Our server was funny and provided great service. Our plates were a mixed bag. The portions were large, and it was decently priced, but quality was mixed. Some had poached eggs that the yolk was solid and other inconsistencies. Inside a casino so the ambience was nice.

This was a pretty good late/morning meal while still at Cache Creek. The host was fast to seat a party of 4. Waiters were nice and food came out promptly.

Burger and roast beef melt- very good

It was pretty good! Mom and I ate dinner here the other day. Service was fine. Hostess was super sweet, waitress was ok, robot brought out food. Prices were reasonable considering we were at a casino and the food was quite tasty! Burger was legit, mom loved it and the onion rings were perfect. I would definitely eat here again and probably will. We paid with casino points. Side note- not a fan of these robots taking human jobs. Not a fan at all. And the robot they have here sings. I asked a human to make it shut tf up.

Not many restaurants were open on a Thursday so decided to try this place. Was seated promptly and reviewed the menu. The menu has several options to choose from American, Filipino, and Italian dishes. Unfortunately, not many drink options. The only options for drinks were water, Pepsi, diet pepsi, and crush. What we ordered: appetizers: - buffalo wings: good amount of spice 4/5 -garlic cheesy bread: cheesy with good number of garlic. comes in 4 pieces 4/5 entrees: -New York steak: comes with mashed potatoes and gravy, a side of greens. Steak was cooked med-well and it had flavor. 4/5 -BYOB (Build Your Own Burger): well done meat, bacon, avocado, everything on it. Burger was okay. It needed mayonnaise and mustard. It was a bit dry to my liking. 3/5 -chipotle steak melt: small pieces of steak in bread sandwich. Wasn't very tasty and bread was not toasted enough. 1/5 The cool thing about this experience was that a robot came and deliver the food. It was cute, and definitely different.

We always come to Cache Creek for the pool but next time we will probably come back for the food! I love how they've incorporated Filipino breakfast dishes to their menu and for an American restaurant they do a great job! My nieces and nephew loved the breakfast tocilog and enjoyed the garlic rice. I got the Grilled New York Steak to satisfy the cravings and it did the trick--it was cooked medium well-done as requested and the mash potato was nice and buttery! Service was great--they came over to check on us often! Atmosphere is casual and family friendly! We also got to try their desert and that mango ice cream was banging good! I especially liked my apple crumble tart and the ice cream on top was a treat I didn't need haha!

Fried bangus (milk fish) with a scoop of rice and diced tomatoes and two over-easy eggs, and a cup of coffee

Wow! The menu has Filipino dishes! We ordered Filipino breakfast: Bangsilog (fried milk fish) which comes with two eggs, a scoop of rice, diced tomatoes and garlic vinegar for dipping - DELICIOUS This restaurant is inside Cache Creek Casino. The server was friendly and had our food within just a few minutes. It's not a fancy schmansy place but the service & food are great We even got fresh coffee to go!

Surprisingly tasty! My family decided to do a quick staycation at cache creek and wanted to dine at the Chinese restaurant but the wait was 3.5hrs so we decided to give Canyon Cafe a try and I am glad we did. Everything was tasty! I got the ribeye, cooked medium rare and it was perfectly pink and juicy! My parents opted for steak and eggs and they ate everything. The chicken wings were also tasty. My husband got the chipotle melt which was good but heavy and greasy. Overall, great place for a quick bite and affordable. Service was fast but our server looked and sounded miserable, maybe he had a long day.

    Cherry pepper pork chop
    Patrick L.

Service itself was great. Waiters are being semi replaced with robots that bring out food on trays. I got a new dish on the menu. It was the Cherry pepper pork chop. The pork chop itself was over seasoned - very salty. The side asparagus and mashed potatoes is good. Normally their other dishes are fairly decent, but I'll give the pork chop a pass.

