Gave them every dime I had to buy a new vehicle. A day later the ac goes out. The next day the engine light starts flashing while I'm driving it and I end up stuck in Yuma. Called the dealership and they just say to bring it in on Monday and they'll credit me for whatever I had to repair. Complete and utter disappointment when I buy a vehicle I expect it to run for a while before needing to have a mechanic work on it. Now I'm stuck in Yuma and they won't pay to have it towed to Phoenix or the mechanic to get me back on the road. I'll never use this dealer again. Buyer beware!! read more

Matt at the Camelback location was extremely rude and arrogant. Gave 3 different prices on same car and talked down to us providing poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I wish i could give a negative 5 star rating. This the worst place EVER!!!! customer service is beyond horrific!!! The car I purchased not only has electrical issues but had dry rotted tires on it. Shortly after purchasing the car I changed jobs along with my pay days. The account manager assigned to my account advised that I just needed a letter from my current employer stating such. They never changed the due date but have been quick to call me stating my payment is late. The manager Sharon is rude and expects you to take it and not be rude back to her. Do not buy a car from this place at all!!! read more

It was cool to be able to get a car with less than perfect credit but the engine blew up the second year we had the car. Then after financing the car engine repair of $2700 which they added to the balance cole had all of it except $800 paid off and was making a payment every two weeks the finance company Auto Now Financial had his car towed with no notice whatsoever 5 days before Christmas 5 weeks before his last payment. These people are jerks if you do business with them expect to be treated like s**t. Just a heads up read more

Was going to shop here, but while pulling in the lot I witnessed an employee following a woman to her car in the parking lot, literally yelling at her. Clearly she was upset about the "lemon" she purchased from them. I was horrified at his treatment of a customer. Yet alone a woman. His verbal attacks were targeted at her personally. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here ever. Not if I was the last place on Earth read more

I called cactus jack to make a settlement on a vehicle the lady stated yes and it would only be for a day . I owe 3400 on the vehicle and it is a salvage status something I wasn't aware at signing . After the lady verified who I was and mAde routine payments never missed one . Was told sorry I can't help you. But a friend who was white owed 5000 missed several payments was able to get a settlement read more

I have no problem with the car I received , the reason for the 1 stars is I got the car and there was no gas in it, I asked if they could put gas in it and was told the machine is locked and to come back during the week and they would put gas in. I called the following week and they said to come down and they would put in gas. They did put in gas but seriously didn't even put 3 gallons in the car. The car I bought is worth maybe 6500 and I'm paying over 14,000 for it and they can't provide a full tank of gas? Just be careful here I would do buisness with them at your own risk read more

I am disgusted by the so called professionalism and "excellent" service provided by this place. My boyfriend was in desperate need of a car so he came here. They baited him with a "refurbished" car, which has totally has been in a wreck and seen a chop shop; pieces on the car don't belong to the year, and possibly not make, and the frame has been welded together in the front. NOT ONLY THAT, but Cactus Jack/PFG Funding keeps threatening him that they will cease the car BEFORE his payment due date. It's disgusting. Right now, literally right now, they have a repo truck circling his car at work waiting for the day to expire because they think we're going to "default". Absolutely disgusting. If we didn't dump money into the piece of sh*t car they sold us I would let them take it back. Don't go to any of their locations, people who say this place was great are lying and probably got some type of discount. I am appalled at how they handle their phone calls as well. They lied to my boyfriend about little things. For example, that his license plates would come to his house. When they didn't we went to the MVD and got new ones. Cactus Jack calls, "By the way your plates have been here, are you going to come get them or no?" I'm sorry? They've been there and you're just now calling?! I am annoyed with their entire establishment and have told anyone and everyone I have come into contact with about how unhappy I am with Cactus Jack. It's sad to see that so many other people have been so negatively affected by them. read more

They don't post their prices....shady from the get go! The pics on website are NOT the cars they have and the low price down is a SHAM!! Lots of other no credit check places....would NEVER buy from them.....read the reviews....they are all horrible and now I know why! :) read more

