We Love Cactus club Langley! Alina, our favorite server, took great care of us, and Genesis , is the friendliest greeter out there! She always recognizes my hubby and I and gets us the best spot. Also, shout out to Makayla, who's hospitality goes above and beyond. We weren't in her section but she took the time to say hello and inquire about our lunch date. They've got a great happy hour menu and lots of options for someone who deals with a severe gluten allergy. read more

We love Cactus Club, one of our favorites to visit, we've never been to the Langley location - so decided to give this on a try. I walked up while my husband was looking for parking and the host said there is nothing available, can't tell me the approximate wait time, just too many tables ahead of me. I walked out disappointed and found my husband on the phone checking the website. Told him nothing at all anytime soon and he looked at me baffled and said, I can reserve a table online, 30min wait? He did and we got seated no issue even a little early, so what's the disconnect? You almost lost us going somewhere else, might have happened to others too? Food was good, they have really nice options and drinks are also yummy. Our server was super nice and checked in on us regularly. The calamari is our favorite appetizer... so love Cactus, but might choose another location again next time. read more

We popped in for appetizers and sips on a Sunday evening. Their indoor patio is lovely. Service was good although the restaurant was busy. For food we ordered the beef carpaccio and lettuce wraps. Both were delicious! The lettuce wraps were definitely the star of the show. I've heard others rave about the lettuce wraps at Cactus, and I have to say they lived up to the hype! read more

Lettuce wraps are a rip off they are a 1/3 the size when ordered from Uber Eats . Thee sauces are half the size and not enough lettuce.

Quiet on patio, attentive servers and food is reliably good. We ordered water with lemon to start, no pressure on alcohol. Paid cash and all went smoothly. read more

Cactus Club is always on my list of rotation. It's the perfect spot for a quick bite, happy hour, or if you have a large group. I love stopping by during HH, despite the busy atmosphere--a testament to its popularity. Expect the parking lot to be full. Consistency is key here, both in terms of food quality and service excellence. Every visit guarantees a delightful experience. While there's no bad seating, I have a soft spot for the patio, especially on sunny days. The added touch of heating ensures comfort even during chilly weather. My recommendations: -You cannot go wrong with any of the food here, but I personally LOVE the Caesar cocktail, hot chicken & pickles, salmon aburi roll, & prawn crunch roll. -Make an online reservation in advance. Wait times can be a little crazy (we've gone when it was 2+ hrs!) read more

We had a great experience bringing our large group in for a suprise party. All the host staff were excellent in making things go smoothly, and the servers were excellent. All the details were looked after, and everyone enjoyed their food. We ate there last night. Everything was fine until we ordered dessert. The waiter asked if we wanted the bill at the same time. We had just got our dessert when he asked if he could bring us the machine. Could we maybe just order and wat our dessert first. read more

I love Cactus Club, so whenever I'm in a new area and come across a CC I have to stop in for a meal or snacks. 5-stars for the food. As always it was super yummy. What was meant to be a hot dish was hot and what was mean to be a cold dish was cold. I'm only giving a 3-star this time for two reasons: #1 we were seated outside in a covered patio area and was told it's nice and warm because it was enclosed and they had heaters on (it was windy and raining). It was warm at first, but each time they opened the door to enter or exit a huge gust of wind blew through. I was cold and uncomfortable the entire time. #2 our waitress was very friendly and super nice, however she forgot (several times) little things we asked for. At one point my daughter started eating her salad with a toothpick (normally used to keep her burger together) because she didn't have utensils. I still recommend this Cactus Club though. Ambience is important but not as important as delicious food read more

We had reservations made in advance for my nephew's birthday. The waitress sat us at a tiny booth outside and said she had no other tables for 6 people. We spoke with the manager and got a snarky response that we had to take it or leave it. When you have 3 big guys they won't fit with 3 other people in a tiny wall booth. Service was so slow and the waitress kept spilling drinks on me. The iced tea my father ordered took 45 mins to replace. My father was told he couldn't customize his order, yet other locations had no problems in the past. The Spaghetti was so small and the prawns were half the size of a regular pasta restaurant at double the asking price (you could go to Superstore and Save-on and get the same sized prawns in the freezer section). I'm not coming back... ever. read more

