Well, stopped in as closing on a Sunday . They accepted me in as kitchen was just closing . Ordered the cinnamon bun french toast and a small order of the sweet potato hash . They offer Two options of hash ; this sweet potato version and a corn beef hash version. Both are outstanding as I have eaten both here before. . French toast with the sweet icing will send me for an A1c blood sugar check... but it is excellent , really should be shared or take home 1/2. Very good menu options here. I was particularly impressed how many young guys, girls working here and everyone seemed to love working there? Unusual to see everyone smiling and working together in today's workplaces . Owners doing a good job teaching a positive work ethic and how to assure customer treatment experience importance . Each knew exactly what their closing tasks were. Excellent menu and options. I've had a Monte Cristo sandwich here a prior visit and it was 2 meals and . Daily drink specials sounded good and tempting... but I didn't want more sugar . I'd offer a sugar free lemonade that Minute Maid now offers in bottle. My only issue with past visits is always a wait on weekends as the food, quality and experience attracts a lot of customers.... I found this establishment by searching for a breakfast place on a Saturday. The day I found it, the wait was really long. I was able to get on the waitlist via Yelp which was great. I wasn't at the location. I ended up being #44. Because of the wait, we decided to go somewhere else. Now two days later, on a Monday, I happened to be driving in the area. I looked it up on Yelp and got on the waiting list. I was #14. When I arrived, I didn't see it. I drove around to the back and there is was. Amazed that on a school day Monday, there were ppl outside waiting. I parked and went inside to see if I could get a bar seat. The bar seating included in the wait however by wait was cut in half due to being by myself. Once you walk in, there's a check in counter to the left, the seating area is to the right. Before being seated, I went to use the bathroom and it was gross. One stall was disgusting after someone decided not to flush leaving only one stall. I'm assuming because that toilet wasn't flushed, it caused the bathroom to smell awful. While using the bathroom I heard two people come in. One being an employee that had JM Diner shirt on it. She waited for the stall I was using. It was concerning that as an employee she didn't attempt to rectify the non-flushed toilet. I went back to the waiting area and shortly later, I sat at the bar. Each person, including the other customers I was siting next to was very pleasant. I'm in love with pancakes. I inquired about them and one guy described them being huge and he asked another employee to describe them and he gave the description of a little smaller than a manhole cover. We laughed and I then ordered - only one though. I also ordered a steak and cheese omelette with a side of tomatoes and orange juice. My goshhhhhhhhhh....their pancakes!!!! No wonder this place's wait is ridiculous. The pancakes were amazing. They were a tad bit sweet but the texture, size, fluffiness was delicious. The orange juice is freshly squeezed A lot if places don't do freshly squeezed. I will definitely come back here with the family! read more

Tip...when you see the option to join the waitlist on YELP, is says that the current wait is 5 minutes. What the heck ? I would have joined the list 30 minutes ago. So this seems to be a glitch, You should proceed to join so that you can see the true time frame. The breakfast food here is so yummy. There are tons of options, mostly sweets and salty separated, not a lot of combo breakfast meals. The ex Benedict was so yummy in the home fries are a must try. Almost every time you go you will be waiting for a table. Service is great. The one comment I would have is that they do rush you a bit and come over very consistently to see if you need anything anything which can be annoying while trying to dine in. We logged in from the Yelp app for the waitlist and it was an hour wait so we left and did some shopping at natick mall and came back and a table was ready for us. This place is worth the wait! I recommend going on the waitlist through yelp before arriving, they might even seat you earlier as long as you reserve your spot. The total was $25 The Nutella French toast was good and they didn't skimp on the Nutella. As for the hash, it was actually pretty small and had a decent amount of beef. Service was pretty bad. I ordered a side of avocado and it was hands down the most avocado I have ever received as a side. This is exactly what you expect when you ask for avocado, not half of a half like most places give. Same with the tomatoes. When I asked for sliced tomatoes on the side, I got what felt like an entire tomato. Generous, fresh, and completely worth it. Prices were not exorbitant at all. In fact, the quality exceeded the price. I especially loved the fluffy pancakes and the beautifully decorated hot chocolate. Another huge plus is that they do not use seed oils.
