Nope. I was so excited to eat here. Got the surf and turf. Got grey tuff way way way over roasted meat. Looks NOTHING like there social media. First thing, they give you 1 single napkin - there are no more anywhere. Next - you tip when you order. Next when it came out she saw my face - I thought it was the wrong late - nope it's what they say I ordered. She offered a remake and I started to stop her but she insisted - she said it looks medium- it is supposed to be medium rare. Then I heard the kitchen ask if the salmon or the beef was the issue and she told him to remake the beef. I ran up and told the chef that I would prefer both and fish and the beef as rare as they can - like your social media shows. My plate came back with sweet potato fries that were refried hard , fresh salmon cooked well, and beef darker than my original plate. Tri-tip is tough as nails. No lemon for fish - even though they make their own lemonade supposedly. So for me - I'll eat the salmon at home with some lemon. I pray my fries to not cut up my mouth because I closed them up in hopes they soften. Brussel sprouts are good. Brussel sprouts dinner for me. Some guy asked me "how was your meal" and I told him that I hated it - he stared at me and left. Lastly as I was leaving a young man with long hair stopped and asked if I didn't like my tri-tip because he saw it and he offered me a refund - he finally stepped up! I agreed. He's great. This was our first time eating at Bushfire. I had the Surf and Turf Plate with Korean Cauliflower and Mixed Vegetables and my wife had the Salmon Plate with the Korean Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts. The salmon on both of our plate's was cooked perfectly the tri-tip was a delicious mid-rare on the surf and turf. The veg for both of us was above average. The restaurant is based on counter ordering and delivery to your table. The staff is accommodating and service is super fast. The ambiance of the restaurant is comfortable but splits between sit down dining and fast food. The food was fantastic, the price was a bit steep but the quality was excellent. We will definitely be adding this to our regular places to eat. Highly recommended! read more

The only critique is that I was served before my husband, so I waited about 5 minutes before I could dig into my dinner. It was worth the wait. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food. I've gotten food from here 4 times in the past month so I think I have enough data. TLDR at the very end. #1 Dine in: food and service were great. I waited quite some time but it was a weekend night and the place was crowded so I didn't mind the wait for my food to be brought out. 5/5 which is why I came back #2 Take out: ordered online & grabbed it by the cashier. Food was packaged well and nothing in my order was forgotten or incorrect. Beef was more well done than the first time I dined in. 5/5 #3 Dine in: came with a friend and both of us got the chimichurri plate- both of our plates had cuts with fascia (or something, idk I'm not a cook or butcher) which made parts of our meat very difficult to chew (tossed it because we could not chew it at all which seemed wasteful rip). I got sweet potato fries and they were salty, much saltier than the last time I got them. 3/5 because of the meat and the salty fries #4 Take out: ordered at the cashier. When I came home I noticed the chimichurri sauce was missing from my order (sad) and the bread on the side was stale (I still ate it. It was good, just definitely stale). I was pretty disappointed. Fries were placed separately from the main meal so they didn't steam in the box which was nice; seasoned much better this time. 3/5 because part of my order was missing (a pretty important sauce) and the bread was stale. TLDR: Pretty good, food feels clean like I don't hate myself after, wish they were more consistent across all the times I visited. The missing sauce, stale bread, overly salted fries, and tough bits of meat aren't enough for me to not come back as of now, since the first two times I got food from here were great. Staff are kind, place is clean, plenty of seating. I know 5, 5, 3, 3 average to 4 but I don't think it's a 4 (4 for me is highly recommend) due to the inconsistencies but I can't do 3.5 stars so 3 it is. I think they just opened and are training staff so sometimes it feels slow (mid afternoon with no customers in front of me I waited about 5 minutes at the cashier to have my order taken). read more

The fries were well-seasoned and fit my preference for crispiness levels. Mac 'n' cheese was flavorful, cheesy and fresh, and the garlic mashed potatoes were the perfect level of fluffy, garlicky and buttery. I enjoyed the tri-tip sandwich as well, and appreciate that the soda selection was craft sodas instead of your usual Coke or Pepsi products. Overall, a very nice experience and I will be returning. Staff were very friendly and prompt to deliver food and pick up empty plates. Glad they offer Gluten free options, but food was just mediocre at best. We ordered tri tip plate, surf and turf, and the spinach and strawberry salad w/ tri tip. Yes. We love our tri tip and while we weren't expecting it to be perfect, we expected it to be warm (all 9 pieces of tri trip were COLD). The portions are ridiculously small (3 small slices of tri tip per plate) and small piece of salmon. Maybe the burgers here are great but I would NOT recommend anything else. The three slices of tri tip on the surf and turf plate were end pieces that shouldn't have been served at all. All of it was super tough, cold, and flavorless. The brussel sprouts were great. The mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were subpar. The chimichurry sauce was fantastic. Service was great but they forgot the add ons for my salad and the table next to us had to send their food back as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and the tables were clean and bussed quickly. The only thing that saved our lunch today was going to Handels around the corner for some ice cream. TL;DR food came out cold. Portions are TINY. Nothing to get excited about. The tri-tip was how I ordered it but it was two slices, very small, for 5.00. That was definitely overpriced for the meat. My dinner mate ordered a burger and fries. The fries were room temperature and had to be sent back. I had waited so long for this business to open because the online menu offered such appetizing meals. We love all their food and are very pleased by their immense gluten free selection as well (my wife has a gluten allergy). The flavor of all of the food is great, I dig their burgers personally. Good beer selection as well. The service is great, helpful and efficient. You don't have to wait forever before digging into to the tasty food. The ambience is also nice. I ordered a tri-tip plate and I've had a similar thing before at another restaurant, but the tri-tip they had was really dry and room temperature. The salmon was grilled on one side and had a topping, not identifiable as sun dried tomato. The cup of teriyaki sauce was cold. The squash didn't have much flavor.
