CROFFLE: Short for Croissant-Waffle. I didn't think anything of it but I was forced to buy it because they ran out of regular croissants. I was reluctant but she convinced me to try it! I don't get easily surprised but this homemade pastry is TO DIE FOR! It literally tastes like a croissant because it is made out of croissant dough but cooked like a waffle. This gives the crunchy effect of a waffle on the outside combined with a chewy inside that is made to order in a few minutes! You have a selection of eight sweet and three savory flavors to choose from but I like the plain with butter and may be some preserves, just like a warm flaky croissant. It turned out the red bean was spoiled, so I had to go back and ask them to remake the drink without it. This time, on 12/27 around 5:30 PM, I ordered a hojicha latte. After placing my order, I noticed there was a free size upgrade promotion running throughout December, so I asked if my drink could be upgraded. The staff member said no, explaining that it had to be done while ordering for the promotion to apply. That excuse felt very lame and honestly came across as laziness, especially since it was a free upgrade and could have easily been accommodated. At another Maiko location (Garden State Plaza), the staff proactively informed me about the promotion and asked if I wanted the upgrade, which is what I would expect. Unfortunately, the Fort Lee location didn't offer the same experience. Even after I asked, it felt like I was given weak excuses rather than a genuine effort to help. On top of that, the hojicha latte here was overly milky. I've had the same drink at other Maiko locations where it tasted much nuttier and more balanced, so this was disappointing. I really love Maiko overall, but based on these experiences, I wouldn't visit the Fort Lee location again.
