I think this company opened way back in 2016 and every time that I happened to pass it, it was closed. And that was only because it was a Monday or Tuesday or possibly past 2 PM! So do keep in mind that they are not open on Monday or Tuesday and they're not open after 2 PM. But finally after all these years I was able to stop in today around 10:30am, and I got the Heirloom bagel sandwich, which was plain cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, onions & lox. My bagel was an everything bagel and I do have to say their bagels absolutely beat any of the chain bagel places that you will hit in the surrounding area. I am used to NY bagels which are a different beast & these come close. They have many kinds of cream cheese and many kinds of bagels. They also have a lot of pastries and cookies. And they brew iced and hot coffee and lattes and such. They have a very cute patio area out front, and for the winter you can just go three doors down and sit in the marketplace indoors and enjoy your coffee and bagel. It is a very small place and I hear they get quite busy on the weekend so you can order ahead and there's a little shelf on the left when you walk in the door and you just pick up your to go order there I will definitely be back! Such an adorable place! I saw this shop tagged by another bagel spot I love, so I knew I could trust it. I visited on a Friday morning (street parking was easy to find) and ordered at the counter, but many customers were arriving for pick-ups (which are highly recommended on weekends according to a sign up front). From savory and sweet breakfast sandwiches to lunch options and baked goods and a coffee menu, there's something for everyone. There's such a wide variety of bagel flavors (black pepper Parmesan and pretzel?!?!) and house made cream cheese spreads (maple pecan!!). We love coming here! Always a great experience. The workers are always so pleasant. They just recently remodeled. Beautiful work. The bagels are always so fresh. I am so picky about bagels being too tough to bite into but these are always made just right. All the toppings are fresh. Great breakfast bagel sandwiches. Busy place on a Sunday morning -- service was a little backed up -- but worth the wait.

I stopped by here a couple of Sundays ago with my wife and twins. Every Sunday we try to go to a different local coffee place and even though Beaver Bagels isn't technically a coffee place, it does serve coffee. We arrived to the restaurant around 10 AM and were impressed with its cute outdoor seating area. Inside is where you place you order and besides the cash register they have a couple of display cases of food and then some coolers as well. A sign that was hung up notes that it could be up to a 45 minute wait on weekends. We only had a single person in front of us and placed our order relatively quickly. I went with the jalepeno popper bagel while my wife went with an everything bagel sandwich. Our twins picked a caramel pretzel brownie and my wife and I split a sweet potato biscuit as well. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and so the sign wasn't too far off. During that time I was surprised by the number of people who had pickups from door dash. Once we had our food we headed to our car and were on our way. My jalepeno popper was described as a jalepeno cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese and raspberry jam. I thought that it was pretty good with the bagel having a nice chew with a hint of jalepeno flavor but without the spiciness. Then the cream cheese added a nice tang while the raspberry jam was sweet. Overall it was a good sandwich. My coffee here was just a plain coffee but I actually thought it was good. There was a nice natural sweetness to the roast which made it enjoyable. It wasn't until later in the day that I was able to try the biscuit and I thought it had a nice texture being solid on the outside and crumbly in the middle with a strong flavor of butter. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both enjoyed everything that we had here, so why not. read more

On my quest to find the best bagel in the Pittsburgh area I made the 40 minute drive to Beaver Bagel. Cute little courtyard welcomes you with a line outside the door. This place does a ton of online orders, so if I come again i will place my order in advance. Hubby got the honey rosemary bagel with butter that he enjoyed. I'm just a plain Jane kind of bagel girl so that's what I got with cream cheese. I didn't care for the cream cheese at all. I did get 2 dozen of bagels to go & will freeze them for the next few weeks. I will still be on my quest to find the best bagel. read more

This place is THE FREAKING BOMB. I wish I had one of these near my hometown in TX. We passed through the area and saw so many good reviews we knew we needed to try it out. We ended up going twice in one day it was so good! My husband got The All Everything and added bacon and I had a Plain Jane. We both got coffee and added a Poptart to split. After devouring breakfast we couldn't wait to get back and order again so we went for lunch too! The jalapeño cheese bagels are our favorite. This is the best bagel I've ever had and I can't get enough of this place when I am visiting, it's a must stop location if you are in the area. Stopped on by while out running errand this morning. Mind you I'd heard great things about Beaver Bagel Company, but never found myself in the vicinity until today. Driving up and finding street parking was a breeze and the store is tucked away in between to buildings and has a nice little courtyard with half a dozen tables and chairs to eat at. As it was our first time we took a minute to decide and the staff were helpful to when we asked for suggestions. We opted for apple crisp and classic sandwich with an oatmeal cream pie as the chaser. Food is made to order so it took a few minutes but we didn't mind as it's such a nice porch/courtyard to sit and talk in :) Food was great and prices are very reasonable! Enjoyed an early lunch at this super cute bagel eatery in Bridgewater, PA. There was inviting outside seating options in the front with an indoor counter to place your order. As a first timer, the extensive "chalk board" menu was a bit overwhelming. I felt pressure to make a quick decision as there were other people behind me. It would have been helpful to have menu to review out of the way. The counter had numerous dessert options in the case that looked homemade and very tempting. The BLT bagel was really good. It had the perfect amount of bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg and cheese. The only seating is outside. Even though it was nice, the weather was cold and it would have been nice to have outside heaters. Four out of five given for lack of handy menus during the ordering process and no indoor seating if the weather is sketchy. read more

