Iced matcha
Jessica S.

Best place for matcha in town!! They use ceremonial matcha which is the right way to do it! Yes it is a little more expensive at $9 for an iced matcha latte with almond milk but trust me it's worth it! Staff is super nice and friendly and the cafe is so cute and cozy!

Their pistachio and ricotta cheese cake is so delicious!! So soft! Drinks are over all great!

Their coffee is so smooth?? No burnt coffee here!! The vibes are perfect for studying/ getting work done (music isn't too loud). There's plenty of seating, service was fine, good internet, etc. Highly recommended! Apparently they also have a small parking lot (i think there's a time limit for this though)

Conveniently located cafe, perfect if you're waiting for the bus. They use Gotham coffee beans, known for their rich, roasted flavor.

Strawberry Matcha

Great matcha! You can taste the rich matcha flavor which is definitely better than its competitors in the Fort Lee area. I got the strawberry matcha which tasted delicious. The strawberry jam isn't too sweet/sugary, and nicely compliments the matcha taste. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it!

Iced vanilla latte and Vietnamese coffee

Stumbled upon café et Lait and it has been my go to ever since! Food is absolutely delicious and my favorite is their iced lattes! Always made to perfection. Service is amazing. Baristas are great and never get it wrong! Love the space. They have an upstairs with lots of space to study, hang out or relax. Love love this place!!!

Better than I thought it'd be! First floor - interior vibes 10/10. Pastries and bagels sandwhiches are offered. Free wifi. Free Street parking for now since it's the holidays but there is a sign that says there's parking behind the building. Service is helpful. I just ordered a matcha latte - ok. Upstairs- spacious, clean, one huge table and window seats overlooking outside. I'm going to have to come back for a morning coffee.

Cafe on main at ft Lee Parking street or in the rear of biz. I ordered macchiato and cannele both were good. Cool calm spot. Clean also staff were friendly. I will repeat.

Egg & veggie breakfast sandwich on brioche bun. Flat white coffee.

I'm a dedicated Caffe And customer, so it took me a while to try this place. Since Caffe And has new owners, it's changed a little, although the food and coffee is still very good. The staff here are lovely, the coffee is very good, and I'm kinda obsessed with the breakfast sandwich of "egg & veggie" on brioche bun. I think they use Balthazar Bakery bread. It's a nice, light and tasty sandwich for someone who doesn't want meat or dairy. Their flat white is correct. The right size and perfect proportions of coffee to milk. Exactly as a real one should be. The music is fairly good. Gratefully it's not too loud if you want to chat with a friend or do a bit of work. Also, free (limited spots) parking in the back and metered parking out front. Just don't park in Gammeook parking lot and walk over.

This new cafe in Fort Lee is one of the better cafes I've been to here! The interior is chic and clean, they have two floors in which extra seats are upstairs. Don't be fooled though, it gets super busy on the weekends and lots of people come to study. The iced latte I got was so smooth and delicious, I wanted to order another cup. What really surprised me was how much I liked the sandwiches. Me and my boyfriend the avocado BLT and sausage egg and cheese, and we chomped it all down in 5 mins. Would love to come back again for the iced latte and to try more sandwiches!

I had a toasted bagel. That was just right and great texture. They are very friendly and kind. Easy to order and quick service. It is a cute and cozy small place downstairs. They have a big open place for small tables and a big table for a big gatherings. I like this place.

I went with not much expectations but I really enjoyed my experience! Cute ambiance, good breakfast bagel (egg + sausage) and coffee. The parking space in the back is tight but it's a good option to have! I would definitely be back to go on a quick breakfast / coffee run or if I need to do some work as there is plenty of seating.

My Korean friend said it's very authentic though! Soufflé pancakes took ~15 mins but came out soft and fluffy The fromage (matcha + chestnut) looked stunning, with a unique honeycomb-like topping Overall, a great spot to chill, catch up, and take cute pics. I would say Service is pretty nonexistent as you order on the counter and you see yourself with no waitressing. The cashier lady was also pretty rude and not accomodating to my request (make my drinks less sweet) so they lose a store for that. Atmosphere is cute and vibes are great, definitely has modern and traditional Korean vibes. However, I would not say that this is like a traditional tea house? Having been to A LOT of tea houses in Korea, their menu and concept is definitely far from what a traditional teahouse is like. For instance, a traditional teahouse would have assorted rice, cakes and traditional, Korean desserts, however, I feel like this place used modern French pastries, and put a Korean twist on them, which I would say is not very Korean in reality. Baked goods were OK. It tasted stale. Losing a star for that as well.

As a strawberry matcha lover, this is what I went for. To my surprise, they also were serving pho! They had three types of pho on the menu, so I went with the chicken pho. My chicken pho came out very quickly and first. This was delicious and I could tell it was made with so much love. I also loved the lemongrass flavor they added to it. It was a very generous portion for the price. Shortly after, my strawberry teddy bear matcha was served. This was just the perfect balance of sweetness from the strawberry and earthiness from the matcha. The teddy bear on top was the cutest touch. Overall, the food/drinks were delicious, the ambiance was adorable, the staff were friendly, and the items were very affordable. I would love to visit again!

While deciding on what to order, the owner offered to make me a drink that was off the menu. How about a mixed one with strawberry, Matcha and coconut? Hey, if the boss is recommending it I'm all for it. My son got the ube and coconut. OMG, both drinks were so darn yummy. I am not an ube fan whatsoever, but my son insisted I take a sip. I have to say it was the best ube drink I have ever tried. The coconut mixed with the strawberry and matcha is a game changer. The teddy bear made of ice was so cute and makes for a cool IG pic. The owner was sweet enough to ask if we liked it. I gave her the thumbs up and said they were excellent and that we will be back. Oddly they also serve pho here, it's not a restaurant per se. We didn't have any so I can't comment. But definitely come for these yummy Vietnamese concoctions. Street meter parking only.

The owner is very kind, and everyone working there is just as friendly. The drinks are excellent. My favorite is the black sesame - it's packed with flavor and has just the right hint of sweetness. The coffee is tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. The scones and cookies always taste fresh and homemade - not frozen or processed. My personal favorites are the peanut butter cookie and the plain scone. They make everything there! I haven't tried the cakes yet, but it's on my list! It's a smaller space, but they've done a great job fitting in tables. I actually love that they're a bit closer together - it creates a more social, community feel. I've ended up having conversations with people around me (I've even practiced my French with a stranger!), which is something we don't get enough of these days. Overall, such a cozy, welcoming addition to the neighborhood. I come here a couple of times a week to work!

When it's nice outside, they open the windows so you can sit and enjoy the fresh air while still being inside. Each time I've gone, the staff has been excellent too - super polite and willing to answer questions about the pastry. Grabby toy machines located near the community table. We ordered several coffees, one black (me), one with cream and sugar and a cold brew. Their coffee is good! And we ordered a Green Tea Match Bingsu and got a massive bowl of shaved ice milk infused with mochi, a huge dollop of sweet red bean, surrounded by almond slivers and top with Bungeoppang (Taiyaki), a Korean fish shaped pastry that was split opened, smeared with sweet red bean and filled with green tea ice cream. Was it good? If you like your deserts on the sweeter side, yes it was. The shaved ice milk is richer than others I've had. The red bean paste is richer and very sweet. The mochi that is infused into the shaved ice adds texture as well as additional sweetness. The green tea ice cream is well, greet tea ice cream. And the Bungeoppang elevates higher. Is it my jam? Maybe not. A spoonful or too was enough. For what it is, amazing. I hear they have a mean Mango Bingsu that's seasonal, so yeah I'll be back!