We went to Cactus Jacks this week looking for a car. We had bad credit and having a hard time with a low down. We saw their ads on Craigslist that state "$500 down? Full time job? You're approved?" We went in and they demanded to run our credit even though they say no credit check. Then we told them we have $500 down. They said for that amount we get to pick from 3 cars on the lot. They were older model cars - late 90s, over 150K on them, and worse than taking the bus in all seriousness. read more

I was in need of a car desperately after having 2 bad experiences at their Camelback and Bell Rd location in Surprise. I was greated by Brandi. She was very friendly, and took the time to hear my bad experiences and was willing to help. This is what i call customer service. I picked out a dependable even cute car that i am comfortable in. I will definately refer others to this location. Better yet to go see Brandi. read more

These people are total jerks. I've never even made it to physically being on their lot and I find them rude. I called to ask about how to go about getting a car. I started with "I had my car repo'ed and I was just wandering.." I was then cut off and told to contact some Chicago lending place. I tried to tell him I was wanting to know if they accept people with repo'ed cars and he wouldn't give me even a second to get a word out. What. An. Asshole. Good thing there are many other (better) dealerships willing to actually speak to me in Phoenix! read more

Worst place ever Bought a 2007 Buick LaCrosse from them 2 days of owning the car the power steering went out They said they fixed the problem it was a kink in the "7' long power steering hose" A week later same problem this time it was "a air bubble in the line" Week or two later same problem but now it's a "power steering pump" charged me 110.00 for the part but when I looked it up the part only cost 65.00 Went to pick it up and was told " works at high rpms but not low and it would fix its self. So now the fourth time it's there being "fixed" was cause when they replaced the pump something fell into the rack and pinion and that needed to be replaced. Picked it up and guess what same problem but now it will go out while turning and kick back in durning the turn so a forceful turn turned into a jerk of the wheel almost causing a crash They told me someone didn't recalibrate a sensor and that was the problem Well it took them 7 days to "fix that" I have also been told that one of their mechanics half asses things to save time and money and that was from the head mechanic down there Oh and they don't call you to inform you that your car is ready So my car has been down there a total of 5 times to fix a power steering problem I feel unsafe driving my kids in the car If you need a car don't go to cactus jacks read more

Rick helped me 5 different times. The 1st 4 times I didn't purchase anything. He was a straight shooter with me and wasn't annoyed that I kept coming in without buying. My credit was very bad and we talked about why it happened and how best to improve it. If you read most of the reviews the poor ones say they didn't get the car they wanted, etc. You can't blame this dealership for your poor life choices. I understand where I am right now and know my options for a vehicle are limited. These guys got me into a reliable car and are helping me reestablish my credit thru their own finance program. Conventional banks wouldn't finance me. Mark was very helpful too. I have had a lot better luck with their service department than I have with large Jeep, Ford, Chevy dealers. I have had 2 issues with the SUV since I purchased it and both were resolved within 2 days free of charge. read more

I got a car here about 30 days ago. People here are rude they don't explain things very well. they will add fees just to make an extra buck. The cars are not clean the seats are stained and when i asked if they would detail the car when i bought it they said not their problem. The tires where bad. had to buy new tires. They are not helpful at all every time i called or went into this location they will argue with you for no reason. They just want your money customer service is none. their not friendly or nice. all the employees look like felons. The4 store is dirty as well as the people their. Then they tell you they have a third party to get your plates that will call you. well they lied the 3rd party never picks up the p[hone or returns call. then when you go in to put money down they will add money with out telling you then get mad when confronted worst place ever. Will never buy a car here again!!!!!!!! read more

When I first came here they seemed friendly and helpful until I called asking questions regarding about my free oil changes. I was literally told "I don't have time for this, go bother someone else". Excuse me but you don't talk to a customer like that especially if they are financing a car through you. I had a question also about payments since the website link they gave me was invalid and they made me feel ignorant and dumb just for calling about it. Pathetic customer service downright, I get better service at my local mcdonalds who get paid minimal wage. Stay away from this place. You aren't worth their time. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would ! Like many I'm a young guy with not much credit but not bad . I was definitely taken advantage of . After buying my car , it broke down in the middle of an intersection and i held traffic up for a whole hour . Once I called and asked for the tow service that they offer , they told me their tow guy was gone for the day ( it was noon ) .... After taking the car the dealership where i should have gone , the car had all bad brakes , needed new tires , bad oil, wiring issue , exhaust leak , needed new O2 sensors and a host of other things . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE , save you're time and money & DONT DO IT !!! read more

