I have had the pleasure of eating at burger fi on several occasions with my family and have never been disappointed. It is located on the south end of Park Avenue near Rollins College. The hamburgers are high-quality and are among the best available in the area. While it is always busy there never seems to be much of a wait for a table. Burger-Fi is a great place to stop on Park Ave. if you are health-conscious like me and looking for a quick bite to eat. I had a delicious juicy grass-fed double Angus beef burger served on crisp lettuce. They call this Green Style- a great grain-free option for Paleo and Whole 30 customers. The Green Style burger comes in a paper pocket that helps keep the burger together and toppings inside. I chose to build my burger and topped mine with grilled mushrooms, onions and their secret sauce. So many options to choose from! The fries were served hot and crispy. If you are sensitive to salt, you may want to request lightly salted. There are very few places I can go for a quick bite that fit my criteria of fast food AND eco-conscious (Chipotle and Dandelion Cafe being a few on my short list) and this one fits both quite well! read more

When I was waiting for my food I noticed a girl in the kitchen with light brownish hair not wearing a hat or hairnet! It completely ruined my appetite. Most of my office looks forward to the day that we collectively agree on this place. The burgers are incredible and therefore justify more than 1 star; the service today certainly did not. We stood at the take-out, pick-up line for almost 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged; all the while watching our large order sit there already bagged up. I don't really get the frenzy. Had the veggie burgers, they were tiny and mushy. Paid over $4.00 for a small helping of fries and THREE onion rings in the combo "meant for two to share". Craft beer selection was crap. Service was a bit harried and not really friendly in any way. Music was annoying. The food is above average for a place that only sells burgers. The place is neat and clean. Draw backs... parking is crazy... they have no parking. They are so busy there is a line of 30 people to order but seating is a free for all so maybe u seat and eat and maybe you dont. There is no hostest so its very confusing and makes you just feel weird for if you should seat sone were or not. We have been in other locations of this restaurant, and this one in Winter Park is one of the best. We went on a Friday night and the customer service was fast and the staff attentive. I got, as always, my veggie burger, the best around Florida. Crispy, delicious, tasteful, filling, it doesn't taste like the plastic l have eaten in other restaurant chains. I always tell them to put everything that can go with it. I am not a vegetarian, but this veggie burger stole my heart. I always tell my friends that after I tried this veggie burger, I stopped ordering the meat ones, not because they aren't good (my husband and children loves them) but because it tastes so good, and I don't even like vegetables much. I guess this review is based, fundamentally, in the veggie burger. Ambiance was terrific, lots of families with children and teenagers. The best burgers around and Winter Park is our favorite location. We make the drive from Winter Garden about once a month because the location is as good as the burgers. The staff is always friendly and the management comes around to check on you. Rick even cleared our table for us. I'm addicted. I admit it. And I'm OK with it. This is my pick for the best new burger joint in town. It's a very tough choice because it's not my favorite burger alone, but the whole package - burger, fries, rings, location, etc. - makes it the top. It's right on Park Ave so the people watching is brilliant and there's plenty of seating outside. The ordering process is easy and the staff is helpful. And they have those cool things you put on your table to let the staff know where you're sitting. The burger is very tasty and the patties are the perfect size. They have a lot of free toppings to add which is a nice touch. The fries are thick cut but not nearly as thick cut as the rings. HOLY CRAP! Just...wow. They're a meal on their own. I haven't had room for the shakes and concrete and other sweet stuff they offer but it all looks amazing. Also, they have two Coke Freestyle machines so, basically, it's heaven. read more

I've been going to burger fi for six months now and the first time I went it was fantastic than the next three times it was terrible. I even met with the owners to tell them what's going on and it got a little better, then went bad again after the fourth time. Then even the owner was making excuses. I have no complaints about the burgers and fries. I've never had a bad meal; however occasionally I have ordered fries just before they have changed their oil so the fries were greasy rather than being crisp and fresh. But this review is about their concretes. I live within walking distance and have been to burger fi many many times and lately their custard machines are always broken and they no longer have the hot fudge and caramel toppings. About their mysterious toppings - unless you've been there before and know what they are, they do not list their toppings anywhere anymore: not on a signboard, on the paper menu, or on the overhead menu above the counter. Nowhere! Which makes me wonder if they're phasing out the concretes. One or other of the vanilla or chocolate custard machines is oftentimes not working, they don't list their toppings anywhere, and they no longer carry the toppings they used to. So what gives Burger-fi? TL/DR: change your fry oil more often, maintain your custard machines better, bring back the hot fudge and caramel, and list your concrete toppings somewhere. read more

BurgerFi is a cool spot right on Park Ave near the end towards Rollins. The digital menus are the first thing that pops out. Burgers and fries are what you come here for. They've got all kinds of burgers and if you don't like what you see, you can build your own. For the French fries, you can get them with salt & vinegar, parmesan cheese & herbs, hot Cajun spices, cheese sauce, and chili. The onion rings are really good and unique. They've got a nice selection of beer and wine that you can order with your burger. After you order and pay, they give you a GPS device that you take to your table. That way they know where to bring your food. For soft drinks, they have full blown computer kiosks that only have one spout and a touch screen to choose your flavor. You can get all the standards but there are hundreds of combinations when it comes to customizing your own favorite. Plenty of seating options both indoors and out, but don't plan to be in and out...usually it's packed and it takes a few minutes for them to make your burger. Restaurants seem to struggle with the volume they need to cover high rent on the Ave, but his place looks like it's here to stay. We'll be back for sure. read more

Let me start by saying: we LOVE burgers. The we, being my fiance and I. We are venturing around Orlando trying new places. We had heard about BurgerFi from a friend and thought we'd check it out. Though I was skeptical bec he has steered us wrong in the past...We had a great experience! Staff: extremely friendly and helpful. Seating: indoor and outdoor, the turn over is quick so even if its packed you wont wait long for a table. Food: delicious!! I built my own burger and added a fried egg, it was messy but oh so yummy. The buns are crazy good with a cute little burgerfi stamp grilled on it! We split the onion ring/fry basket. Not my favorite style fry but good flavoring. The onion rings were really good but excessively large. We only got 3 in the order. Maybe cut them smaller so I could have more than one. No beers for us today but they have a good selection. People are squaking about prices but we found it was a little cheaper than other burger places in the winter park area so of course we were happy about that. We will definiely be back! read more

Their beef burger is not memorable, but their shakes, fries, and veggie burgers are. I love to opt for the veggie burger green style (lettuce instead of a bun) in order to indulge in the awesome sides. They use custard for their shakes and have the option to make a concrete, which is like ice cream cake in a cup! Their parmesan French fries are fresh and not greasy. When they are perfectly done, the hot and crispiness will send you into a food como. They have great additions to add on to their burgers such as egg, mushroom, and more.
