This review is entirely about service. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! I have been here more than a few times. We run in for a quick bite, like to sit at the bar. We did that this past Saturday night. Let me state - The bar was not a busy area. Our waitress seemed uninterested in everything from the start. We ignored her attitude and then she completely ignored us after our meals were delivered (not by her). She did not refill my water, ask if my husband wanted another beer, ask how our meals were, etc !? We had to hunt her down for the bill. Extremely disappointed that we weren't "waited on." I would have loved a refill and a dessert, but that didn't happen. read more

I've been to Burton's Grill a few times now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots. The food is always solid, classic American dishes with a nice variety, and it doesn't break the bank. The place is super clean, the vibe is really nice, and I love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating depending on what you're in the mood for. The staff is always friendly and on point. Sorry to say last night was a huge disappointment. The steak and cheese spring rolls tasted weird and looked like dog food. But the real insult was getting a burger with fries. I'm a big fan of the Burton's Burlington MA and Nashua NH locations... but not so much the Framingham. Totally different vibe. Came here for brunch with my grandparents, we got seated right away but waited a long time for anyone to assist us. Staff is nice, but service is really slow. Additionally, they offer weekend brunch, but this is not adequately advertised online, so we were surprised to see a completely different menu than online. However, after asking they offered us the all-day menu, which was better and we had a bigger selection. My grandpa ordered the fish sandwich, and my grandma and I each got burgers. The food was tasty, but took a while to get and didn't compensate for the service. Cramped seating. The table across from us complained about their salad. Vibes were off today. read more

We always stop here for dinner because it's half way between our house and Cape Cod. Every single thing I've eaten here is delicious. The drinks are on point too. And the service is fantastic! The food was delicious. Lunch portion of the risotto was just right. My wife loved her Burger as well. Service was great.

The drinks were good! The food was okay. I got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was chicken tenders and the waffle tasted like candy Belgian waffles... overly sweet. They added a gravy to it which didn't pair with the two. I got the shrimp for the appetizer which was he best part of the meal, I would actually return solely for that. The service was speedy. First of all, the on line presence left me wanting. I looked up outback because there was a specific dish I wanted. It was a very busy Saturday night, and the party in front of me asked how long it would be to get a table. The hostess responded, "45 minutes and took down their name". I approached tentatively concerned that my 6 pm reservation might also include a wait but was delighted to be seated immediately. I was surprised how busy Burton's was early on a Saturday night, a trend which continued for the duration of our meal. Our waitress arrived promptly, provided menus, and our party of four each ordered a glass of wine. She was polite and attentive throughout our meal, impressive considering the mayhem which surrounded us. Our party of four ordered: + Maxx Burger + Classic Cheeseburger + Steak Frite Dinner + Fish Sandwich + Small Caesar Salad We also ordered three glasses of wine and a Winter Spritz cocktail. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasty. The steak was medium rare as ordered, and not overly seasoned. The fish sandwich and salad were readily consumed with a positive review. My truffle fries were tasty, but a little cool and limp, fries have to be served up immediately for optimum taste and crispness, not easy to do on a very busy night. The bill was $184 with 20% tip. If you're looking for a quiet and intimate dining experience, this isn't a likely venue, at least it isn't when busy, as most tables abut a large rectangular bar. But if you want some tasty food, correctly cooked to order, Burton's is a fine choice. We've dined at Burton's numerous times and would be happy to return. read more

Six of us went last night. Very disappointed. Shared 3 apps to start: calamari, wings, and egg rolls. Appetizers did not appear to be freshly made but more like something you would purchase in the frozen section of Restaurant Depot. Maxx Burger sounded delicious but beef had no flavor probably could have used some salt. French fries were ok but also probably not hand cut. Mai tai was tasty but very weak. The Crab-Crusted Haddock was close to halve the size of what it was last month and the Short Rib Grilled Cheese did not have a lot of meat, it was mostly bread. For $94, I expect a better experience. Also, the price for the CC Haddock went from $34 to $38 over the last month. read more

While visiting our family we stopped into this location for dinner. We are reward members and have been to three different locations in the past. We had a wonderful dinner experience here. My husband loves wings and our server Kaycee suggested signature wings with the Memphis dry rub which my husband really enjoyed. For entrees I had the short rib grilled cheese which was unbelievably delicious and my husband had the Crab CrustedHaddack which he couldn't stop raving about how good it was when we got home. I placed an order for pickup over an hour and a half prior - still had to wait 15 minutes on a Monday (they said it would be a few more and then that they couldn't find it). Get to my hotel a half mile down the road and there are no napkins, no sauce for the onion straws, and the grilled sandwich had been sitting for so long that the bottom is complete mush. We had an awesome experience at Burton's Grill in Framingham tonight. First I had to push out my reservation time as we got caught in traffic getting home from work and they had no problem and were super accommodating to push our reservation out 45 minutes, even in a super busy Friday night. It was slammed when we arrived and the hostess was so apologetic because we had to wait five minutes before getting seated. To me that felt like getting seated right on time. Nobody should complain about a five minute wait. Our waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and efficient. I mentioned we were trying to make a movie and she took our orders right away. Everything came out super quick and 100% as we ordered it. She was phenomenal! Our food was awesome, my husband and I split the General Tsaos Bowl, firecracker shrimp, and the cheesesteak eggrolls. Everything was super yummy. Attended an event at Burtons. There was a delicious spread that included the general tap cauliflower, cheesesteak spring rolls and dips. For the main meal there was chicken risotto, bolognese, and salad. There were generous portions and many people went up for seconds. We were in a semi private space to the side where we could all mingle. Staff were attentive and made sure we all had what we needed. The menu posted is not the same menu that was given at the restaurant. For soup they have a soup of the day. Today was French onion. It came in a cup and lacked flavor. I was charged $10 for a cup of soup. It was also served Luke warm. I stopped eating it to get it warmed up but my server did not check on me so I then ate it warm. My Caesar salad was ok, for $13.50 it could have been better. It was really light on dressing. The cheese was shredded I prefer flaked. The server Maverick was not very attentive even with a near empty dining room. Although he had plenty of time to talk to other tables (more than one person,bigger tip.) Overall, no impressed.
