Yellow jackets around pool. Evan came out promptly on time. Quickly identified the problem is not in our yard but neighbors. Suggested an action with follow up in a week included. Have to wait a few days to see if works to reduce population. He is ready with an alternative plan if needed. Very pleased. read more

Amazing services! Victor came in and was so kind and even let me watch the bee extermination take place and explained everything. Guy was all time and so nice as well as professional. The bees literally swarmed back to their hiding spot when they saw him coming 10/10 bee killer read more

Two ineffective treatments appear to be just a preamble for massive proposed upcharge of $1,500.

We were having a wasp problem and called our pest control company and they came out and said they couldn't handle it. I found this company online and called them. They came out same day. I thought we had wasp in one area but it was in 7. Shaun and his partner took care of them in no time at all. Will recommend. read more

We noticed bees flying under our roof tiles in Mesa and were concerned about damage. Busy Bee located the hive, removed the bees live, and cleaned out all the comb. They even sealed the entry point. Great service. read more

They came out quickly. To care of our bee infestation in short order. Informed us what we needed to do moving forward to hopefully not have it reoccur. Reasonably priced. read more

I was called back by Greg from Busy Bee, he said I was a scammer because I had complaints over Evan not really offering an option and pricing saving Bee removal vs extermination. He yelled at me and hung up. They are not well trained in the service they advocate for. I do not expect to be hung up on and yelled at after paying almost maximum fee for spraying a chair. Evan is lazy and doesn't care about bees. read more

They lied in their advertisement claiming a bee hive removal for $29.95. When I called I was told it was $195.00 unless I signed for a pest control agreement. How can you trust their pest control quality when advertisement is base on lie. read more

We discovered a bee swarm in our roof and called Busy Bee. They were able to respond the same day and they discovered a large hive in the roof. They had to exterminate the hive because they were "killer bees." They returned a few days later and removed about 75 pounds of honeycomb by cutting a hole in our roof. The whole thing was expensive, but I have no idea what the going rate is for this stuff, we just wanted them gone as we had been stung and did not want the liability associated with a known killer bee hive. read more

Eric D. Arrived and explain the issues that may occur. Eric explained in detail the process of removing the bees and the hives. Eric also was very educated and explained to me how the bees function and what they do and how they do it. I was very impressed with Eric, who is very knowledgeable and quitly establishes a repport with me. I was glad that Eric D. Was the one who came to my house. Because of his professional attitude I would call Busy Bee and let my neighbors know if they have the same problem I would highly recommend Eric again from Busy Bee. read more

We called them out for a bee hive that we have been dealing with, and they were prompt in coming out the same day to remove the bees. They were very informative on the process and what we would need to do next. Also Evan was able to give us a quote for the removal of the honey comb. Very friendly and helpful. read more

I've been getting help from Greg to navigate the bee removal process and has been a human being with me and understanding my concerns and unique complications. Its much more affordable to get the bees removed threw Busy Bee! We were expecting closer to $600, and it was a fraction of that. We contacted the city to help remove and that was denied being that these were now aggressive bees. we contacted people who would want to keep the honey or bees but again they were aggressive bees so nothing continued. We finally got in touch threw Evan to call back to remove the bees and been a pretty smooth process as well as them being VERY quick at what they do. Shaun and who was with him(never got the gentleman's name) are professionals and know around a bee hive even one inside of a vehicle. So my ONLY caveat to my whole experience was I asked how the bees and hive would be removed ahead of time and my questions were not answered. I'm not sure if its legal, or because they cant give a better quote till seen. But i didn't even get a generally this happens, or if you have this you'll need this. only general i got was if they have to get on a ladder that's an upcharge, and if they are honey bees they would love to relocate the queen and if its aggressive that's another approach.. I needed to know if they burn or a harsh chemical that could ruin the car as well as can they keep the bees from coming back since we have had a beehive return before over 10 years ago. So they remove the bees for a very affordable price. But to keep the bees from returning you need to remove the honey and removal is another ball park, labor, heat, location of hive, etc. so my 200 bill jumps to 700. I'm not the homeowner and needed a better quote to get the money from thin air. Over all the people are amazing and nice. They KNOW what they are doing in regards at least to bee's! Shame we have so much honey we cant use! sorry Bees! read more

We had an incredible experience with Busy Bee Pest Solutions. We had been dealing with those pesky yellow paper wasps, to the point where we couldn't use our pool. It was every Summer and driving us crazy. We had a company come out two seasons ago, charged a fortune, and the wasps set up new homes immediately. I called Busy Bee, couldn't believe that they came out the SAME DAY, and after surveying possible hives, got to work immediately. The owner, and one of his workers, suited up and got to work. What was incredibly impressive was that they spent a lot of time watching the flying patterns of the wasps and treating each nest. We had nests in places that we had no idea existed. This company was fast. affordable, conscientious, and seemed to genuinely care about permanently getting rid of these pests. They were so great, educated me, and were able to get into incredibly hard to reach areas. As they taught me to watch their flying patterns, I saw 2 scouts come check out their old nests, and we found one new nest made. We were able to knock it down, and no one has come back and it has been 2 months now!! We feel overjoyed and can use our pool again. Call this company- they are the real deal and I can not thank them for their excellent service more. read more

Shaun with Busy Bee was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the situation with our beehive and put our minds at ease (I'm allergic). I highly recommend Busy Bee for your bee removal. Thank you again Shaun! read more

Busy Bee Pest Solutions - Removal - Pest Control Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Not sure what to say here. They came out quick to investigate the issue since there was no hive and just scouts. I got a 10 minute introduction to bees and what to expect and some advice to seal up some cracks for $95 however, however, I received an invoice that outlined they did a lot more than that and even sprayed chemicals in the amounts of those chemicals. This seemed very odd to me since none of this work was done. It was merely an inspection on bees that took 10 minutes I inquired about the invoice but received no response read more

I can't say enough good things about Busy Bee Pest Solutions and their "bee removal specialist" Evan. He removed bees and honey from my roof and was very polite , professional and patient with me. BTW, I called 3-4 other bee removal companies and no one gave me an estimate over the phone to remove bees and honey but Busy Bee. Also there prices are amazing and definitely worth it. read more

I panicked when rat scat was found in a shed I was tearing down and called the first pest remediation company I found. Boy, did I get lucky!! Evan came out the same day, clambered up into the crawl space and pronounced it rat free. Came back in 2 days and seal me up good and tight. And Evan is an absolute joy to work with, friendly, personable and a nice guy. The price was reasonable and now I have peace of mind. Thank you, Evan!!! read more

Called frantically when three yellow and black buzzing insects came out of my AC vent in the hallway, which leads to all the bedrooms in the house. I was able to get a hold of someone on a Sunday afternoon and by the next evening I had Evan at my door. He recognized and specifically identified the two different insect corpses that where in my home. His knowledge was impressive. He checked my roof, the vents outside, the vent inside were they came out of and honestly told us they were just scouting bees who has lost their way. He explained bee behavior, confirmed we had nothing to worry about and simply charged a fair service fee for a one time instance. Even is my hero. Honest, friendly, knowledge group of individuals who run this business. Definitely recommend. read more

Nice people but incapable of solving rats in the attic problem. They claimed they could not walk on the roof for fear of damaging it. Another pest control service had no problem walking on the roof, photographing all of the openings where rats could enter on the roof, vent pipe openings and foundation openings. The new company was much more thorough. Busy Bee was a waste of time and money. They were never going to solve the problem. read more
