That means sticky tables, loud music & tv and if you want service you have to go up to the counter and get their attention. My last visit was during the NBA Finals and it legit took over an hour for an order of wings with just a few parties ahead of me. However, as soon as I got my wings it was all worth it. After continuously hearing the hype about Burnett's wings, I had to come try them for myself. Unfortunately I was a little let down by them as I only found them to be decent at best. Their famous fish sauce wings were much too salty compared to what I've previously had, and I'm no stranger to fish sauce wings. I also had the Thai sweet chili flavor which was a little better but nothing special. I do appreciate the size of the wings though - crispy, well cooked and pretty juicy. The option to order a combo with a side of rice and salad is also nice to have. I will definitely have to give Burnett's another try in the future. If you like wings (especially fish sauce) I would still give Burnett's a visit. read more

Lightly battered or maybe not even battered at all couldnt tell, but the standout was clearly the Fish Sauce Wings. Straight Fire. If you come here make sure you get those. Started getting a little later and people started rolling in, and I heard it takes hella long for food orders to come out once it gets busy, so we didnt get to put in another order, but if you its busy and you got 45 min to wait around for some wings it'll def be worth the wait. I always love to support local businesses especially when the owner is Vietnamese. I came here right on Valentine's Day and didn't regret the decision. Service was great and the wings are not as tiny as Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered 3 flavors of wings that day . Fish sauce: perfect balance between saltiness and sweetness. You would want to dip some bread in there . Thai sweet chili: it's not bad but i don't think there's any special about this flavor. . I finally was able to make it to Burnett's after I've heard from so many people that they have the best wings and they are absolutely right!!! I came here with a few friends around 5:00 PM on a Saturday since my friends said they get busy quick. When I got there there were two other tables taken but that's about it which was nice. The lady behind the bar was super nice, she did end up forgetting we ordered rice and salad but then made it up by giving us separate rice plates but still no salad but hey...i didn't really need the salad anyway. The rice isn't pictured in this photo because they were still making it but the rice is always cooked perfectly. This restaurant would get five stars but the service is ridiculously slow. Expect a 25-30 minute wait time... don't come here if you're rushing! Other than the wait time, the fish sauce wings are always worth it! We got here right after they opened so we were the first customers. It was freezing! After about 30-45 minutes later, the place started to get packed. We wanted to see if we split the flavors if we ordered a dozen but was told there would be an additional .50 charged. Might as well just get the order of 6 and save ourselves .10.. So beware of that! We got an order of fish sauce, Asian crispy spicy, and salt & pepper. Lets just say that Asian crispy spicy is hella spicy. Haha I was so surprised! My favorite has to be the fish sauce. Bottom line if you consider yourself a chicken wing expert, fan, connoisseur or anything close, you must try this place. I grew up on the east coast and now live in the Seattle area. I have grinded through wings all across the country and have not found better wings than this place which you would never know existed. Essentially it is a dive like bar atmosphere which features a pool table, a bunch of TV's, and a great Vietnamese family that runs it. Auntie is in the back frying up the wings. It's hard for me to figure out what makes them so good and I guess I wouldn't care if I came to find they were smothered in MSG. I don't go here for weight watchers meetings. My favorite is simply the salt and pepper wings. They are huge and I order the spiciest version of them with an order of fries and of course a Manny's on tap. In fact we go so often that Lisa (our server) has my Manny's on the table and our food order placed before we even get our jackets off. Extremely good service here. We always order about 12 extra wings or so to take home to the kids since they can't go there as it is a bar. They look forward to this all week. Best wings in town hands down! This is my go-to place for chicken wings and I prefer it over BWW or Wingstop surprisingly. I like to get the garlic & pepper and fish sauce wings (so bomb). This bar is a chill place to kick it and have a drink and eat, although it can get pretty busy here, especially at night and during the weekends, so the wait for food is even longer. Every time I come they are always short staffed and it's usually always the owner that is working alongside one more person. So if you come here, expect service to be kinda slow because they are always busy and short-staffed sometimes. But once the food comes out, it's worth the wait. I think their prices are more than fair, and their wings are very flavorful, but as far as the environment of the bar/restaurant goes, it's incredibly dark and dingy. I found it very odd that there were no windows, which was very off putting to me. To be completely honest, I probably won't be returning to dine in. Something about being there gave me anxiety, it's very chaotic and loud. However after finally trying this place, my boyfriend and I decided that it was not as good as we expected and wouldn't go again. These are the best wings in the Pacific Northwest, easily, but probably the world as well. As a flight attendant, please know I have traveled EVERYWHERE and no wings compare to these. I've lived in Florida Texas and LA- known for their wings- and NOBODY does wings like Burnetts. Now that we have that cleared up, there's a few things you need to know. "Momma" doesn't care about you and never will no matter how often you patronize her joint. You are one of a million people who are obsessed with her wings that take AT LEAST 30 minutes to make on a slow day and 45 minutes to an hour when it's busy. You DO NOT visit Burnett's for the service because it will not come friendly nor will it come expeditiously. However, you DO come for the hilarious banter with Momma and THE WINGS. My personal favorite is the Garlic & Pepper spicy style which comes with garlic, jalapeños, and then crushed red pepper on top to round it out. I asked Momma her secret and she says the wings are NEVER frozen. They come in fresh from a local farm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are cooked to order (which is why they take forever). Fresh + No waste... that has to be a hippie meat eaters paradise! My recommendation is to go to Burnett's for the first time on a weeknight when some slow sport like baseball is being televised. Have a drink at the hole-in-the-wall dive bar and wait patiently for the wings. Become obsessed. Tell everyone you know. Go back on a busy night. Do it all again. Then finally rank up like me. I go. Place my order to-go. Head over to Fred Meyer. Shop for groceries. Come back. Pick up my order. (That I still have to wait for sometimes).
