You don't wanna miss this upscale place when visiting Cache Creek. The menu is big and the food is Amazing. When you eat here you are def high rollin'. At least that's the feeling you get by how well choreographed the service is and how expertly the food is prepared. When I want a really good cut of meat cooked just the way I like it this is where my brain and my belly point me. Always a top notch experience!

061625 My mom made reservations for a combined belated Father's Day and birthday celebration for my dad (via Sebastian). Upon walking in, Sebastian told us they were setting up our table and that it would be a few minutes. We told him, "Great!" He came back momentarily, and my brother asked if there would be space for a stroller for our toddler. Sebastian was giddy as he replied, "There's plenty of space." We didn't think much of it--until we followed him directly into a room... that's right, a private room. We were all like, "What...?" It felt like a conference room because it had a TV mounted on the wall and a door with windows. Honestly, it was very surprising. My family and I were all in awe and a bit shocked. The table was presented professionally, and it looked great. Once we got over the surprise, we opened the menu (be warned--it's a super bright LCD screen. From a UX/UI perspective, it would be nice if there were a way to make the brightness less torturous on the eyes). That was honestly my only con for the night. My mom and sister-in-law shared the oysters, and--I'm sorry--but they had foie gras, so I had to order it... and it was DELICIOUS. The orange and the way it was put together--so good. It wasn't very liver-y in taste; the combination of the entire dish with our wine was superb. Our servers (Taylor, assisted by Zach?) were phenomenal. They made the whole experience wonderful, and we felt very well taken care of. I wanted to get a bottle of their Tenuta Il Poggione "Brunello di Montalcino," but they had just sold it to someone else (broken-hearted by that!), so we opted for the Silver Oak "Alexander Valley" 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon instead. I don't remember what the rest of the family ordered, but I had the Delmonico (medium) with truffle butter and asparagus on the side. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was juicy, well-seasoned, and paired wonderfully with the wine. I, of course, didn't finish it (because it was gigantic), so it made for great leftovers! My dad enjoyed his shrimp and crab scampi (he didn't even offer to share!). The restaurant also offered jasmine rice as a side, so my brother ordered that with his steak. We didn't have room for dessert, but they gave my dad a birthday cake, and it was delicious. Overall--I really wasn't expecting much from a restaurant in a casino in the middle of kinda nowhere, but oh boy... was I proven wrong! Their pricing for wagyu meats is definitely cheaper than at Niku or anywhere in SF. I told my folks I'd be interested in trying their wagyu selection next time. To Sebastian, Taylor, and Zach--and to the rest of the employees who helped serve us that night--much mahalo for your warm hospitality and for making our night truly memorable. We still talk about how special you made it, especially for my dad. We look forward to our next visit--and I'm crossing my fingers that the Brunello will be in stock! THANK YOU!!!!

Wow! All I can say is wow! Highly recommended! I'll keep driving 1.5 anytime. This steak house is TOP TEIR! This is my fourth time dining and they went 4 for 4! Never failed me yet! The consistency of this place is incredible. The ambiance of this restaurant gives a romantic setting. Dim lights, gorgeous decor and lit up Menus to set it off. Our waitress was amazing. She went above and beyond to heighten our experience. MUST ORDER! Caesar Salad! Chicago Ribeye! Sides: Broccoli! Crispy Fingerling Potatoes! Truffle Wild Mushrooms!

Impressed. Honestly didn't expect such a solid dining experience from a casino steakhouse but the food and service genuinely surprised us, in a good way! My husband and I shared the 24oz Prime Angus Ribeye, cooked perfectly medium rare. It was juicy, tender and seasoned well. We paired it with a side of chimichurri, which was just okay and didn't add much to the steak. The day boat scallops were also beautifully cooked, though I found the pineapple emulsion a bit too sweet for my taste. For sides, the cheesy risotto was a standout. It was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The roasted asparagus was a great complement to the steak, nicely seasoned with a good bite. Appetizer-wise, the Caesar salad with real anchovies was a hit. I personally loved how heavily dressed it was. The soup of the day, a seafood chowder, was a bit of a miss. It was more potato than seafood, and while it came in a hot bowl, the soup itself was just lukewarm. We wrapped up with the Death by Chocolate Cake. It's super rich, decadent, and everything you'd want in a chocolate dessert. Shoutout to our server Mani! He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. And yes, they do take your players card. So if you've got comps, you can use them toward the bill, which definitely helps take the sting off the price tag. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back to try other cuts of steak and some of the other dishes that caught our eye. Solid spot worth checking out!