Restaurant inside Cache Creek Casino [Brooks CA] I don't come to Cache Creek Casino often but I've dined here before. The restaurant was sparse with a few diners on Christmas Eve. We came here for lunch. If you notice my local casino check-ins it's because I'm with Mom. I'm not fond of going to local casinos but I'll go to Vegas anytime LoL! The menu offered American food and accommodated everyone. They even have some Filipino dishes and that's what we ordered. We chose a couple of silog meals and sinigang. The sinigang came in a large bowl w/ choice of white rice or garlic rice. The Tocilog and the Longsilog were also served in large portions. I didn't like the "garlic rice" too much... it's nothing like our Filipino garlic rice. Our meals were delivered by a robot (it was followed by a human server). Our server(s) were very attentive with great attitude. Review #3283

    New York steak sandwich
    Isabella P.

I had the New York steak sandwich. It was super filling, and I didn't even get to touch the fries. I did feel a little but greasy after eating but over all it was a good sandwich. Our service was a little slow but we were seated pretty quickly for a group of 4. Vibes were good, gave us a good little break from the casino crowds & cigarette smoke

Whenever we come to Cache Creek, we always have lunch or dinner at Canyon Cafe. Their menu has a section on Filipino food. All of the choices are the favorite rice plates with eggs and a choice of white or garlic rice. They also have Kare kare and sinigang soup. I ordered the Tocilog rice plate. It's marinated sweet bacon. The tocino is very good. It's served with a container of vinegar. It is a good meal whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The meal has a big portion. I'm glad that the cafe caters to Filipinos as well as other guests to try one of the favorite dishes of Filipinos. The service was excellent. We were seated right away and our food arrived warm. We will always come here whenever we wanted to gamble at Cache Creek. Their food is superb and delicious.

I had the steak and eggs. The steak was very thin and it wasn't as thick as other restaurants I go to.

Road Trip Bar & Grill has a real, down to earth feel the second you walk in. Nothing forced, just a solid spot with character. The tribute area really stood out to me. You can tell it actually means something and wasn't just put up for looks. It adds a lot to the overall experience. The food is what brings you back. Everything tastes fresh, like it was made with care. And those jalapeños... I still think about them. Fresh, good heat, and they make everything better. It's one of those places you're glad you stopped at and end up wanting to come back to.

They told us to sit where ever we wanted, so we chose a booth, and France came over to take our drink orders. I got a 20oz Sierra Nevada Hazy $8, and my husband got a 36oz Racer 5 $11 We decided to get an order of homemade Lime Tortilla chips & Guacamole $12, which were good but it was a very small bowl of guac, so it was a challenge to try and make it last with all the chips. The Lime chips only had lime Juice squeezed over them, which made some soggy. For entrees I got the Biker Tator $10 which was HUGE!! It came with several chopped Breaded Chicken Tenders, & I chose American cheese not realizing it would basically be sliced cheese. My husband enjoyed his Spartan Burger & Fries $12 The women's bathroom was clean. France did a good job checking on us, & bringing us TOGO containers. Overall, the prices are pretty decent for the amount of beer & food you get, aside from the Guacamole. It's really too bad they don't have pool tables, or shuffleboard since they def have the room.

Formal sit down restaurants can take so much time. This is quick and good and not very expensive. Sure if you won a big sum - go to c2 steakhouse - but if things just didn't go your way on the casino floor you can come here and eat out of a little cardboard to go box - just like the kid brother. The steak sandwich is probably the go to best thing to order - it costs a dollar or two dollars more than other things but worth it. If anything Id say avoid the philly cheese and if you really want a burger go to the Sportspage and pay a few dollars more. Other deli stuff here is great. The views and the landscaping and the outdoor patio really make this place so special. I love to visit every week see what's going on out there. Casinos usually don't have any windows - so the windows and outdoor space here I really soak up. Wonderful place to come - enjoy the good food, the excellent views and the patio dining.

We were even greeted by the owner or manager, which added a nice personal touch. The food was excellent. I ordered the BBQ chicken breast and ribs combo with two sides, and at around $23, I thought it was a great value. Living in San Jose, I'm used to BBQ meals costing significantly more. Of course, the fresh rolls with the cinnamon butter were just as delicious as I remembered. No one in our group had any complaints.
