Such a cute spot for coffee and light breakfast bites. I really love the Ambiance Vibe of indoor outdoor, and surrounded by a surfboard art! This is a really big space so if you want to come with your laptop or a book and work its a good spot. My husband and I were here this past Sunday morning we both ordered americanos, I ordered a spinach and feta stuffed croissant and my husband ordered a jalapeno stuff croissant. They are really tasty! My first time having stuffed croissants actually. And the Barista was super nice and hospitable too. This place is also dog friendly and they will offer to give your dog a treat as well which is always great. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a good coffee shop in the area.

I'm a little torn on this place. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also were sweet enough to give my puppy a treat. But the problem isn't the atmosphere or staff for me, it was the coffee and pricing. I got a dirty chai with added oat milk. The extra charge for oat milk was $1.65, which is steep. The chai itself didn't taste much like chai at all either. Other then the cinnamon on top, there wasn't much flavor. and the coffee was not strong either. Overall I was disappointed but I am hoping to try again in the future. Hopefully I will have an updated review.

Cafe Bella was super cool !n Ocean beach. Probably the most amazing cold brew that I've had in a long time the staff Jacob and Hanna were really kind!! really relaxed indoor outdoor patio area! It was so good. I actually bought some more to go.! thank you for the hospitality

Same price (if not a few cents cheaper, even after a tip) as Starbucks, but 100000 Xs better! It's a food truck full of coffee, smoothies, and açaí that only has 2 workers inside, so if there's a line, it'll take a bit, but it's worth the wait! We got larges of the Vietnamese iced coffee and the mocha cold brew. Both were perfectly sweet, but not too much, and the coffee was strong. We'd sat in over 2.5 hours of traffic down from LA, and went to the beach all day with a toddler, and these coffees were our saving grace to make it until 10pm lol. The sleeves were some of the cutest I've ever seen - a fun touch!

Such a beautiful clean coffee shop. I love the charming surf board decor and the large area of seating, very nice and spacious for someone who enjoys their privacy while conversing among friends. The woman on staff was super delightful at the register, and I really enjoyed the coffee and variety on the menu. This was a place I'd recommend for someone to catch up with a friend over good coffee for certain.

Caprese Empanada? It's a little bit hard maybe because it was reheated for too long.. It's thin as quesadilla. Flavor is bad.

I saw this place and it looks like a good place to eat. My first time going to Cafe Bella.. The ambiance is nice other than that the food that I ordered was horrible! The Caprese Empanada doesn't look like empanada it was flat, greasy and looks old after they reheated it. The Turkey Cheese stuffed Croissant was not even a Croissant. It was a flat Croissant?? and looks old. It was totally different from the picture that was advertised! I paid $16 for these 2. It's not worth it! The staff were nice though!

Large raspberry white mocha on a chilly evening is perfect!

We arrived just before it closed and they were nice enough to take our coffee order, which was perfect because the evenings get a bit chilly and we needed warm beverages! The service is excellent and the ambiance is awesome. They have several flavored syrups. It has both outdoor and indoor seating. Stop in when you're in Ocean Beach!

I was on a morning walk and stumbled upon this gem. Amazing service and a cute little stand. I got an iced chai latte and it was beautifully crafted with a foamy consistency. Also ordered a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese! It was delectable! Will definitely come back again.

Stopped here before hitting the road to drive to Joshua tree. I had a wonderful latte and was so impressed with the options for juices and smoothies. I'd love to come back to try one next time!

Don't let the name fool you - this place is super authentic and Brazilian run…read more Also, one of the only places where you can get cupuacu in addition to Açaí. Very cool! Definitely recommend.

I placed an order ahead of time and showed up about 25 minutes later thinking it would be ready. When I checked in, a younger employee told me it would be another 10 minutes. Annoying, but okay. The parking situation around here is already a nightmare, so I really wasn't thrilled about having to stand around waiting even longer. Well, those 10 minutes turned into 25. During that time, I watched multiple people walk in, place orders after I had already checked in, and receive their food before me. The crazy part? It wasn't even busy. There was no line out the door, no rush, no obvious reason for such a ridiculous delay. After waiting long enough, I finally went up to an older gentleman working there (I'm assuming the owner) and politely explained that I had been waiting a very long time and was confused why people ordering after me were getting their food first. Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the mistake, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was inconveniencing him for asking about an order that should have been ready ages ago. Then, after another 10 minutes, my bowls were finally ready. In total, I waited about 35 minutes after checking in for pickup. To top it all off, the older gentleman practically shoved the bowls at me without so much as a "sorry for the wait." Look, delays happen. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. If you're running behind, just be honest about it. Don't tell someone 10 minutes when it's really going to be over half an hour. The açaí is good, but not nearly good enough to make up for being treated like an annoyance. There are plenty of other places in San Diego serving great bowls without the attitude.