I would've given it a five as everyone else loved their dinners, but I didn't love my cheese tray. The jicama was a little too spicy for me and the pineapple was too spicy too. I loved one of the cheeses, but didn't like the other two so maybe it's just me. The crackers were good as were the pecans and it was beautifully presented. The service was impeccable and our waiter was informative and fun. If you go there have the steak, it's a steakhouse. I'm sure the other appetizers were far superior than the one I chose. Give it a try. My husband loved his steak.

Service was quick and attentive. I got seated promptly even on a busy night with no reservation. The food quality was good for the remote area and variety on the menu was pretty good. Got the Delmonico steak with a side of Brussels sprouts. Everything was cooked perfectly. Would come back here or recommend to anyone wanting a steak.

We came here for a celebratory birthday. Staff: staff were great. 1-10, rate 8.5. Attentive. Noted our celebration and brought us a dessert on the house. Special touch. We went to Gordon Ramsey for a celebratory event and didn't get anything, even though they asked. We lowered the score because they didn't have Michelob at the restaurant but they did have it elsewhere in the casino and the effort to fetch it for us was lacking. Food: 1-10, rate a 5. I enjoyed the warm bread with butter. The butter was perfect salt. I'd said that was the highlight of my dinner, which was the complimentary piece of my dinner. Everything else was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The ambience was calm and inviting. We got sat in the curved booth. We had good private conversations in there as opposed to the table. The lighting was enough. Gordon Ramsey was too dark in comparison. It was hard to see what I'm eating. We're nicely spaced from others so you can't really hear too much chatter and focus on your own.

This steakhouse is located inside Cache Creek Casino. We celebrated an early Father's Day dinner here and enjoyed everything we ordered. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. I also appreciate that the salads and soups can be split so they are easier to share. If you don't like steak, they offer a lot of other options like chicken and seafood.

    Foie gras
    Veronica S.

Didn't know what I was expecting dining at a cache creek casino restaurant, but it sure exceeded my expectations. We had ordered so many appetizers including the foie gras, caviar, seafood tower, and calamari, that but the time we got our steak we were underwhelmed. Not because the steaks weren't good, we had just ate so much that our stomachs were already full. This was my first time dining here so it was nice to have tried all those appetizers. Steak, as you can imagine, is pretty much the same throughout all steakhouses (in my opinion). So we took our leftovers to go. The service was great. Our glasses were never empty. The waiter was very patient with us throughout the whole night, and made good suggestions like when it came to dessert. Unfortunately we had a nut allergy in our party so I didn't get to try the toffee stout pudding. (I think the foie gras has nuts for garnish also). But it was cool to see the sphere chocolate and crème brûlée on fire. C2 was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary. The aesthetic was nice. The light fixtures had a very modern touch to it that I liked. I definitely would not mind coming to dine here again!

Great dinner. Eric took care of us. Made a reservation for 6 people and they put us in the PDR. We had the Giants game on and AC running within 5 mins. Entire staff was amazing. Food was phenomenal. The pork chop is unbelievable, the tomahawk was cooked perfectly. And the Wagyu was like butter. Definitely will come back next time we are at Cache Creek.

