First time at the food court and went for the bulgogi kimbap. First time having it and I'll definitely get it again. It was delicious and I much rather prefer it with the sauce. It gives me more flavor. Service was quick! Finding a spot to sit was also quick, but it's very busy.
Kimbap is very good quality, with a thin amount of rice, lots of meat and authentic ingredients. Located in the food court near Target (entrance is outside the mall). Quick and easy grab and go!
Tasty and Convenient I really wish Seoul Mix 2.0 was here in Maui! They have a great selection of ready-to-go items, which makes it super convenient if you're in a rush. At the same time, they also offer freshly made food if you want something hot and customized. The flavors are solid, portions are good, and it's a nice mix of Korean comfort food with fast service. Definitely a place I'd be visiting often if they had a location on this island too!
I stand by my previous comment that the bulgogi fries need to be cooked longer. If it was more crispy or they used a thicker cut fry it would be amazing. The bentos are where it's at though, they are so good. The kimchi fried rice is so yummy and a little bit spicy. Shout out to the server that was there a few weeks ago. She was so sweet and patient with an older man that was having trouble with their ramen machine but she helped him without getting frustrated.
Seoul Mix in the Ala Moana food court is sooo good! I highly recommend their Korean Kimchi Fries. They are shoe string fries topped with bulgolgi and kimchi and a delicious aioli. Think of poutine but with a Korean touch. The flavors are so authentic and that combination is killer. So good! also, food came out quickly!
For a quick bite to eat in the food court, this place is a great stop. I got the vegetable hand rolls and it was delicious. I liked that it was crunchy and had good sesame oil flavor. It was $4.50 for three small hand rolls. A little pricey for how much food you get but that's to be expected at Ala Moana. No complaints!

We've been their customers for at least 4 years. Tried mostly everything on the menu. Very consistent, they always have great flavors. We're especially fond of their gilbap or kimbap. A Korean Maki sushi served with a variety of condiments. My personal favorite is the Vegetable. The pickled turnip (Takuan) is one the best I've ever had. They have a good assortment of ready to go Bento's. A great place for a quick snack or a nice lunch.
Takeout lunch from Ala Moana, Honolulu, Hawaii... Mom and I had just finished having breakfast at The Lanai (food court on the Mall Level). We were walking past all of the food vendors such as Teppanyaki Farmer, Ahi and Vegetable, etc. when I saw Seoul Mix 2.0. Gosh... the bentos and musubi looked really good... and everything was packaged... ready-to-go... convenient! I thought, "Since I'm here and there's no line, I should get something for lunch later on..." Good move because after driving mom around to her appointments, I was hungry when I got home! I ripped open the box of bulgogi kimbap (Korean sushi roll) quickly... Wow... Delicious! The healthy combination of black nori (seaweed), white rice, yellow takuan (pickled, crunchy daikon), brown, tasty bulgogi (seasoned meat), orange grated carrot, yellow egg, and green choi sum was colorful and fun with the perfect amount of sesame seed oil flavor... YUM!
So many bibimbops & mandoos this last Oahu trip, but I think these were my favorite on both counts. So much so I really wanted to go back to try the wagyu option but ran out of time. Ala Moana has over 100 dining options, but I'm only a repeat customer at a handful of them. Places like this make you wonder why all "mall food" can't be this amazing.
Today I got to try their spicy chicken bento and I am impressed. It tasted very good. The worker was friendly so it made everything better.
I came here around 11:30am and wanted to get the sweet & garlic shrimp bento box. They told me that there would be a wait, about two hours for the shrimp to defrost. Are you kidding me? I wasn't about to hang out for two hours to wait for the shrimp. Instead I picked up the prepackaged seafood pancake and shrimp tempura kimbap. The food was already room temperature as it was sitting out. I like how they have a time stamp on it. The food wasn't bad. I liked the seafood pancake. It had bits of calamari and shrimp in it. That vinegar soy dipping sauce that came with it was a winner. It gave that pancake life. The kimbap was ok. Obviously, the tempura was soggy and they didn't use a whole shrimp. It was minced shrimp in some kind of paste. I don't think that I would get it again. I appreciate that it wasn't greasy like some of the other kimbaps that I've had at other places.
Yummy Korean cuisine quick bites. Located in the Lanai food court next to Macy's and Share Tea. Mall level. Nice and attentive service. Reasonable pricing. Bentos, musubis, Kimbap , kim chee fries and more are available. Ample seating that is cleaned by service personnel. Well lit. Noisy due to it being located in a food court. I ordered the kim chee fries with wagyu beef. Very flavorful and tasty. Make sure to ask for the sauce on the side.