I have gotten 3 cars from this location and have always been pleased with the way I was treated. Never buy a car here! The service department can never get it right. It's taken over four visits and four time time to order the right part. They never answer you calls or call you to let you know you car is ready! The worst services in the valley! read more

This website needs to put the "NO STAR" option on here so I can select it! I will NOT and would NOT recommend this Cactus Jacks or any other Cactus Jacks to anyone. First off they sold me a vehicle that was worth $1500.00 for $8,000.00 because I had bad credit. If I would have been directed correctly I could have gotten a new vehicle from a REAL dealership with lower money down, lower payments, and it would have been a new vehicle. NOW, I'm stuck with a vehicle that has major issues and they are NOT willing to make any repairs even though the vehicle had the issues before I purchased it!!!! read more

They are liars and con artist that that advantage of people who are vulnerable and in dire need of Transportation. They know that we live in a state where you need transportation to get anywhere and survive and they Prey Upon that fact! They will promise you the moon and the stars above and say trust me trust me trust me the whole way through even give small little insignificant acts of kindness could get you to gain their trust and when they have you right where they want you they will screw you over. The guy Randy that's in charge of the service department do yourself a favor no matter how much he smiles and says trust me don't fall victim to that con artist because when you call him on his promises you're pretty much tell you oh well and then charge you to repair things they initially promised you wouldn't be responsible for stay clear of this car dealership if you can! read more

The car turned out to be a lemon and they won't take responsibility. Sales great... services not good.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They take advantage of poor people with bad credit and will hold your car and make you pay arbitrary fees. They are extremely rude and dont like to be told they did something wrong. They wont let me get my car back today even though I've completely payed everything (wasnt even behind on a payment, my car got impounded by Mesa PD and they took it) It literally would have been easier for me to get my car from Mesa PD than them. Please for your own sake to not get screwed into getting a car from the sleazy bastards. read more

I will never get another vehicle from this place nor recommend anyone to them they are scammers they don't care about you once you get a car from them your stuck and can't do nothing about it when it comes to problems with your vehicle read more

Cactus Jack's prey on people with poor credit who desperately need a vehicle. Of course almost everyone is approved because they will sell you a car in mediocre/poor condition WAY over it's valued price and refer you to a loan agency with an extremely high interest rate. That is usually the case if you have poor credit, but don't fall into the lie that they're trying to help you. The vehicles look pretty decent on the outside but a few months after driving off that lot they practically fall apart. You will deal with nonstop mechanical problems. By that point you will be making your high biweekly car payments on a car you can barely drive because it is in constant need of repairs. Before you finalize your sale at Cactus Jack's they ask you to rate them and write up a review for Google right then and there. I imagine that is why they have a high rating on some sites. People don't usually bother to go back and change it a few months later when they realize they were screwed over. read more

STAY AWAY!! SCAM ARTISTS!! Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!! You've been warned. When I requested to see my paperwork they refused to show me. When I kept insisting to see my paperwork they actually called the police on me!! What are they hiding????? When questioned about his integrity the General Manager said something along the lines of, I don't care about integrity, all I care about is making the sale. Maybe they should make that their business motto. Please, please, please stay away from this place. I would advise you to stay away from ALL Cactus Jack's dealerships if this is how they all operate. read more

I called Patrick in Surprise and was told they do not subscribe to Carfax or Auto- check. This raised a Red Flag so I ran my own Carfax. My girlfriend was recently duped into purchasing a vehicle here. After the purchase the loan was sold to an out of state company who proceeded to change the parameters of the loan, added fees and also was impossible to contact. After three months of attempting to talk to a rep from the loan company we went back in to the dealership to get help from the salesman, he was unbelievably rude and basically told us he didn't care as we already purchased the vehicle. This place is a rip off read more