The food was so good and will most definitely be coming back. Everything about the food and flavor was on point and even the cocktails. Wasn't expecting the food to be that good given it's in a casino but it was delicious. Will come back here again next time I'm in town

I stayed at the hotel and noticed they had a steakhouse right downstairs. I came during the week. When I was walking down they were about to open and the gentleman allowed me to make a reservation. He was really nice. There is no dress code but you can tell this is fine dining. We arrived early to our reservation and was seated immediately. The decor is really nice the restaurant is dim and moody. Our servers Veridiana and Eric were amazing. To start they give you bread about 4 different type and let me tell you I will come for the bread alone. You also can ask for more. Im not drinking at the moment but would like to feel as though I am. I ordered a virgin mojito it was so good refreshing and the glassware was really cute. Food: caesar salad- was good but for $12 a small portion cajun salmon -was good but i subbed the grits for rice and the rice was a bit hard crab and shrimp scampi- was great just needed red pepper flakes for a little more flavor Small but over the top things I enjoyed, the dinnerware was really nice. The menus were digital I loved that. At the end they gave us a orange shortbread cookie. Overall the staff was really nice, the food was good, small portions but thats expected ,also no tax added and I would come again.

From the moment we walked through the doors, Chef David Lawrence welcomed us with a warmth and sincerity that made us feel less like guests and more like honored friends. The evening unfolded beautifully from there. My wife enjoyed the filet mignon, while I ordered the 16oz ribeye -- and I can say without hesitation that it was the finest steak I have ever had. Perfectly prepared, richly flavorful, and unforgettable in every way. There are restaurants that serve great meals, and then there are places that create moments you carry with you long after the evening ends. This was one of those rare places. The exceptional food, gracious hospitality, and genuine care made our anniversary celebration truly extraordinary. Even now, I find myself speaking about this experience to anyone willing to listen. Whenever we would go there,it was always a great happy dining experience and being in Dixon,it felt like a different world than the places in the Bay Area. As I grew up and moved to Sacramento area, the restaurant took on a much bigger meaning,it was my father's favorite spot to eat and it has always been the halfway point for my relatives who live in the bay and myself in Sacramento whenever we wanted to meet up for dinner. So yes I will always love Cattlemen's in Dixon for the memories alone. Let's talk about this particular recent visit. I made a reservation for a party of 9 at 6p. The parking at this location is plentiful as they have their own lot and even during its busiest times, there are always spaces available. When we arrived it was crazy busy and they told us it was going to be a bit for our table as they were running behind,so we headed to the bar to hang out and wait for our table. The wait ended up being over an hour after our reservation before we finally got our table. I was not thrilled at this but I was trying to make the best of a not perfect start to our dinner. The management and wait staff was very apologetic for the unexpected wait, which I appreciated. By the time we sat down we were ready to order immediately after having so much time to look at the menu while in the bar. In our family the most popular thing to order is the Original Steak Dinner for Two. We usually pair up with someone at the table and coordinate our order in that way. What that order gives you is a choice of 1 appetizer -Tumbleweed Onions -Artichoke Cheese Dip -Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. On a night like tonight where we have multiple people ordering this, all the appetizers eventually get ordered and we kind of just share them all. Personally my favorite is the Artichoke Cheese Dip. Then for the Entree each of you get to choose one of the following -9 ounce Prime Rib -6 ounce Filet Mignon -Half Rack or Pork Ribs -14 ounce NY Strip Steak -Grilled Salmon -Steak and Shrimp Scampi My personal favorite here is always the 14 ounce NY Strip. And finally we get to pick one of 3 desserts. -Deep Fried Apple Pie -Cowpie Brownie Sundae -Pete's Pan Cookie My personal favorite is the Brownie Sundae but I'm usually so stuffed,I generally have to take my dessert home,so I almost always select the Deep Fried Apple Pie as it reheats the best at home. This order for two runs $84.99. I find it to be a pretty good value for all that you get. I failed to mention with this order we also get their yummy bread service, unlimited salad and also baked beans. Once the food arrived,it was all very enjoyable,I've always been a fan of their steaks and this visit was no different-very juicy and tasty and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The manager stepped up and comped all the appetizers on our bill to make up for the one-hour delay-their team is always so good at taking care of their customers. Overall, even with the rocky start,we had a very enjoyable dinner experience and look forward to the next time we are able to get out to Dixon to have some Cattlemen's again.

