Coffee & Burghs Breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel

Delicious food and cute ambiance! I tried a bagel sandwich and coffee today. Both were tasty and prepared quickly. Comfortable cafe seating and friendly service.

Saturday lunch upgrade :) I used to frequent Pigeon Bagels in Squirrel Hill and Burgh's may have them beat! Burgh's has more options for breakfast and lunch. It's cute inside with indoor and outdoor seating, staff was very friendly. I ordered the Twerky Turkey on a whole wheat bagel and it was delicious! The ingredients and veggies were so fresh. I'll be back!

What a cutie bagel spot conveniently located on Steubenville Pike! A serious competitor to the other known bagel businesses in Pittsburgh! We went on a Saturday morning. I went wild and had the Mother Clucker with extra pickles on their French toast bagel, and my husband went simple and classic with the plain bagel and plain cream cheese and we both were equally happy! The bagels are fresh and LARGE. We got a variety of 6 bagels to go with 2 different spreads and it looks more like a dozen of bagels they're so sizable. They also have assorted coffee options and bottled beverages! While there was a line at about 10am, it moved swiftly and the staff was friendly! The vibes are cool with decor and a variety of seating options. I like that they put all of your orders in a to-go type bag so you can sit and eat or take your meal to go.

The food was good!! I got the burgh breakfast sandwich on a spicy bagel. I wish the cheese was a little more melted but overall I would go again. Not a ton of tables inside but cute little bagel shop vibes.

Friendly service here! Menu is easy to read and order off of. They have a build your own breakfast sandwich or suggested options from another menu. Bagels and toppings are all fresh. We stopped here before going on a bike ride, and dined in on the patio. Inside is decorated very cute and is clean! I ordered the bacon avocado sandwich, and my husband ordered a bagel with egg, sausage, and jam. We both enjoyed what we ate. A lot of flavor! Will be back!

I wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful in a bagel shop. I love the vibe. Comfy and great design. I'm a big fan of the logo and kept meaning to eat here. Service was fast & friendly. The breakfast sandwiches we got were delicious! I'd never even heard of a French toast bagel before. I had ti try it. We will definitely return.

They were a little busy, but still got our order processed very quickly. Congrats to them. The Burgh Breakfast was very good. Our 3 build-your-own bagels were all excellent. Will definitely go back.

Amazing bagels! I got the avo baco 4 when you wakko which was so good. So much flavor. This is a perfect bagel spot for the morning. They're very quick with their service and very kind. They also have really cute seating and is a very comfortable spot.

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins for our morning coffees. Every Sunday we try to hit up new local coffee places and on this day it was burgh bagels turn. Since this was our second visit we knew it was much more of a bagel shop than anything else and that was ok by us. It's located in a strip mall on Steubenville pike and the inside of this place is somewhat small. They have a small area to order from and then seating for maybe 20 or so. Outside they also have more seating and due to its colocation with brusters, there are picnic tables all around the plaza. On our first visit here the place was packed and so we learned to get there earlier this morning which made for a much smaller crowd. For my breakfast on this morning I went with a mother clucker on a pepper bagel and then chose a regular sized coffee with cream. My wife went with an iced coffee and the the lox bagel. The menu described my bagel as Fried Chicken, hippie greens, tomato, red onion, pickles & garlic aioli with my wife's as Smoked Salmon, red onion, capers, tomato, classic schmear & lemon juice. My sandwich here ended up being good as my chicken was cooked well and was super crispy on the outside. Then I liked the hippie greens and my only complaint was that the garlic aioli sauce was quite runny. So it was dripping off of my sandwich and onto my hands which I would expect from an aioli. Lastly I thought the bagel was good and had a nice chew to it. I did wish the bagel had a more consistent flavor throughout as my last bite provided some nice spice while for the rest of the meal I wasn't getting too much flavor out of it. Then my coffee was just ok. It had a ton of half and half in it and to be honest that mostly covered up the coffee flavor. So I didn't really get to taste the coffee itself. The bottom line for me is that I would probably head back here again in the future. My wife and I have enjoyed the food we purchased both times we ate here, just be prepared to pay lunch prices for any sandwich.

