Also arrived at 9am (when they open) and nobody was there. We waited 10 minutes before leaving and going someplace else which was so unprofessional. The space is cute, small and their baked goods were worth it. They've got the vegetarian market cornered in the area which is nice for them, but they service and quality could be improved.

My mind was blown at the perfect balance of Hojicha with oat milk, a lot of times when I get matcha or Hojicha lattes I find shops don't get the ratio right but Witness created a delicious harmony of flavors. My husband got the drip coffee and he said it was the best he'd had on the west coast, I can confirm the coffee had incredible berry-forward, rich flavors. The vibes inside Witness Coffee Roasters is so chill, too. You can request a vinyl album to be played. Our barista was incredibly knowledgeable about coffee drinks, we enjoyed chatting with him. Also, their vegetarian-forward menu looks great. While their inside is super cozy, they do have a few outdoor tables in the front for folks with dogs.
