My sister and I had a "sister" weekend at Cashe Creek this past weekend and had a Blast! We dined at Enso for lunch one of our days and was taken care of by a darling server named, Selena. She helped us choose our plates and was just super happy and friendly. Our food was extra yummy too! Thank you Selena. PS: try the whole fish, soooo good.

I've had ramen all over the Bay Area. I must say, this ramen has a very nice rich broth. And a touch of cilantro complements it nicely. A very satisfying bowl of ramen!

Came to Cache Creek Casino for some Chinese New Year luck and grab dinner here. Service was good but food was average. But it is a convenient place to grab a bit while gambling.

I went back after two years despite saying in my review I would not be back. I didn't order any sushi though this time just their ramen as I really was craving ramen. I order mild for the spice- next time will order no spice as this mild ramen =spicy level fire. I was crying it was so spicy. It is hard to judge the broth given all I tasted was the spicy red pepper flakes. However the hard boiled egg was delicious and the meat was tender, and the ramen noodles were perfectly cooked. Overall for the price the quantity is what I would expect and is comparable in price to other ramen places locally. FYI the seaweed salad is very good.

A few weeks ago, we had dinner at Enso Sushi (at Cash Creek). While there were only a handful of people in the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour to be seated ....... due to a lack of staff. Once we could enter, we found the atmosphere pleasant and the waitstaff friendly and helpful. The menu was interesting which made it hard to decide on what to enjoy (but of course, we figured it out). Ultimately, we opted for Sunomono, a Teriyaki Bowl, Hamachi and the Baccarat Roll. The cucumber salad was my least favorite ... lacked flavor. Well-presented and generous portion. The Yellow tail was delicious ...... fresh and flavorful. Nice plump pieces of fish. The Baccarat Roll included spicy tuna, avocado, and a crab mixed topped with raw fish, tobiko and seaweed wakame. This was pretty good and had a nice consistency. My lady ordered the Teriyaki Bowl with broccoli over rice, sauce and beef. She enjoyed. We will return.

Lucky 888 roll is awesome! The description doesn't do it justice! Service was great! There aren't 5+ pages of rolls, but what there is a good selection of rolls. Beautiful presentation with fresh ingredients. Dessert selection is limited, but the cheesecake is a goto! Beer selection is limited, but the Japanese IPA was excellent! Wide range of Saki selections

Really great ambiance and setting. The place isn't too big so it can get full quickly on a busy day. Stopped here for lunch and tried the ramen. Overall good dish. The texture is the noodle is perfect, egg really shines here, the pork and broth are flavorful. The only downside is that the noodles came with a good portion of parsley which really threw off the flavor. The seaweed is also good but only came in a few strands, would've liked to get at least a whole piece but that's just my preference. This dish is priced reasonably.

Foods was fantastic, the lobster roll my favorite one. The mochi tapioca dessert really good too. Good service and very recommended.

Sushi overall is good, nice Presentation, service depends on server and a bit pricey in the casino.

    Salmon poke

Slow service and very small portions for the price. $22 for a poke bowl with minimum ingredients. Not ordering that again. The poke I get in a mall is much better.

Sashimi was very good. Small, but nice selection of Sake. Service was prompt, and the ambience is very fitting for a sushi place, small and cozy. Not bad for sushi in casino.

Service is good. Food is not bad considering it's in a casino. Price is reasonable. Ramen is good. Teriyaki chicken bowl is not good, like frozen meal. Lobster roll is good

The setup was pretty interesting with tables on the side and a conveyor belt with the center where the chefs are working and seating lined around that. The staff were kind and helpful in explaining how it all worked being that it was all you can eat. First, there is a menu where you can place orders with the staff for things like appetizers and drinks. We got some sodas and ordered items such as edamame, miso soup and grilled salmon teriyaki. Then in the center where the conveyor belt is, you can walk around to it and pick up plates that you want to try. It mostly seemed like nigiri and rolls that they were commonly making. In the center, the chef station is between the conveyor belt area and there you can order more specific items you want to try like a roll, sashimi or handrolls. We chose to order some different sashimi like salmon and yellowtail and handrolls like the spider and alaska. They also make a bunch of extra dishes that you can take off the shelf as well. For the price and the experience, we thought it was very enjoyable from the multitude of options to the freshness of the items.

My favorite roll here is the Dragon roll. It's really a nice sized roll. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, crunch and umami. We tried the agedashi tofu. The salmon carpaccio was okay. Next time I would ask they not add the truffle oil. I felt like it took away from the flavor a bit. The radish micro greens were a nice spicy touch. We also tried a new roll this time, the climax roll. It was good. Spicy, sweet and crunchy. Again it was a nice sized roll. We love this spot and we come to eat here whenever we are in the area.