I thought this was going to be a great option for buying a new car. As I was looking at their inventory online a box popped up inviting me to online chat. The salesman asked questions about what I was looking for and said he would get back to me with some options. One of the questions he asked was whether or not I would need financing. I said I would be paying in cash and I think that was the deal breaker. I got some sales emails but no one ever got back to me with cars that fit what I was looking for. Even when I replied and told them this, still nothing. Clearly if they can't take advantage of you with interest rates, they don't want to sell you a car. I just wish they hadn't wasted so much of my time with the online chat. read more

Wish I could give negative stars !!! Stay away from this place every time you call they try to get you off the phone as quick as possible and they never know anything about your car or anything dealing with your purchase ! I was told after I bought the car and made my remaining payment of $200.00 I would receive my plates. I never got them so I called to ask about it and they said they had no idea and call the loan place. So I did and they tell me that I now need to pay another $120 to get plates which I was never told !!! Also now the CD player does not work and the car is leaking oil very bad as well as when I picked up the vehicle the tires are warn and dry rotting. The tire on driver rear is a totally different size than the rest !! When I took the car to sun devil auto there was not even a quart of oil in the car and it was black I REFUSE TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM TO ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THE WAY THIS IS ALL GOING DOWN. I work for a major automotive shop and the way this has been is an absolute joke !!! I will be telling all of my customers to stay away !!!!! read more

When I went to the lot I have to say the positive part about the experience was that they don't breathe down your neck while looking at vehicles. Here's my problem with them. After I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on about a week later indicating that it had a leak in the emission exhaust. I took the car 3 times to have them fix under their "15 day warrenty" for all repairs incurred during the time period. All they did was reset the check engine light after having my car for a day or two per incident. I gave up and just dealt with it because they made sure to filibuster until the time expired. I guess that why they call it cactus jack because I definitely got "jacked". read more

I give this cactus jacks 0 stars but have to check one. I bought my car in Nov 2017 my brother purchased a car April 2018 he gave my name as a referral. I was given 2 checks for $100 each well one of the checks was returned and now the place I cashed it at wants the 100 plus another 30 for a fee. I called and spoke to the manager MARK and he stated I was only supposed to receive one check. How am I supposed to know that?? He also stated they are not going to help me and I am responsible for the check and fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ITS MY FAULT THEY ACCIDENTLY GAVE ME 2 CHECKS!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I recently relocated to Phoenix from Texas and decided that a 2nd car was needed. On our way to lunch we ended up seeing Bell Rd and many car dealerships. We randomly picked this place by the name. We went into the dealership knowing that it was a used car lot, and said up front, we would like a 2011 or better car and payments no more than 300. The guy was like why a 2011. I explained it was just what I wanted being that the car would be preowned. He then went to tell me that any car 2011 would be about 500 dollars a month, but he had a few good cars he could show me in the price range I wanted. We then went into the Arizona heat and he showed me JUNK after JUNK after JUNK. I quickly saw that he didn't care about what I had told him. I thanked him and drove down the street in which I walked away the proud owner of a 2015 Malbu with my payments a little over 300 a month, worth it for great customer service. Found out this place is horrible and was laughed at everytime I said where I had gone to first. STAY AWAY THEY ONLY HAVE JUNK! read more

I was in desperate need of a car and i thought I should give this place a try even though I read all the bad reviews and sure enough they were all right. This place is trash! They will give a junk car! I recently got a car from them, and the car was just having way too much problems already and it was barley the first week. I took my car in and they said they won't be able to take in unless an appointment is made. The Staff is just plain rude and pretty sure racist too. I eventually got stranded at work. The key wouldn't even turn on my car so I had to purchase a key from locksmith that was $300! Cactus jack should of took care of that! Then, my windows wouldn't go down. And when I got on the freeway my car just started shaking past 50 Mph. So now I don't want anything to do with that car so Im just going to let it get repo at this point cause I can't with them! I rather loose my 800 down payment then pay for a 10,000 car that is junk! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE CAUSE LIKE THEY SAY THEY CALL IT CACTUS JACK BECAUSE THEY BE JACKING YOUR ASS. read more
