Their menu is mostly burgers, hot dogs, they have chicken wings, sandwiches and strips. They have vegan options with the impossible burger and a quinoa veggie burger. They offer the usual accompaniments French fries with toppings, onion rings fountain drinks and they offer shakes and concretes. Overall the food is okay. The big letdown was their overcooked, dried-up onion rings- greasy and just not good. I'm surprised they made it past the counter. This restaurant offers counter service, which was slower than usual. I believe perhaps new trainees? This area on Alafaya Blvd is mainly a student town with UCF across from the restaurants so their ambiance is young, modern and upbeat.

First time here with my grandmother (who is hard to please with food lol) and we LOVED it! We compared it to the standards of Shake Shack so you know it's yummy! I tried the CEO which had the wagyu beef (first time trying) and it was very fresh and the garlic jam on it was a nice touch of flavor. Overall the flavors were amazing, you can't get that mix of flavor from a McDonald's lol. Fries were good also, I need to go back and try their milkshakes but they looked appetizing! Side note: my grandma giggled with the little stamp on the bun Food & funny memory

It's overpriced, but it's good. On two occasions they charged me more for the Cajun fry upgrade that what the menu shows. I sent an email to corporate, but haven't heard back yet. Might have to call them directly. My rating may change based on how they handle the situation.

The receipt I showed them and they didn't seem to understand what free meant.

I'm giving them 1 star for the food but 0 stars for customer service. I ordered online through burgerfi website, 3 burgers and had 1 French fries reward which I redeemed. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they said I didn't have fries on the order . I then proceeded to show them my receipt on my email order confirmation that indicates free fries and redeemed on my online receipt. The older gentleman looked like I was trying to score some free food and the younger lookin college student came out from kitchen to check receipt. With that being said , he acted like it was so much extra work to go in the back to get the fries which I was rewarded. Won't be back , employees seem to be incompetent and uninterested in working.

SPICY FI'ED CHICKEN SANDWICH and ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER

We decided to order some BurgerFi for lunch since I've never had it and I was very impressed with the chicken sandwich and burger Im very picky with burgers but the bacon one was very delicious and juicy. The fries were a little soggy I wish they were a little more crunchy and cooked. Maybe because we ordered through Uber eats but I didn't like them to much, next time We will go there if anything to see.

Stopped at BurgerFi the other day to grab a quick bite to eat by myself. I have been at this location once before, and my experience this time was just as smooth as the first! This location doesn't seem to be super busy either time I went, which is definitely a plus. I ordered the BurgerFi Burger, and a side of fries. Both were really good! This isn't any crazy gourmet dining experience, but is definitely much nicer than your average fast food burger. A great spot to catch a quick lunch with a friend!

I came here thinking to get the impossible burger, but I wasn't sure (I don't like fake vegan meats), so I asked the girl at the counter and she was like, "go for the vegefi", which was what I was leaning towards while looking at the menu. So I did, I got a vegefi with small fries. It is pretty good. The fries though, are really good, although the small fries can feed two people easily. So, there, you can share fries. The location is cool, the staff helpful, the building was not designed properly but that doesn't matter. Prices reflect gourmet burger mentality.

We where not that impressed. I expected bigger burger bun. It does not come combo all separated orders. The onions ring was a bit grease the fries was soggy a bit salty too. For two small burger two regular fries and one regular onions ring $32.00

Chili Cheese Fries and a drink

Came here for lunch with a couple of coworkers. We got here a little after 11:30am and placed our orders, but it definitely got busy quick. A line formed after we filled our drinks and sat down. I ordered Chili Cheese Fries and a drink. Our orders came out quick and we were all eating within 5-10 minutes of placing our orders. The chili cheese fries were good - lathered with melted American cheese and chili. Unfortunately they had all of their ceiling fans running and it turned my fries cold quick... Great place for a quick meal! They do share parking so get here a little early to find a spot. Great and quick service!

"Cheesesteak" was served on some type a harder/denser hoagie roll, like Italian bread idk... but def not on the bread a cheesesteak should be on. & it was about 5-6 inches long, which is way smaller than we imagined considering the picture on the menu or compared to cheesesteaks served in other restaurants. Sandwiches overall were good flavor-wise. Sauces needed a stronger flavor profile, all very similar and hard to distinguish the differences. Restaurant was way bigger than we expected it to be inside. Decor was cute. Looked nice and clean in the dining room. The bathrooms were disgusting and unkept. Service was lacking. Cashier seemed new (which is fine) but the other coworkers seemed annoyed they had to assist her or that she didn't know everything. She was helpful and nice to us. Cutlery, napkins, and ketchup were hiding near the soda fountain and we weren't aware of this. Accidentally took some of the togo ketchup packets to use with our fries since we didn't know there was a ketchup dispenser. These items need to be in a better spot or the food runner should direct the customers to that area so they can get the things they need for their meals. Won't be back, but I guess we're glad we tried it. Halal certified restaurant

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

They offer beef, chicken, Impossible, and veggie patties, along with a wide variety of cheeses and buns to choose from. My Impossible Burger was tasty, but I'm not sure it quite justified the price. On our first visit, I got a very impressive looking shake loaded with toppings, unfortunately it wasn't on the menu this time around. To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.

I sadly just realized that I have never reviewed Freddy's. I have been here so often that I…read moreassumed that I already had! Time to fix that oversight. Now this review has nothing to do with that my father's name was Freddy and that my mother's favorite treat was frozen custard. But those little tidbits of information don't hurt. The warm feeling that I get when I eat frozen custard reminiscent of enjoying it on the boardwalk with my mom is renewed at Freddy's not because of the ambience of the restaurant, but because of that same delicious taste that my mind still seems to remember from long ago that I have not found anywhere else before this. But I digress. Freddy's may look like your typical fast food restaurant, but it is anything but. I already loved it for the burgers, the french fries with their wonderful sauce, and of course, the custard but now they have a salad as well. Really fresh greens with my favorite burger on top as a garnish. Low-carb great taste and totally filling. But not so filling as to not leave room for that wonderful custard. On this particular visit, I did run into an issue which I will not lower my rating because of, but want people aware of so it does not happen to them. If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.

The resturant inside was very clean, and the employees working behind the counter were very nonchalant. I ended up ordering their grilled chicken sandwich combo with their famous skinny fries. My mom got the Freddy's Original double combo with a Turtle milkshake and onion rings. The sandwich portion was big. The chicken was very juicy and tasted alright. The fries, however, were not seasoned. I had to get a salt and pepper packet to season them. At that point, they were very good, tasty, and crispy! Overall, the meal was okay. It was nothing spectacular but also nothing terrible either. As for my mom, she wasn't very impressed with her hamburger. She said the portion size was good, but she would describe the hamburger itself as "lacy." She said it was okay, but since it took us 27 minutes to get here, she said Culver's was better in quality and closer. She was underwhelmed by the onion rings. She said it was more of the fried breading and barely any onion inside. However, she did enjoy her milkshake, but struggled to suck it up through the straw. It was enjoyable to try a new establishment, but it was just a mid experience for me.
