    Angus Burger wrapped in lettuce

Not the best but not the worst. The lettuce on the burger was super fresh. Fries were 5/10. Burger Pattie's were large and tasted fresh and well cooked. Small establishment to dine in but it was clean. We ordered ahead for pick up. Staff is friendly and fast.

I was in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and booked a room at the airport Wingate. BurgerIM was literally within 2 minutes walking of the hotel as well as other hotels - great location. The Angus hamburger was excellent and I fries which were also tasty. The restaurant had both takeout and eat in options so I chose to eat there. Very small bare bones seating that essentially faced the storage area. The service was one woman and prompt. I was about 3/4 through my burger when the server decided to haul out the vacuum cleaner and sweep the restaurant. That was disruptive enough but then she filled a pail with a really strong soap and got out the mop. I left the remainder of my fries because the smell was overwhelming. Overall the food was really good but the restaurant itself was not welcoming.

It was my first time & the server was rude when asking questions about the menu. I order the Angus burger. While i waited for my food to go i used the restroom & they were extremely dirty. The Angus beef was uncooked i lost my appetite. Worst burger.

Good solid burgers. My 7 year old said, "5 stars Mom!" We were in town at Gaylord of the Rockies to see their ICE Christmas show. That was stunning but it left us hungry. We used Yelp to find a suitable spot! Enter BurgerIM. My son got the 2 mini cheese burgers (3 ounces each) and are them both. I got the angus burger and my husband got the cowboy burger. The service was also great. One staff member came over and asked us how it was. He offered to get us sauces (ranch, bbq) and was genuinely happy to be there. The fries were also delicious which, to me, is just as important as the burger. We'll return when we're up there again!

Not sure if I caught it on a bad night. It was just not edible in my opinion. I've been to other BurgerIM and loved it. This one was under cooked and had no flavor. I'm not eating bread so they gave it to me in a bowl. That's all I could force myself to eat and if went in the trash. Soda had no carbonation. The cashier was the best part of this visit. Super friendly dude and always smiling. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Service is the only reason I didn't give 1 star.

Small place. Fast food. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Good burger and rings. Wings were ok.

When it was originally explained as a French dip restaurant, I'll admit I was skeptical but I'm very happy to say that I was wrong. This place is truly great. We also ordered the crispy potatoes and just thinking about them again is making my mouth water. The interior of the space was super vibey with disco balls and fun art. Def downtown vibes. Parking was not ideal, but it never is downtown. I ended up at a meter a couple blocks down which was totally fine. Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

I was unimpressed with the quality & quantity of the food, especially based on the Mile high prices. My burger was very flat, almost like a cheap hamburger patty from a fast food restaurant. I ordered ahead online and customized "The 5280" burger with a bison patty. The restaurant was easy to find on the lower level of the Denver Pavilions (shopping mall) and pickup was easy, with my food ready by the estimated time provided. That said, the meal itself was disappointing. The bison burger was noticeably lacking in flavor. I also ordered a small side of fries, but those also missed the mark and lacked the crispy texture I was hoping for. The convenience and smooth pickup experience were appreciated, but based on the food, this would not be a spot I would rush back to during my short stay.