Additionally, they offer fantastic cookies, cake and other pastries made in house. Coffee and tea is available from a local coffee shop and roaster. The workers were very friendly. The shop is small and there is no inside seating but signs say there is seating at a market down the street. However, when weather is nice there is plenty of outside seating in a relaxing courtyard. They use a lot of local items and support fellow small business. I got one of the lunch bagel sandwiches, a banana cream bagel ( with had banana cream cheese and banana slices), a couple cookies, a coffee cake, and a cake bar. All were very good. Really, the prices are the only thing holding me back from 5 stars. The food really is high quality. I had a sandwich today that was very impressive. It was a roasted red pepper bagel, with egg, chicken, fire roasted tomato, arugula, and PESTO. Oh my. It was just bursting with flavor. That pesto tho...if I get a strawberry Nutella sandwich I might still need a schmear of pesto Salted chocolate chip cookie also above average. There were so many good options I had a hard time deciding and I will most certainly be back because I have to try some that I passed up. I got the Apple crisp bagel sandwich and it was so so good. My husband and I stopped by here last weekend to grab a bagel sandwich before hitting the road for a trip we had planned. I looked at their menu online ahead of time, and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to get. I thought my husband did too, but he actually ended up ordering something completely different when we got to the register. He got the BLT bagel sandwich on a plain bagel, and I ordered the Southern bagel sandwich. Mine came with bacon, scrambled egg, cheese and pimento cheese on a fresh pretzel bagel. My husband's bagel came with all the classic BLT toppings on it. We both agreed that what we ordered was absolutely fantastic. My husband exclaimed how much his hit the spot and how it was the perfect size. I thought mine was so fabulous. The pimento cheese with the pretzel bagel combination was just an amazing pair along side the bacon and eggs. The ingredients were so fresh too. I knew this place was good when I saw the line and how many people were waiting for food. This place has such a cute ambiance to it. It was such a nice little perfect fall day when we stopped by too. They've even got a bakery display full of different pastries and sweets they have on special. I also loved how friendly the staff was. Overall I'm definitely coming back here to try some of their other menu items. I was so blown away by my sandwich. Tis nothing less than a taste of the gods. As I glanced over the menu at all the delicious bagel choices, combinations, and options. I decided to go with a chicken bacon ranch on plain bagel. This consisted of bacon, fried egg, provolone, spinach, ranch and aïoli. The bagel sandwich was exceptional and was done perfection. Which to me means not to tough like leather and not to crunchy like dark toast, done just right. You will find ample seating outside that is cozy and welcoming. Ordered delivery and it arrived pretty quick for the morning! Order is correct. Packed well and no spills! I had to use door dash which I'd rather just order directly through their website but it seems a little complicated that way. Door dash just takes too much from the businesses. I love helping to support small local businesses! I ordered two small hot coffees, an iced coffee, their maple pecan cream cheese tub, bruntons chocolate milk for my daughter, cinnamon crunch bagel toasted, and a Bacon Egg and Cheese Everything bagel sandwich. Unfortunately the toasted bagel and my breakfast sandwich wasn't warm anymore. But everything was delicious!! And the cream cheese, though a little too soft, was yummy! Lots and lots of pecans throughout which I love! Great flavors with the maple. The cinnamon crunch bagel doesn't have the cinnamon crunch on bottom, only on top. So I wouldn't order that again. But the everything bagel was very good! And the egg and cheese and bacon were good too. Not a stuffed sandwich but just enough time fill you up! :) The iced coffee was good. Decent roast flavor. The hot coffee is a tad bit too acidic for me so I had to add some almond milk creamer at home. They sent a small bag of creamers and different sugars which was nice! But I don't consume any of them. Waited a really long time for a single bagel sandwich which made me late for work... when I opened my sandwich it was not what I ordered so after waiting really long and being late for work I couldn't even eat my sandwich. When I tried calling to speak with someone, well they have an answering machine, no such thing as speaking to an actual person. Not a real good experience for my first time being there. So tired of the way people do business these days by not answering phones... and all the online ordering which slowed down orders for the people who actually took the time to come into the place.