Don't waste your time. Go to the musubi place next door. Spicy chicken musubi - stick to the kimbap, this thing was dry although oily and exploded despite being wrapped and held with nori. Service was sub-par. Cashier was not friendly. read more
Solid place in the food court to pick up a quick bite to eat! The stall itself is next to/near the Musubi Cafe Iyasume. Very reasonable yet generous portions and tasty! I've come here 2 separate times (once in March 2026 and then another time in 1-2 years ago) and had a positive experience both times. Note that most of the food is NOT made to order, however, it seems like there is a lot of traffic so things are not sitting for long. In fact, they have a sticker showing what time something was made that day. I think the only thing that is made to order is the bibimbap. But, since things are already made, you just pick what you want and pay and you're on your way. Bulgogi kimbap was very good! Lots of filling (with not too much rice) and good seasoning. If you're in a rush, probably best not to order non-premade dishes from here. They have kimbap and other items on the counter. I ordered the bibimbap and it took awhile to get my food. The eggs overcooked on top but the flavors on point with the spicy chicken. I was pleasantly surprised. A bit on the oilier side than I'd like but overall, veggies were fresh with great seasoning. read more

I had thought I did a review many years ago , when they first opened. Guess not Everyone has their food preferences. I've eaten here for lunch a number of times. I ordered the chicken Cupbop this time around. The chicken pieces were cooked just right, and the spice level of the sauce was perfect for my taste. I had previously ordered the bulgogi and was disappointed at the lack of flavor. I was remembering some of the other dishes I had. Nothing stood out. If you want a Korean grab and go bento. This place is OK. The service was friendly. They are located in The Lanai food court at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Mall level near Macy's. There are a few parking stalls reserved for pick-up. Great place for a quick Korean bite. There are many bentos and sides ready and available for purchase. Sm their made to order items like the bibimbap do come out quite quickly though. The spicy pork bibimbap taste was quite good. I've also had the seafood pancake and bulgogi kimbap. I enjoyed everything I've had here. Will definitely come back when wanting a quick Korean food fix!! read more

Seoul Mix 2.0 is a great choice for both grab-and-go and freshly cooked food options. My husband especially loves this stop at the mall and it's one of his go to choices. It's located in the Lanai Court and while it can be busy, today we were able to order quickly and find a seat easily. The bipimbap is very flavorful and the protein is cooked to order. I've even asked for them to make it vegetarian and they were able to do so with extra veggies! Highly recommended for something a little different than the usual mall food. read more
Since I didn't have so much time for lunch, I decided to grab some at Ala Moana and eat them at the office. So I chose here as not many people were there. Now I understand why. I grabbed kimchi fried rice and kimchi pancakes. Kimchi pancakes were all right: soft but only three pieces for nearly$7 is too expensive. Now kimchi fried rice ($8 plus): this was terrible, I couldn't find any passion nor respect toward customers: fried rice was too oily, a slice of spam was salty, and fried egg had egg shells....only chicken with kochujan was so-so. It was so terrible that I brought this fried rice home and re-cooked this into bibimba by adding rice, vegetables, and beef. read more
I love that you can choose your protein in the bibimbap. I'm glad spicy pork is an option and I was even happier that they had some already prepared. It does take a while if you ordered something that's not on the grab and go counter, but to me that's okay cause you know it's made to order. It's part of the food court near the Macy's at Ala Moana so it can get pretty noisy but not so much that you can't enjoy your meal. I like looking around at all the different options and make a note to myself to try these other places. But Seoul Mix 2.0 brings me back in again with their irresistible food. Lanai food court location at Ala Moana Shopping Center mean's convenience and awesome location. So this has become one of my favorite bento places recently. There's so much variety that you would have a tough choice just buying one. You will want to try them all. Some of my favs are the spicy chicken and the kimchee pancake. Located in the Lanai Food Court of Ala Moana Center, Seoul Mix 2.0 is a simple Korean restaurant with a bunch of classic choices. Enjoy the food in the shared seating area or take it to-go; almost everything is ready for you and packaged for either. On a recent take-out night I thought I'd give this a try. Their online menu was simple and clear about what was included. Prices are super reasonable at $10-12 depending on the protein. I chose a wagyu beef bento box, which included enough meat for a person for a full meal, rice, kimchee, mac salad, sprouts, and pickles. It was a diverse selection of flavors in a small package; the meat was seasoned and cooked well. This is definitely a place I will try again as I thought the food was delicious and an easy choice when I wasn't sure what I was craving. read more
Located in Lanai at the Ala Moana center. There's so many choices but we were looking for something to grab and go. Even then it was hard to choose! They had Korean style bentos and maki style Korean rolls stuffed with bulgogi. Yum! Finally went with the tried and true jap chae and some pancakes on the side. They give lots of food- pretty big portions for the price. The jap chae had lots of veggies and the noodles weren't soggy. Thumbs up on that. The pancakes were a bit disappointing. They were gummy and limp ( probably would've tasted better hot) All in all, it was a good value for what we got. read more
I'm a huge fan of korean food especially the bibimbap. If that's on the menu you bet I'm ordering that. At Seoul Mix I ordered the spicy pork bibimbap and can say I was very impressed with it. This little pop up at Ala Moana is something I would order again. Thought it may not look like a lot, they gave a pretty good portion and I even had some extra rice leftover. The Japchae in the bowl was delicious. There was no line when I went so food came out quick. If you love korean food this is the place to eat at! read more

