Their website has many different blends and single origins that they roast in-house, and upon arriving at Fogline, I was super impressed by their coffee quality that is worlds apart from the typical national coffeehouse that will not be named here. If you care about coffee, or want to learn more, or don't want to learn anything at all but just want a damn good cup, you will find this to be your new happy place. The pillows and beds were comfortable, and the cottage had everything we needed during our stay. Julia and Don were such thoughtful hosts, and their staff were friendly and helpful. The location is set right along the Trinity River, and guests of the resort are able to enjoy direct access to the river. We brought fishing poles and actually caught some trout right behind the resort!
