Appetizer plates: shrimp and sushi. Do not recommend the shrimp; tastes fake.
    Sheri H.

Came in for an early dinner and was told that if I left before 5:30, I could be seated. Hmmmm. Not the best way to say hello, hostess. Otherwise, this review would be a 4. I like Earl's and they have a lot of things on the menu I've had before that I enjoy. This was a one-off experience and would not hold this against them due to the number of times I've been at this chain before. This was the first time I've been at this location. Ordered off the happy hour menu, dragon roll and Hawaiian coconut prawns. No idea what they think those shrimp are suppose to be, but they had zero coconut batter to them, and the shrimp tasted processed. They also weren't whole shrimp but minced shrimp pieces. The slaw was flavorless. The dragon roll was all right. The waitress I had was friendly and fast. She made small talk and gave a recommendation about some places I was going to go to later that night.

Come here for the happy hour, service was great, food is decent, prices is fair The service was great but too young so is not enough experience to up sale customer Food is decent but no recommended the truffle fries due to no truffle taste on the fries, only truffle taste on the sauce But I do like the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake, that is not taste to heavy with the sauce and the peanut butter

Earl's definitely put the happy in Happy Hour! There's an outside patio available but it faces the parking lot so not much of a view but you're outside. The inside dining area has some lush booths and the big space is very open and comfortable. We started with an 8" Margherita Pizza ($4) with Salami (+$1). A cute little pizza, dough was nice and thin and not greasy. The cheese and sauce was fresh. The Garlic Fries ($4) were Earl's traditional thin fries with a topping of roasted garlic bits and parsley. Fresh and hot fries are the best. Next we had the 3 Street Chicken Tacos ($6). A small tortilla topped with marinated tender chicken and a fresh heap of pico de gallo and crisp cabbage. It was a refreshing and delicious combination. Lastly, we shared the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl ($13). This was definitely my favourite of the bunch. Fresh chunks of ahi tuna marinated in a sweet, soy sauce and accompanied by fresh mangos, cucumber, radish, dried seaweed flakes and half an avocado - all on top of a bed of brown rice. A great combination of flavours and textures. Service was really nice and food came out within 15 minutes. Overall, a nice chain resto with a good Happy Hour Menu.

What a better experience our waitress Kenzi was amazing she was attentive and so kind. We attempted to go back after a bad experience and she made sure we were taken care of everything was perfect and she was such a delight! I hope she gets moved up the chain as she has a real great personality and organizational skills you can tell for management :) A special thank you to Kenzie for making our night for our 17 year anniversary so wonderful! :)

Came here on a Saturday evening quite late (around 930) thinking we could get a table pretty quick but I was wrong! Very busy and we had a wait of 25 minutes! Be prepared! Staff was awesome! Our server was so knowledgeable and friendly. Food was delicious. I had the Sante Fe Chicken salad, hubby ordered the steak frites (cooked perfectly) and son had the street tacos (he devoured them). Overall great dining experience!

The total came out to be $43.50 plus tip. Fries were plentiful. The restaurant is nice and clean (although I did send my water back due to some dirt or dust in it). The wine list on "copier paper" was wrinkled with food stain on it. That was ghetto considering this calibre of restaurant One cool feature is that you can adjust the lighting at the table by pushing a button on the lamp. Parking is free. Google Maps takes you to parking lot. You may think it's wrong but it's right. Just park and go to east side of building. You'll find door there. Opposite side of building has resto called Camp Beer The service was good, and the atmosphere was lively with a nice crowd. Besides the food, I think it might be a great spot to hang out at the bar for drinks. There was a crowd starting to form at bar. I do encourage others to support this buisness vs the chain resto's of a similar calibre

We got a reservation a day before and there were plenty of spots available. They had a big drinks menu and quiet a few food options as well. Best part was that they had lots of veggie options! Here's what we got: Drinks - :: Zero-proof pineapple fizz - it def looked as good as it tasted. Very refreshing and fruity! Really enjoyed it. :: Guava aperol margarita - delicious! I could taste the guava and the spice on the rim of the glass was perfectly paired with the drink Food - :: Parmesan plenta fries - was so excited to try it, I wasn't sure what to expect. The presentation was amazing, just wish they were a big more crispy but the dipping sauce it came with was really good :: Burrata Bucatini - calabrian chili vodka cream sauce, pancetta, burrata, ricotta, thai basil, grano padano 3/5 :: Brick half chicken - pretty good! I would give it a 4/5 it was really creamy and the chicken was cooked well but I don't think it was seasoned that well. I would say for the portion size and the food, it was a bit overpriced but definitely 5/5 for the ambiance!

I loved the crispy exterior with the sea salt on top, and the inside was so pillowy and buttery - then topped with the blue cheese butter... yum! So good. For my entree, I ordered the truffle tenderloin steak and my dining partner had the ahi tuna. We also added the Brussels sprouts and Brie mashed potatoes to share. A really cool feature is they bring over a selection of steak knives that you can choose from. I really love this concept and whoever thought that up is a genius. I chose a gorgeous, elegant-looking knife with a handle that looked like mother of pearl. The steak was easily one of the best steaks I've ever had. They shave black truffle directly on the steak when it's served, which adds such a nice richness. The sauce is also one of the better sauces I've had on a steak. It was so tempting to want to lick the plate! It was a cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender. It's been a long time since I was really blown away by a great steak, but this just hit the mark in every way. The Brussels sprouts were great, but there was something in the dish that was a bit odd - almost like wasabi or something. It wasn't bad, it just had a kick that I wasn't expecting and made me cough a little bit. The potatoes were creamy and buttery but I did think the Brie flavour wasn't coming through enough. Maybe because all the other flavours on my plate were pretty strong. I didn't try the tuna but it looked beautiful and apparently tasted just as good. We finished off with a couple of desserts: the beehive pavlova and the crème brûlée, the latter being my typical go-to dessert. Unfortunately, I didn't really care for the salted caramel flavour here, but can't really put my finger on what exactly I didn't enjoy as I normally love salted caramel. One bite was enough for me. It looked amazing, though. I did enjoy the pavlova, but it wasn't a traditional style as it had ice cream inside instead of whipped cream. It was more like a baked Alaska without the flame. The flavours were good on this dessert, but I probably wouldn't order it again as I was really craving the more traditional pavlova. Service was good, but we did wait quite a long time after being seated before placing our order, and then waited again after dessert before getting our bill. We weren't in a hurry, but I think we were there for over 3 hours. Still a very enjoyable meal and I would definitely return for the steak alone.
