    Lunch!

This place is so fire I don't even have any words for it. Best omelette I've ever had, eggs were so tender and not over cooked for the first time in my life. Tried a piece of the croissant for the Benedict and it's perfectly laminated and light and flaky with soooo many layers and stuff. Mimosas were GAS! Everyone here is nice and it's cute and lovely on the patio on a nice day. Go here. It's FIRE!!

Stopped in after strolling around the farmers market on the square. It was rainy and chilly and we needed a cup of coffee. I looked across the street and saw that this place was packed. Figured it must be good. Cute little place with quite a bit of room. We placed our order of two lattes which came out quickly even though they were very busy. We found a seat after the very pleasant helpful staff took our order and as mentioned our named was called quickly. The coffee was more than. Just an average cup of coffee. Maybe we were cold and craving a cup of coffee but regardless it was a very good latte.

Fantastic cases bulging with so many delicious sweet and savory treats - wonderful friendly servers and sparkling environment We hit the motherlode Their sourdough bread loaves and little lady bug loaves are simply outstanding - we first bought them at Murphy's grocery store in Trinidad I sliced the loaves - melted 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and pan fried each slice into toast - carmelizing the butter nice and brown and crispy on one side - soft and chewy on the other side - just like we do when we are camping Nice job Brio !!!!

I have been to Cafe Brio a number of times over the years and this place never disappoints. The cookies are always the best! Love their chocolate chip cookie and tea cookies. This time I tried their mushroom and chevre cheese savory pastry warmed up and it was excellent. Mom got the breakfast sandwich and it also did not disappoint. This place is perfect any day of the week but especially on a nice sunny day for people watching. Until next time!

Got a cheesecake recently for Easter and the whole family went crazy for it! We had to fight each other for the last crumbs All the staff are very friendly and we were helped right away. I ordered a chai latte before leaving and wished I go the large! The cafe is very cozy and cute inside, with lovely outside seating for the sunny days. It's been awhile since I've been able to swing by here since moving. I miss it!!

I enjoyed my brief visit to Arcata and Cafe Brio is perfectly in down town across from picturesque town square. I visited around 12:30 and it was already fairly crowded with their outdoor seating area but there was more seating inside. They have a wonderful bakery section on display and there's also a coffee bar station as well. They were very busy - and you could tell this place is popular. The simple decor of the place is relaxing. I had the wonderful Classic Brio and choose a croissant with eggs and ham - it was delicious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Great location in the heart of Arcata. Lots of beautiful pastries. When I first arrived I had to wipe my table off since it was covered in crumbs which wasn't great but no big deal. When I ordered my standard drip coffee "for Here" I found myself waiting a while until I realized that a customer behind me got her regular coffee right in that moment from the same cashier. So, I asked if I could get mine as well but she gave a lot of attitude which was pretty unnecessary. I used to be a barista for several years... you should always give the folks who order a regular cup of coffee, their coffee right then and there. Great food, nice music, lots of seating but I think the barista needed more training & experience and the customer service could be better.

Only place open in the beautiful downtown Arcata district on Sunday afternoon, where you can get the best Craft Beer and openly warm welcome from the professional staffs, who can make one of the better breakfast dishes is now our favorite restaurant to go to! The place is a walking distance from the Humboldt College and is a beautiful place to hang out to eat and drink as well as watching numerous homeless and drugged lost souls hanging around the downtown square! It's too bad that the area has so many people there sifting through the garbage cans, strung out on drugs and frequent this nice little restaurant to come in for the bathroom and free water. I like the food they served and the craft beer was nice, but homeless and drug users are so rampant and numerous, I don't think I will be going back.

If you are looking to grab something fast this is totally the spot. Ordered our drinks and they were out in two minutes even though the place was packed. Plenty of food options to try, basic kind of breakfast stuff. Felt a bit overpriced for what you were getting.

I'm a bit of a coffee snob, so l asked about the beans - they actually brought the bag over and walked me through it. I got an Americano and it was excellent. My wife ordered the Honey Town Latte and loved it because it wasn't overly sweet. Then the food came - I had the ham and cheese croissant and it blew me away. Tangy honey mustard, a bit of pickled onion, melted cheese, and a poached egg on a fresh, toasted croissant. So much flavor. Honestly, while other places in town have long waits, this place delivered on flavor, coffee, and hospitality!

First visit, we had the cafe miel and cheesy Toastie. I never thought I would enjoy honey in my coffee and I'm not even a coffee drinker but this would make me convert. It was perfectly balanced. The Toastie was a simple but tasty snack. I was almost tempted to order another one. I had to go back the next day to have breakfast and try their Cup of Sunshine. Another unique yummy drink if you like chamomile tea with frothy milk/cinnamon on top. I also ordered: Carrot cake muffin - moist and had blueberries on top. Eggy bagel - open faced bagel. Forgot to take a picture before I dove right in. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked, yolk perfectly runny. Puppaccino - my dog gave it a 25/10 (they have a pup menu under Classics! It's small so don't miss it!). Place is kept really nice and clean. Portable speaker placed inside a potted plant - super cute and funny. Love their music choice, chill vibes and I think it keeps the plant happy because it's green and a decent size! Service was super friendly. They even remembered us from our first visit and welcomed us. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back if I am ever in the area again.