The atmosphere is more casual than I typically expect for a steak house, so I was completely blown away when the quality of the food and drinks were on par with some of the best steakhouses I've ever been to! We had heard good things, but they exceeded expectations! The short rib croquets we ordered for appetizers were hearty and delicious. We also had the Cesar salad which was good. My mother-in-law and I ordered separate entrees - the lamb lollipops and the braised short rib. Of course, the star of the show was the 50 oz. Tomahawk Wagyu steak that my husband split with his sister and her husband. The menu says feeds two, but it fed three easily. It could probably stretch even further if you order the right sides. The desserts were a nice way to cap off the night! We were so full that we didn't need them, but my husband got a complimentary dessert for his birthday. We started our meal with the grilled shrimp cocktail (5/5) and the crab cocktail (5/5) for the table to share. Both were fresh and delicious. Most of our table ordered steaks, I ordered the long boned pork chop (5/5), with a green peppercorn sauce. The chop was cooked to the right temperature and was clearly brined, as it was moist, tender, and had great char. We order corn, fries, and lobster Mac & Cheese for the table to share. Everyone loved their steaks and we nearly polished off all the sides. My only comment to our super tasty meal is the large baked potato ordered by one of my friends was baked way too long and was overcooked. It had been years since I had dinner last at Cole's. The food and service team are top notch as I remembered. It's definitely still the best steakhouse in Napa. I highly recommend.

Without warning, my nose suddenly started bleeding, and I was caught completely off guard. Britannia, one of the managers on duty, immediately stepped in to help. She quickly moved our party inside, made sure I was okay, and handled the situation with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. What could have been a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience was made so much better because of her quick response and compassion. Exceptional customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Britannia went above and beyond, and her care made a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you for turning an unexpected situation into a positive experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you (I apologize if I have the name spelling wrong )

A quick tip for first-time visitors: this location gets very busy, so arrive early if you can. They also have QR codes outside that allow you to join the waitlist before being seated. My wife and I used to be regulars at this location when we lived in Fairfield, but we had not been back in over 10 years. It was nice to see that despite all the challenges restaurants have faced over the years, this place is still thriving and as popular as ever. We were part of a group of 10, and everyone felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. We were even greeted by the owner or manager, which added a nice personal touch. The food was excellent. I ordered the BBQ chicken breast and ribs combo with two sides, and at around $23, I thought it was a great value. Living in San Jose, I'm used to BBQ meals costing significantly more. Of course, the fresh rolls with the cinnamon butter were just as delicious as I remembered. No one in our group had any complaints. The food, atmosphere, reasonable prices, and outstanding service made for a memorable family celebration. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Fairfield.

To date, we have had the spicy chicken sandwich, the cheeseburger, the steak sandwich, avocado BLT, a deli sandwich, garlic fries and the Mac salad.. also the carrot and chocolate cake. Everything has been delicious! Pricing is fair. Togo packaging travels well. They also have a large area to dine in and some outdoor tables where you can visit with the casino cats if you're lucky. 5 stars for sure.

Formal sit down restaurants can take so much time. This is quick and good and not very expensive. Sure if you won a big sum - go to c2 steakhouse - but if things just didn't go your way on the casino floor you can come here and eat out of a little cardboard to go box - just like the kid brother. The steak sandwich is probably the go to best thing to order - it costs a dollar or two dollars more than other things but worth it. If anything Id say avoid the philly cheese and if you really want a burger go to the Sportspage and pay a few dollars more. Other deli stuff here is great. The views and the landscaping and the outdoor patio really make this place so special. I love to visit every week see what's going on out there. Casinos usually don't have any windows - so the windows and outdoor space here I really soak up. Wonderful place to come - enjoy the good food, the excellent views and the patio dining.
