She never responded but then out of nowhere AZUCENA calls my phone number after I sent that email to the attorney. How ironic. Then I called her right back after we got off the phone and she didn't answer. So unprofessional. okay and the garnishment email is GARNISHMENTDEPT@GMAIL.COM that's someone personal email and their backup recovery email is pay**********@gmail.com . I am utterly disappointed with Cactus Jack's Auto Sales' service department. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve issues that blatantly fall under Arizona's Lemon Law, their lack of response is not just frustrating but utterly unacceptable. It's been four days without a vehicle, resulting in significant loss of wages and precious school time for my children. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I strongly advise against entrusting your automotive needs to such a negligent establishment In addition to the lackluster response from Cactus Jack's Auto Sales' service department, the sheer inconvenience of waiting for their tow service to pick up the vehicle has been an absolute nightmare. To add insult to injury, my apartment complex has orange-tagged the vehicle twice, threatening to tow it from what was supposed to be a temporary loading area. These needed repairs have left the vehicle inoperable and immovable. The utter disregard for timely service and basic customer courtesy is beyond infuriating. This ordeal has caused nothing but unnecessary stress and inconvenience. bought a car from this location about 5 weeks or so ago. salesman mark was very helpful, and courtious, to my family, we took several hours to select our car, after driving several impala's we decided on a 06. this is a nice car with decent miles on it.will several weeks later this car was leaking tranny fluid all over our garage floor. after about a week i took my car to the aamco transmission shop on w. indian school rd.to get a estimate on repairs, after a short test drive, and a short look under the car .aamco quoted a price of 1225.00 to fix my car with over 10.1 hours for labor . being somewhat of a old school mecanic, i knew this was way out of line , i took my car back to cactus jack at 1660 w. bell rd, i spoke to office manager bob, and to my salesman mark,then i spoke to the mecanic randy , he had lots of knowledge about impala's . i left my car on a thursday evening at closeing time, randy said my car would be ready the next day !!!!!! and it was ready, and i did"nt have to pay one penny for the repairs. the leak was the o ring around the dip stick, aamco is a rip- off how many other people just except what they are told by aamco and except them on there word.? thank god for cactus jacks at 1660 w . bell rd . thank you w.ellison 06/23/2013 6:33 pm read more

I got my car here about 2 yrs ago. It was so fast and easy I was afraid to put anything of mine in the car for the first week for fear that it was too good to be true. The car had small issues from the jump but the mechanic Randy quickly fixed it every time with no fuss. I also wasn't a jerk about it because I knew I was buying a used car. 2 weeks before my warranty expired the heads blew on my car & all it cost me to fix was my deductible. It still leaks oil though but not a lot. What I expected to get was the runaround and lots of push back but what I got instead was great and speedy service with a smile. I will definitely be getting another car from them as soon as this one is paid off. I'm my mom's caregiver & she is very ill, so my car is really important to me, not just because it gets me to work but because it gets us to her many important doctor appointments & ER visits. I have bought my last four automobiles from this location. I have heard a lot of people say bad things about cactus jack but I am a fan. When I bought my first car from them it was because my credit was bad three cars later I would say that it is the service that I get. I have seen sales men come and go but I would have to say that I haven't had a bad experience with any of them. I have always been able to call Randy the service manager for any problem that I have had with my car or truck and he has been there to take care of me and my ride. He will forever be my mechanic. Shouts go out to the Owner Dennis who is always willing to work with me. I just purchased my fourth car from them in January I think it will be my last one for a while but not for any reason except I am in LOVE!!! Every purchase was quick and smooth. We purchased a 2007 PT cruiser touring edition a couple of months ago from cactus Jack on Bell. The alternator went out last week but we had also purchased the extended warrantee so it was covered. I have to say I was beyond impressed with RANDY the mechanic who not only replaced the alternator,battery, fixed the wires to the battery so they had a better connection (which he didn't have to do) but for three days in a row continued to let me bring the car in until every single quark was worked out and he felt confident there was no more issues with my car. He is so good that on the third day it was discovered that the issue was the charger I was using to charge my phone. My car now runs as good as a brand new car fresh off the show room floor. I know Cactus Jack has had a bad rep in the past but I have to say with RANDY there I will go back to cactus jack on bell to buy my next car because I know if anything is wrong with the car I buy he will make it right.
