A few months ago, my home was struck by a stray bullet from a random shooting that happened in front of my house. Since then, a couple of other situations have made me feel unsafe in my own home. That experience led me to consider purchasing a firearm for home protection. I had visited other gun shops before and even spent time at the range, intending to buy a gun -- but every time it came down to making the purchase, I felt unsure and honestly a little scared. The truth was, I simply didn't have enough knowledge or confidence to feel comfortable having a firearm in my house. That's exactly why I signed up for this class -- and it was absolutely the right decision. Matt and Dan were incredibly friendly, approachable, and fun to be around. They created an environment that felt welcoming and judgment-free, which was especially important for someone like me who had some anxiety going in. The classroom portion was extremely informative and covered so many foundational things I didn't fully understand before -- safety, handling, mindset, and practical knowledge that truly builds confidence. We ended the class by going to the range and practicing with a handgun, applying the skills we had just learned. Matt and Dan were with us the entire time -- closely supervising, ensuring safety, and offering hands-on guidance. I never felt alone or unsure. They were attentive and genuinely invested in making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. While I still plan to visit the range a few more times to continue building confidence, I now feel significantly more prepared and educated than I did before taking this course. If you've ever felt hesitant, intimidated, or unsure about owning a firearm -- especially for home protection -- I would highly recommend this class. We came here for some afternoon target practice and it was a gorgeous day. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, a water refill station and fountain. There was a store on site and a chilli dog truck nearby too. After checking in, we went to our assigned lane which was clean! Apparently this range also offers archery and clay targets, so lots of options! They have multiple gun ranges too! Looking forward to coming back here.

Arrived at 8:30 and met members of my Medical & Safety Teams. Training Event 10/5 This is our second Team training event here. Stop the Bleed was our last class. Today's was part of our teams two year CPR & AED re-certification class. The class was taught by Battalion Chief Mark Cichocki. This was an instruction and hands on curriculum using Adult and Infant dummy torsos for the CPR and AED practice. Instructor "Fire Battalion Chief" Mark was outstanding. His years serving in fire and rescue was apparent, his instruction smartly mixed with real world examples was perfect. Mark's delivery style kept things moving and interesting. Value 10/5 $30pp no cert and $60pp for the two year certifications are exceptional price points compared to the big organizations ARC & AHA. Add to it being a very competent & efficient gunsmith…read more I brought him my Taurus Tracker and the specific platform necessary for the installation of a new ADE RD3‑019 (RMR green dot scope.) After consulting with my ChatGP "buddy\advisor" specific screws were crucial to successful install. I purchased them separately from Amazon. Steve didn't like the head tapering. He asked permission to use his own screws. Upon my affirmation, he proceeded to his belt sander to make custom length modifications on his own screws. He treated my Tracker like a surgeon with his scalpels being a host different punches, screwdrivers, and Allen wrenches. He was intriguing to watch! Not only did he calibrate my scope perfectly, I asked him if he could take a quick look at my 9mm semi with a green dot laser to check its alignment. "No problem". Done in a jiffy. I can't recommend Steve more highly!

I'm so glad we chose not to buy from a bigger sporting goods chain like Dicks and came here. We had a very good personalized 1 on 1 experience with Dylan and Tanner who were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping my son choose the right glove. They have a great selection of bats and gloves amongst other baseball and softball equipment here. The store is just big enough without being overwhelming. I can't thank Tanner and Dylan enough for the wonderful experience. They also have glove break in service which is normally $60 but $30 if you buy the glove from them. Since we are out of state they said they could keep the glove and complete the service which is 5-7 days and then ship to us. 10/10 recommend!!!

Their site claims easy, hassle free returns/exchanges;however, somewhere on the site (mind you, not on the listing or the actual order) their policy states no refunds/returns on any item discounted over 25%. I'm now stuck with ill fitting gear (which is correct size according to sizing guide). I offered to buy a $400 set in exchange and they offered a 15% discount if I order from them again...why would I buy there again when I'm stuck with a crummy purchase? If you're getting a "good deal", make sure you're getting exactly what you need, or you will be stuck with it...poor customer service! Never again.
