We came across Burtons while shopping in Natick. We got burgers - a meat and veggie. They were both excellent! They were able to accommodate with a lettuce wrap. Was also able to substitute my fries for cucumber salad - which was fantastic! Service was incredible and we cannot wait to return! read more

The menu posted is not the same menu that was given at the restaurant. For soup they have a soup of the day. Today was French onion. It came in a cup and lacked flavor. I was charged $10 for a cup of soup. It was also served Luke warm. I stopped eating it to get it warmed up but my server did not check on me so I then ate it warm. My Caesar salad was ok, for $13.50 it could have been better. It was really light on dressing. The cheese was shredded I prefer flaked. The server Maverick was not very attentive even with a near empty dining room. Although he had plenty of time to talk to other tables (more than one person, bigger tip.) Overall, no impressed. I feel like I am invisible as I am waiting to pay. read more

Attended an event at Burtons. There was a delicious spread that included the general tap cauliflower, cheesesteak spring rolls and dips. For the main meal there was chicken risotto, bolognese, and salad. There were generous portions and many people went up for seconds. We were in a semi private space to the side where we could all mingle. Staff were attentive and made sure we all had what we needed. Would recommend for a small event and I'll be back for the bolognese and another pomegranate martini. read more

Overall Burton's is a great experience. Our waitress was very friendly throughout the entire interaction. The space itself it's nice and has a cozy vibe to it. The food itself is very good as well and safe for allergies. An idea would be to have some more vegetarian options overall. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

First visit with my wife and in laws. We went Christmas Eve. The atmosphere and decor were spot on. The food was excellent.Buffalo dip for stater, braised short ribs and rissoto for main dish. Flavor was on point. Kayley was our server. Very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Quick service with a smile. We will be back. read more

While visiting our family we stopped into this location for dinner. We are reward members and have been to three different locations in the past. We had a wonderful dinner experience here. My husband loves wings and our server Kaycee suggested signature wings with the Memphis dry rub which my husband really enjoyed. For entrees I had the short rib grilled cheese which was unbelievably delicious and my husband had the Crab CrustedHaddack which he couldn't stop raving about how good it was when we got home. Our server Kaycee suggested the seven layered chocolate cake that she said we would not regret and oh boy was she right. Wow, this dessert was amazing!! Food, atmosphere and service met our expectations. We had a great night! read more

I placed an order for pickup over an hour and a half prior - still had to wait 15 minutes on a Monday (they said it would be a few more and then that they couldn't find it). Get to my hotel a half mile down the road and there are no napkins, no sauce for the onion straws, and the grilled sandwich had been sitting for so long that the bottom is complete mush. The onion straws are cold mush - completely inedible. I'll be selecting a different place to have a $25 sandwich tomorrow. read more

We had an awesome experience at Burton's Grill in Framingham tonight. First I had to push out my reservation time as we got caught in traffic getting home from work and they had no problem and were super accommodating to push our reservation out 45 minutes, even in a super busy Friday night. It was slammed when we arrived and the hostess was so apologetic because we had to wait five minutes before getting seated. To me that felt like getting seated right on time. Nobody should complain about a five minute wait. Our waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and efficient. I mentioned we were trying to make a movie and she took our orders right away. Everything came out super quick and 100% as we ordered it. She was phenomenal! Our food was awesome, my husband and I split the General Tsaos Bowl, firecracker shrimp, and the cheesesteak eggrolls. Everything was super yummy. My sons got the kids steak and the kids friend shrimp and they gobbled it up! Everything was awesome but our waitress Taylor was a huge highlight with her awesome service! read more

Really good. Risotto Chicken and Salmon entree. "Bread" appetizer. Whoever heard of a bread appetizer. Try it. Goes good with the second sentence. Looks like 12 or so olives too, but those came with vodka and gin. Espresso Martini and Key lime pie as the ending. read more

A great atmosphire for brunch. I have specific requirements with food prep, but the food was mixed upon receipt. The wait staff took good care of me, and got me the correctly cooked food as soon as possible. The meal was great, prepaired as requested. The atmosphire is eclectic, and had a few pieces of art that made you think. read more

In town for a baseball tournament, wanted something close to hotel. Happy with food and service. Beer choices were good as well.

Had a family dinner on a weeknight. Food was good - solid rather than remarkable (I had a lobster roll, which was prepared how I would have expected). My son's burger was delayed in arriving (well past the rest of the meal), but they comped it to apologize- which was a nice gesture we weren't expecting. Overall, would recommend for a family dinner when you need to satisfy a range of palates, including picky children and/or grandparents. read more

Sadly not a good experience. Came for lunch. First ordered a spicy Bloody Mary. It was so full of horse radish as to be undrinkable. Then the food took way too long for a slow weekday lunch. Our neighbor at the bar ordered long after us but was served first. And the bartender had an attitude about it. The food was ok. Fish tacos were hot and crisp but not flavorful. The salad was ok but not much substance for the cost. read more

One of the most undervalued places in Natick. The steaks are always on point and tonight I paired with a 2020 Caymus Napa Valley. What a pair, very intense and pleasing. The Caymus was strong on dark fruit and pepper and held its own with a nicely marbled ny strip. I am glad we opened with the crab cakes and an old fashioned. Almost a dessert first approach with the light and sweet flavors first. I couldn't think of actual dessert after that strong meal but again I wouldn't have done it any other way. The service as always is exceptional. read more