My hubby and I decided to stop by here for lunch on our honeymoon, it was located inside the Ala Moana Center. I ordered the Bento Box with Wagyu Bulgogi($9.95). Their wagyu is SOO flavorful with a sweet flavor that reminds me of bbq! The kimchi has a nice spice to it, I LOVE mac salad, the white fluffy rice is seasoned well and the crunchy pickled daikon and japchae was a winner! Order this and thank me later! To drink my hubby and I split a bottle of Yogo Vera in the Mango flavor. I really loved this amazingly sweet mango Korean aloe vera drink! You NEED this amazing drink in your life!! The food I ordered was really tasty. The chapjae side was good but it was watery. I didn't eat the mac salad because I'm not fond of mayo. In the future I will ask them to drain the noodles and swap out the mac salad for something else. **the watery chapjae leaked out of the container and was all over the bag. Hopefully they provide options. They had chicken bento, and shrimp bento all ready to go. I saw the guy in front of me had bulgogi. I asked the cashier if they were going to bring out more bulgogi and her reply was "what?" .... i then said "beef" and she quickly knew what I was referring to (kinda strange but maybe they should know the names of their dishes). She said if I could wait 5 or 10 minutes they could have it ready for me. Glad I waited! I'm not fond of chicken thighs or shrimp with shells still on it. Ample seating in the food court area. I saw someone at the next vendor take a bento and just walk out the door with it. Eventually vendors will have to put the bentos in a locked case lol.... Sad but true read more
We didn't want to cook our last night in Waikiki so I suggested we go to the Lanai since there are several options of food in one place. After looking at the restaurants that were still open, I chose Korean. After an extensive look at the choices on the line and the menu, I ended up deciding to get fries and bibimbap. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. The bulgogi bibimbap was a fairly good size for me but it was very satisfying! I was so hungry I thought for sure I would eat the whole thing. It was nicely layered: rice on the bottom, veggies and meat with a kimchee fried egg on the top. The flavors melted nicely in my mouth and I was happy for so many veggies. But... the fries! The fries kept me from devouring the bowl! So let me tell you about these fries. I'm a little slow and I didn't realize the fries came with all that stuff on it; I thought you had a choice of the toppings but I'm happy it came with bulgogi and kimchee and a spicy sauce drizzled on it. Whatever spicy sauce was on this, it was just delicious and added such a nice kick to the fries. My Aunty and I ate almost all the fries which explains why I I didn't finish my bibimbap bowl. But it did make a yummy lunch the next day! Can't wait to come back for these fries and next time it will be earlier in the day so there will be more choices on the prepared food line! Took my kids to this place randomly and it was awesome. The plates were good, the meat was extraordinary, but the vegetables were so good ohmygoodness. I'm a man with lots of testosterone, and I thought the vegetables were fire, like I hate bean sprouts but I was munching on them at this place. And the kimchi/bulgogi fries we got were so good as well. It was everything I wanted, crispiness of the fries, iconic taste of kimchi, and the small thin pieces of bulgogi with the sauce just made it perfect. I could see myself eating those fries at any part of the day frfr. Also, being in foodcourt #2, it's close to this boba place and brug or the bar if that's what you're into, so you can get other things as well while that's your main. super swag would come again! read more
Located in the Lanai Foodcourt, this stall will fix your Korean craving express. I ordered takeout bibimbap bowl. It was okay, not the best that I had. The rice is mushy so I can tell they put a lil more water on it (I can tell coz sometimes my wife went the same stress over her rice, lol). The veggies on it cooked perfectly and is seasoned well. Customer service ain't that friendly. She's a bit grouchy but I don't mind as long as I got my order in time. Price is okay. But I'll probably go to the next K-eatery and grab a better bibimbap in a much lower price and a more friendlier service. See yah later... read more
Nice Korean place, lots of choices but their best are the bibimbap and other standards. Vegetable choices are better than the meat options. It's Korean to go food that also is fun to eat here in the Lanai food court. I'm not sure what to think about bulgogi on top of French fries but I guess this is popular among young people in Seoul and locals in Honolulu. Like the other old man in line, I got my food on rice. Service is quick and Aloha but be careful if you're eating in the food court. The birds know when they spot a careless fellow like me and I've been robbed more than once. read more
