Marcus on his way to eat the best food in town! That was a great day!
Valerie M.

Tony has a passion for food. The dude was pickling red onions 10 years before it was a thang! My most memorable menu item is the garlic burger and fries! Sometimes you've gotta bless your food before you eat it and sometimes you get to eat a burger that tastes blessed. -Muldez Fam

Really good breakfast in old Buckeye. If you're in the area and looking for breakfast, this is your place. The Omelet was fluffy with a great balance of ingredients. The house potatoes are very good but could have been more crispy. The staff is efficient and very friendly.

4'24 - very sad. Their rolls used to be covered in a thick frosting. Barely a spoonful and they won't give you more

Did someone new take over? There are no prices on the menus now, either? I'm so sad to be posting this picture of their cinnamon roll that used to be covered in an amazing frosting. Now barely has a spoonful. And when I asked for more frosting 'sorry we don't have any (it's 8:30am and they open at 7)... we have new prep workers.' Way too dry without their frosting so picture is all I ate.

It looks simple inside but The food is amazing! I actually asked the waitress what she recommended. I ended up ordering the Tony's Garlic burger without onion and tomato. I thought it would be just my typical burger, but it was actually the best burger ever!! The garlic butter added a kick to it! And the fries were delicious and crispy! I would love to come again!

First visit. Sat right down. Place filled up quickly with a few take away orders. Service great. Decent portion sizes and cheese omelette tasty. Mocha smooth. I will come back and try other items.

The food was wonderful and delicious. They were crowded but still able to give good service. The place was cute with lots to look at.

Great spot in old Buckeye. Who knew that everything would be so fresh and flavorful. Excellent customer service as well.

Nom, nom, nom. The Buckeye breakfast is enough food for two or three people. Full disclosure: I finished every bite. Three eggs (perfectly cooked), bacn, choice of bread (English muffin for me), a stack of pancakes, and the best homefries I've ever had. Let me dwell on those home fries for a moment... They are tiny cubes, perfectly crisped, and served in a square metal basket to keep them that way. Oh my. I'm ready to go back tomorrow.

Catfish Friday at Nana & Tatas! With their famous potato salad and coleslaw!!! SUPER YUM!

We all received our foods at different times. The fries were burned and the plates were small. Not worth the prices.

Food is delicious. It's a little pricy and I don't love that they don't have prices on their menu, but it's a real cute little place.

Do they serve real maple syrup?

I've only ordered the savory breakfasts. Knowing that, its difficult to find any restaurant serving legitimately real Maple Syrup. If it were my restaurant, I wouldn't, it's way to expensive.

The moment you walk in, you're met with a warm, farmhouse vibe, complete with sheep-themed décor that somehow manages to be both charming and unpretentious. It feels like the kind of place where you can settle in, relax, and enjoy a meal without any fuss. The food is consistently hearty, well-prepared, and priced in a way that reminds you that good breakfast doesn't have to break the bank. Whether you're in the mood for classic staples or something a little more filling, they deliver every time. The staff is another standout: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in a way that adds to the overall experience. They open early--which is perfect for early risers like me--but they close early as well, so plan ahead if you're thinking of a late lunch. Conveniently tucked just off the main drag on Lower Buckeye, it's easy to get to and checks all the boxes for what a local breakfast spot should be. I've been here several times now, and it's officially my go-to place whenever I'm in town and craving a solid, satisfying breakfast. Keep up the great work, Sheep Camp!

The building is old, which is fine it actually gives it character and charm inside. The issue is that it doesn't feel well maintained. The floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were also not clean, which took away from the overall experience. Customer service was nice. The lady with black hair who helped us was very friendly, and honestly, she made the experience a bit better. I almost feel bad pointing this out, but even small details stood out like her shoes looking dirty, not worn out, just not clean. I ordered the chile relleno, and it was my first time having it with red sauce. Not a big deal, but the sauce was surprising. It tasted more like Taco Bell sauce than an actual chile-based sauce. It definitely didn't resemble a chile colorado or anything close to a New Mexico or Anaheim chile flavor. The consistency was thick, more like a barbecue sauce, very similar to those packet sauces. The portions are big, which is a plus, but the flavor just isn't there. Overall, customer service is good, the building has charm, but the cleanliness is an issue, and the food doesn't stand out. Prices are okay maybe a little high for the location and condition of the place, but not extremely expensive.

This was about 30 years ago but I can still picture exactly where we sat as I tried to disappear into that booth - and I can still taste the comfort of that first bite of pot roast. Just like my mom's. She had passed not too long before. It warmed my soul. I have been to the Buckeye Cracker Barrel at least three times. Every time, I order the pot roast and I *will* it to be like that first time. It never is. Not that it's bad. It's just not mom's. But, I at least feel in proximity to that comfort. The other thing that never changes is where we are seated at this Cracker Barrel. Always, we're the first table in the middle section, just on the other side of the partition. We arrived when only two other tables were occupied, both in the first section when you come in the restaurant. When we left, that first section was nearly full, and no one was sat in the middle section where we were. It was oddly comforting, to always be at that table. But, odd.