The hostess was not welcoming. When asked how long the wait was, she refused to say. She appeared irritated when I asked is it over an hour, or under an hour. After 40 minutes we asked how much longer, and she again was unwilling to even say "it should be soon or there are still a few parties ahead of you." Ultimately, we had to go next-door to Olive Garden where they were very willing to tell us it would be 5-10 minutes. Communication is so important! There's a reason Cactus Club is one of our favorites and this location didn't disappoint as it lived up to our previous visits of other locations. The ambiance was clean, trendy, and modern. Parking was plentiful and we were greeted right away and taken to our table. A big shoutout to our amazing server, Elise, who made our experience all the better with her friendliness, promptness, and kindness. Loved her! As for the food, we decided to try some of their new features as well as some tried and true options. We got the Ceviche (quite good, although the accompanying tortilla chips were on the salty side), Crab Cake (this one was okay, but nothing to write home about), Mini Burgers (they were a bit on the dry and bland side), Chicken Wings (we got the salt and pepper flavor, and they were pretty good), Truffle Fries (cannot go wrong with these, especially with the garlic aioli dip), and Four Mushroom Steak (upgraded to the New York striploin, it was perfectly cooked and the highlight of the meal). For a non steakhouse, I am constantly impressed by how well Cactus Club cooks their steaks and wouldn't hesitate to order a steak from here anytime. Finally, as we were celebrating a birthday, Elise was sweet enough to comp any dessert of our choice to end the meal. We decided on the Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bar, which was scrumptious and devoured within minutes. All in all, the food was delicious and beautifully presented and executed, the service was stellar, and we left highly satisfied yet again with our Cactus Club experience. Without a doubt, we'll most definitely be back! read more

I'm not one for chain restaurants but Cactus Club changed my mind for the better even after waiting 20 minutes for our table, despite making reservations. Nestled in a cozy booth, we had an incredible birthday dinner. Starting with the beef carpaccio, its accent of fried capers and sharpness of fresh horseradish had me wishing I ordered two. Hands down the best I've had in years. The main dishes were cooked perfectly. The creole butter on the steak was smoky and spicy and the velvety demi glacé on the chicken was superb. Our cocktails were a little disappointing. Both were unbalanced with a heavy handed pour of bitters which made them undrinkable. Our pleasant server replaced them promptly with frozen Aperol spritzes that were bright and punchy. We finished our feast with a decadent chocolate lava cake that oozed comfort. Such a great night, we'll definitely return! read more

Good food at reasonable prices with friendly service. We were confused at first when we came in because a large part of the restaurant was empty (the covered patio), and were told it's an hour wait. Apparently all the tables there were reserved? But the hostess was kind enough to let us take a spot if we were done within the hour. Turns out it was happy hour! It got really busy right after that but even the covered patio was surprisingly comfy in the winter months! read more

Very cool vibe and ambiance... well sized portions and drinks... great service and attention to detail. Tasty meals!!!

Came with a girlfriend to dine in (after order doordash many times) and had such a great time. It was a nice sunny day so sat in the patio which was spaced out for covid measures but was still pretty packed. My gf and I had bellenis and truffle fries to start, both were super yummy. The fries had just the right amount of truffle and parmesan, and the garlic mayo to dip was just a perfect go-to sauce. My gf had the bacon cheeseburger and she said it was great - beef cooked perfectly and not overdone. I had the Cajun chicken burger which was absolutely fantastic. I'm not normally a chicken burger kind of gal but this was delicious, it had a great Cajun seasoning, and the chicken itself was very moist and not dry. Overall, we both had a fun time in the patio enjoying our meals. We'll definitely return for some happy hour drinks and appies read more

Been here a few times, this restaurant has good vibes and it is always busy. Reservation is recommended and they do take walk-in. Today we came to try happy hour. Had their 1. Dijon Salmon - salmon was very good + the mash potatoes was light. Could use more veggies 2. Green Curry with Chicken - excellent taste wise but the rice should be presented off the side instead of in the bowl 3. NY style cheese cake was tasty and just how I like it. All in all it was a great meal. We'll be back. read more

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the food. Cactus has always had amazing food. They blocked off the bathroom so only 2 people can enter at a time and they wear masks, but other than that, we were walked through the entire restaurant to our table within 2-3 feet of other tables. No tables (that I saw) were blocked off for distancing. It was a packed lunch and we were in a booth with people in the booth behind us, and beside us on both sides. I'll come back once the pandemic is over. read more

The hostess were so unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional. When a customer walks up to the hostess stand they should be greeted, not stared at. Im not sure who is training these girls but they're doing a horrible job. If you want people to spend money at your establishment you have to be friendly. Unexceptional. read more

I am pretty disappointed in this location. I eat here in a regular basis, and every time, without fail, every single time they mess up my order!!! This time they gave me a salad that was not full!!! Enjoyed a girls night out with my hometown girlfriends! Delicious food, drinks, and good conversation makes a great night.. we stayed 4+ hours! Got the Frozen Sangria as my first drink. I really liked it - tasted like a grape popsicle! Drink 2 was the Kyoto Fizz... so glad they brought this drink back! My third drink is a classic favourite of mine: Bellini. We also decided to do some shots, for the good old times. For food, I got the Steak Frites as my entree. We shared a few appetizers: Calamari (one of my favourites) and the Spicy Ahi Tuna Roll (which was surprisingly really good)! Always a fun time at Cactus Club. read more