I've had this bagel cafe bookmarked for a while (thanks to my fellow Yelpers). So when I finally found myself in the Robinson area at lunchtime (they close at 2 o'clock or until they sell out for the day), I decided it was worth the only 1mile out of my way to give it a try. It's located in Waterford Place, a small plaza right off Steubenville Pike with two entrances to its nice sized parking lot that Burgh Bagels shares with a Bruster's ice cream and a dialysis clinic. The service was welcoming and helpful. The ambiance was cozy and clean with different options for seating making it so inviting on a chilly winters day. They had a pumpernickel bagel which is my favorite and rarer to find. I ordered one of the sandwiches from their menu and it was delicious! The bagel was perfectly toasted and the fried egg perfectly cooked. Yum!

Obsessed with these New York style bagels and homemade smears. They offer breakfast and lunch- or until bagels are sold out (which has been happening often on weekends!) Tons of bagel options. Very friendly and inviting staff. The space is pretty big, sit down seating is available!

Having now made two visits to this place I must admit I'm in love with their sandwiches. Arriving here late morning meant no line and gave me an opportunity to interview one of the owners. First the business is family owned and operated. They are in their third week since they opened and they do sell out quickly. Having enjoyed the eggplant sandwich on my last visit this time I decided to go with the mother clucker chicken sandwich which gives you a choice of either grilled or fried chicken, greens, tomato, onion, pickle, and garlic aioli. My bagel selections were limited so I had it on a cinnamon raisin bagel. It was a very generous size and indeed a delicious bagel and tender and moist chicken. The pickles gave it the right amount of sweetness. The owner served me and answered my inquiries regarding the high pricing. While it is true they are more costly than Gussy's in Oakland, you are still getting a large size bagel. There's nothing really different about them except they do offer more variety than some of the other places that serve bagels in the area. They do not make gluten free bagels since I was told they are made with wheat products. Most of the bagels however are vegan and he liked my idea of looking into adjusting the eggplant bagel sandwich. Swap out the swiss for a piece of vegan cheese and you got a great vegan bagel sandwich. The only online advance ordering they do is for catering at this point. You can not pre purchase individual bagels or sandwiches this way even if it is the day ahead. If however, you wish to purchase a decent quantity of bagels then they will accomodate you. Contact the business for more specific information. Your half dozen as well as your dozen bagels come with a basic schmear. I must admit it is a generous size and very good for a cream cheese. I enjoy using it. They have a small sit down dining area and a small frig for grab and go items which are mostly beverages The place is very trendy and clean. A very inviting ambiance. Burgh's bagels is located in a small strip mall next to Bruster's ice cream in Robinson township. They share the parking with other businesses in the complex. Next up will be the lox bagel for me!

Out here in the North Hills, we've been stuck with chain options -- so when Three Brothers Bagels came to Shaler, it really helped fill a void. This place is a great destination for all kinds of bagels, bagel sandwiches, baked goods AND really, really good soup. My personal favorite so far has been the potato leek soup with bagel croutons. It was so good that I'd love to see it become a menu staple rather than just a special. As for the bagels themselves, the selection strikes a nice balance of savory and sweet, and the spreads and fillings follow suit. What I especially love is that the sandwiches go beyond just breakfast -- there are creative, lunch-style options that set them apart. And yes, their bagels are chewy and might give your jaw a workout after a whole sandwich, but honestly... isn't that just what a bagel is? Tip: Make sure you get there early or plan to order ahead this place is SO popular and regularly sells out. I'm also looking forward to seeing their food truck out and about. Highly recommend for anyone in the North Hills looking for quality bagels, sandwhiches, soups and some genuinely great baked goods!
