I would add a touch more salt to the meat but overall very good. I've had some variations of chicken parm here and they have tasted amazing but between the crispy chicken and crusty bread it's like taking sandpaper to your gums. The heat and moisture from the cheesesteak really softens the bread and allowed it to shine. So if you're having a hard time with the bread like me, give the cheesesteak a try. The waffle fries are really good too!

I grew up on the east coast and that sure did not taste like an east coast chicken cheesesteak. The sandwich wasn't put together properly, so everything kept falling out while I was trying to eat it. The grilled peppers were barely even cut up, some were basically huge slices or half a pepper instead of being chopped into pieces that actually fit in a sandwich. On top of that, there was so much grease or butter that it soaked completely through the bread and turned it into a mushy mess. Between the soggy bread, oversized peppers, and filling constantly falling everywhere, it was almost impossible to eat. I got so frustrated that I eventually wrapped the sandwich back up, threw it in the trash and walked out. I ended up walking over to Moku happy hour instead, where I had an appetizer a full meal, and dessert for only about $2 more than this one sandwich cost me. That really put the price and quality into perspective. Definitely not worth it and I won't be ordering this again. Should have asked for my money back!

As a returning customer placing my second order, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. As the food the first time was amazing. I was prepared to spend $77 on this order, and the least I expected was the professional courtesy of a phone call to explain the situation and offer an apology, even if the staff was busy or unable to fulfill the order. Simply canceling an order without any communication demonstrates a strong lack of respect for customers and their time. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this establishment to others. Strong customer service is about communication and accountability, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.

The sauce they had on the sandwich was just so terrific and onolicious!! The dip had good flavor that complimented the beef and bread perfectly! At $24, it's definitely on the expensive side for a sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients and the freshness made it worth every penny. The flavors were fantastic, and I didn't mind paying the premium price after taking that first bite. Parking can be a little tricky. The manager seemed rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. Looking back we should have trusted our first impression, but we decided to give it a chance and see what the hype was about. We each ordered a slice of pizza and took it outside to eat. After eating , we walked past the glass wall of the cafe and I noticed the manager handling and mixing flour with his bare hands, with the flour mixture covering his hands and forearms. I didn't expect to see food prep without disposable gloves and it made me uncomfortable. The pizza itself didn't make up for the experience. At around $22 per slice, I was expecting something exceptional or life-changing, instead, it was pretty underwhelming. The flavor, texture, and overall quality just didn't justify the premium price.