We have been Burton's's reward members for many, many years and remain brand loyal due to the consistency of the food and the professionalism of the staff. While we frequent many of the locations, our favorite is the Burton's in Framingham. The staff and management team are unparalleled with both their attentive nature and knowledge of food preparation as a pertains to allergies, ingredients, etc.. shout out to our recent server, Dylan for taking extra care of us at dinner tonight. Thank you for always providing a high standard of excellence to your guests. It's our pleasure to choose Burton's over any other restaurant. read more

Great service! Delicious wings & salmon entree cooked to perfection! Luv'd the aperol spritz. The atmosphere was a bit loud but very festive

Food was great! I got the filet mignon and it was pretty tasty! My boyfriend got the California chicken sandwich and he said it was very good!! I think it was a nice restaurant. with all that being said, the service was disappointing. Not a huge deal, but when we walked in, the girls at the front were on their phones talking to each other so it took a second to greet us. We got seated in an area with a few other guests around us and the service was so slow... it wasn't busy. it took about 5-10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us so when she finally came over, we ordered drinks (a soda and a Moscow Mule) with 2 appetizers (the bread and the buffalo chicken dip). Well we got our drinks about 10 mins after ordering them and we got a thing of water, but no cups...we had to ask. We then ordered our food... Someone else brought our bread, (15-20 mins after ordering) but we were told that they ran out of the buffalo chicken dip; luckily they took it off our check and we were able to get a free app, but I wish we were told earlier. Our food came out by another server and as I said, it was delicious! My boyfriend then ordered another drink, but it never came. I was thinking maybe she just forgot about it so he shook it off... we were still charged for that second drink. Honestly, we didn't even want to bother waiting another 10 minutes to find our waitress so we just sucked it up and paid. ***TLDR: food was great, service was subpar/inattentive. read more

Great experience tonight. Attentive bar tenders. Delicious scallop risotto and took home a dessert. Just wait ........ I ordered the chocolate cake to go. I took it out of the frig a couple hours after getting back and I am amazed how the chef took the time to carefully de construct the components. I can't wait to dig in and get the experience one should have at the restaurant or at home. Obviously they have someone who knows how to pack a take home dessert. !!! Thank you for an amazing night. I'm up from Florida but I will definitely be back. read more

I'm not sure what I was expecting but the food really blew me away. Especially the Harvest Bowl which was way more delicious than it had any right to be. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. I was very confused by how the beet salad was presented, as it looked like a tartare with a disc of goat cheese on top but it was also great. My son devoured his cheeseburger and left no scraps, so safe to say he definitely enjoyed this as well. Service was great. I'll be coming back for that harvest bowl 100%. read more

Service was amazing. App was General Tso's fried cauliflower-have had before and still great. We split two of the holiday specials. Wagu steak with garlic mash & scallops over butternut squash mushroom risotto. The steak as you can imagine melted in my mouth-same with the scallops. Both dishes were perfectly cooked. read more

Food was decent, but the menu wasn't overly exciting..pretty average fair. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive, and the drinks we had were very well-made craft style cocktails. Seats were comfortable, which is rare to find in a bar these days so that was a big bonus. The booths inside looked comfortable as well although we didn't partake. Wouldn't specifically go back there, but if I was in the area and hungry, I would go. read more

We decided to try Burtons Grill on our way home from Worcester. We have never been there before. The food was delicious. We ordered the French Onion Soup and a calamari appetizer. The food was delicious! 10/10 Service was not great. We arrived to the lobby and had a 20 minute wait for our table. NO ONE offered my Mom a chair. She's an elderly woman in her 80's with a walker and not one staff member thought about helping a disabled person. Our server was very kind but so unorganized. He took our orders but forgot to return to the table to clear dirty dishes or refill our drinks. Hopefully, when we try this restaurant again it will be much more organized and customer service based! Please do better, your food is delicious! read more

We always feel comfortable going here with our whole family including one person with Celiac who must avoid gluten.

Our server was kind, mindful of food allergies, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Great location with plenty of parking spots, the food itself was average and overpriced. However i did enjoy their pomegranate martini which was shaken and topped right off at the table, nice touch read more

worst service imaginable. went on memorial day one hour ago at 630 pm. sat at bar, ordered seltzer water and was charged 3.50 and no refills. air conditioning was blowing cold air and the bar staff was pathetic. finally took our order, and never came back to check on us, never refilled out seltzer that they charged us each 3.50 and never asked how our salads were or if we needed anything. AS RUDE AS CAN BE. we were invisible to them. The bar was more than half empty too. These were the two worst bartenders in history! read more

I've been a fan of Burton's before the pandemic and am happy to have enjoyed my first meal back under the tent since their reopening. The quality and freshness of the food remains the same. The staff is exceptional as always. Gus was our server who rose above and beyond to please us & I was happy to have enjoyed my lunch on a perfect sunny day. I went on New Year's Eve during the dinner rush. Our waitress was SO NICE, she was truly such a delight! Food was ok though. My family and I frequent this Burtons location and we never have a complaint. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere great, and the service is always friendly.
