Place is actually now called Chilling Fusion.. We shared a shrimp cocktail and a Bazooka roll fried very good. Definitely different and something different than tacos and burritos. We will definitely come again and try a noodle or rice bowl

Coworker and I came across this new spot and wanted to try it. As with any of my reviews going to walk you through the whole process. Walking in has a mom and pop vibe on the inside. They handed us a menu when we first walked in (you order at the counter). Service was very friendly, a little slow on getting the food out so if you're in a rush something to think about. I ordered the Tacos trio (x2 birria and a fish taco) and chips guacamole and salsa. The food was an utter disappointment, guacamole way too much limon made it sour and unbearable. Birria tacos were tender, but way too over salted. Fish taco was by far the worst no cabbage and fish tasted like it was fried in week old grease. We had really high hopes for this spot, I believe it has potential just need some adjusting!

Restaurant small and ambiance cute. Service slow as they are both waiter and cook. Food not as tasteful as it presents itself visually on the plate when received. If you like bland food you may like. Sushi rice was very dry and really not something I would order again for size and taste. Large food portions, only costs are very high, for the fact that it is not that great of flavor despite the portion sizes on the plate. Will not go back.

This was our first time here and it was good. Looks like they do not only sell food but ice cream / desserts. We'll be giving this place another try again.

The food is AMAZING! Awesome service. Very happy with my experience. Will be returning and DoorDashing.

We dined in today and were blown away by the great service and the incredible flavor of the dishes. We will definitely be visiting again!

I love 'Sushi Love'! I got their 'Blazing Shrimp Roll' which had shrimp tempura rolled with spicy…read morecrab, cucumber and cream cheese, and topped with spicy tuna, eel sauce, spicy mayo and tempura jalapeño. It was both gorgeous and delicious!!! Nestled in an Avondale strip mall, this cozy little Japanese place serves up a deep menu of over 60 different sushi rolls, five different kinds of ramen, as well as staple Japanese and Korean entrees like Teriyaki, Bulgogi, and Katsu bowls. The restaurant is pristine: everything in the front of the house was clean and the decor was a balance of both modern and traditional Japanese. Their lunch rush was steady; the dining room was well occupied shortly after opening. And the service was attentive and genuine! This is, hands down, one of the best sushi spots in the area! I will be back!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. We've been coming here since Sushi Love first opened,…read moreand in the beginning this place was on top of things, the servers were friendly and attentive, and while the kitchen could be a little slow at times, it was never anywhere near as bad as what we experienced today. Here's the timeline from when we arrived to when we finally received everything: 12:10 - Seated 12:20 - Finally able to order drinks and food 12:27 - Received my single sushi roll 12:54 - Guest received his entree 1:04 - Just received our gyoza appetizer It took over 10 minutes after being seated before the waitress even got us water. I was trying to look up other restaurants in the area because we were about to leave. What made this even more confusing was that it was a Sunday right after opening, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Because the appetizer took so long, I ended up splitting my single sushi roll with my guest so he wouldn't have to sit there hungry while waiting on his food. Even then, it still took over 30 minutes for his entree to arrive, which was ridiculous considering it was just one dish. The most frustrating part was waiting nearly 45 minutes for a single appetizer order of gyoza. We were honestly close to leaving before it ever arrived, and I would have left still hungry. If the appetizer had come out in a reasonable amount of time, I could have actually enjoyed the roll I came there for in its entirety instead of having to split it just so we could get by while waiting. The pacing of the food also made no sense. Appetizers should come out before entrees, not after everything else. Instead, one person was eating while the other sat there waiting, which made the entire experience awkward and frustrating. If the waitress paced things correctly it would have made a huge difference and likely helped prevent the kitchen from getting backed up. On top of that our waitress never apologized for the delays or acknowledged the excessive wait times, not even after we waited over 10 minutes just to get water. She did repeatedly asked if we "needed anything else" while we were still waiting on food. Like, yes, we needed the food we already ordered? Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and uncaring from both the service staff and the kitchen. What's especially disappointing is that this wasn't our first bad experience here. This is now the second visit in a row where we've dealt with extremely slow service and a noticeable lack of attentiveness (last time we were there they forgot some food, not only ours but also a table next to us). This place used to be good, which makes the decline even more frustrating, the kitchen needs an overhaul or something. Sushi is good and not as slow but ordering anything from the kitchen or getting drinks is like pulling teeth to get. Sushi Love isn't a huge restaurant, so it's hard to understand how things have become this disorganized. We gave the restaurant another chance hoping things would improve, but this was by far the worst experience we've had here.

Trapper's was recommended to me a while ago, but I hadn't had the chance to try it until yesterday…read more I'm not sure how busy it gets on Sundays, but it wasn't too bad when we got there around 5pm. We opted for the all you can eat dinner, but it's limited to the bar only - no biggie. We were quickly seated and given water. To start off, we ordered some gyoza and trapper bites. Both were great options. We also ordered some cocktails. I ordered the Pineapple Coconut Crusher. 10/10 if you want a sweet cocktail. After looking through the menu and asking for recommendations, we started ordering our rolls. You order your rolls directly from over the bar, and they're made right in front of you, which I thought great. The rolls and nigiri were delicious. The quality of the sushi is really good. I especially loved the Tukwila and Trump rolls. Both are great options if you're not sure what to order. The salmon nigiri is also really good. Overall, we had a really good experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially since it was our first time. I enjoyed chatting with the guys behind the counter and seeing them have fun while preparing our food.

Hubby went in and got it and handed me the bag which I held the 1 mile drive home Went from bad to worse! We always order the same orders and we ordered drinks, appetizers and a roll all at the start as soon as the waitress arrived at our table, our order arrived after 2 drinks. It was wrong, yet another drink later I finally asked for the manager. Hubbys foods that was brought with mine been sitting in front of him for atleast 35 minutes, awaiting my reorder with correct food. One hour and 20 minutes later I'm still sitting here without food listening to a kid still screaming randomly. If the lady next to me reads this review- after hearing your entire drama... LEAVE THE MAN!! (Also that's a crappy place to leave your bag to whetted have to climb over it to go to the bathroom...) I actually went to the bar and asked a second time for a manager and still no one came. I finally stood up and eventually the waitress came and asked if we wanted to take the rolls home that finally came. We declined. She did state mine was comped, we again declined, please remove both from the bill, will pay the drinks and appetizers. Thanks for the enjoyable evening Trappers ‍

The Mackerel was well marinated and not too sour but also a nice fatty flavor. Friday Night Dinner with the Fam to KickOff Our Spring Break Adventures!!!…read more This was a good choice. There are many items to choose from on the all-you-can -eat menu. Everything was fresh and tasty. The presentation was excellent, as well. My fav is the Carpaccio and The baked mussels. Yum! After I tapped out, they brought a beautiful tray of oysters for another table that looked amazing. I would try that next time. We also had the Spicy Garlic Edamame, Miso soup, Seaweed Salad, and the Gyoza. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. All the staff work as a team to make sure everyone is happy and getting everything they need. They all help to clear plates and bring new dishes to the table. They have a decent array of drinks and Sakis. The seating has a good size area with booths and tables. They have room to move tables to accommodate for larger parties, which is a bonus. There are tv screens up on the walls with different shows and videos playing. They also have music playing which was nice. It's a fun & casual vibe. They just recently changed ownership and names so that's probably why we got in so quickly on a Friday night. They are making changes to the menu and so there will be more updates coming soon. The parking is right outside and it's a big shared lot so it was easy. The building and windows are dark but at night they have a new neon sign that says" Brave Sushi-all you can eat. " There are two cost options you can pick $35 for all you can eat, except the Nigiri, or $40 to include the Nigiri. They both include ice cream for dessert. When you are in Peoria, Arizona, check it out!
