They offer the usual accompaniments French fries with toppings, onion rings fountain drinks and they offer shakes and concretes. Overall the food is okay. The big letdown was their overcooked, dried-up onion rings- greasy and just not good. I'm surprised they made it past the counter. This restaurant offers counter service, which was slower than usual. Burger Fi in Lake Mary Florida used to be the best! My wife requested every Mothers Day to be taken there. Today (2 of us), we spent $40+ and had a terrible meal. The restaurant is dirty. While the cashier was pleasant, the food arrived, and the food was not hot. The double cheeseburger was a single. We returned everything and asked that it be remade. When it came back, the fries were hot, but the onion rings had been refried and were soaking in grease. The veggie burger my wife has always loved in the past was cold and soggy. The double cheeseburger had an additional patty added. How could this wonderful restaurant go so terribly wrong. Unfortunately, we won't be back, and it appears to us, that Burger Fi will go the way of so many mismanaged concepts. First time here with my grandmother (who is hard to please with food lol) and we LOVED it! We compared it to the standards of Shake Shack so you know it's yummy! I tried the CEO which had the wagyu beef (first time trying) and it was very fresh and the garlic jam on it was a nice touch of flavor. I'm giving them 1 star for the food but 0 stars for customer service. I ordered online through burgerfi website, 3 burgers and had 1 French fries reward which I redeemed. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they said I didn't have fries on the order . I then proceeded to show them my receipt on my email order confirmation that indicates free fries and redeemed on my online receipt. I came here thinking to get the impossible burger, but I wasn't sure (I don't like fake vegan meats), so I asked the girl at the counter and she was like, "go for the vegefi", which was what I was leaning towards while looking at the menu. So I did, I got a vegefi with small fries. It is pretty good. The fries though, are really good, although the small fries can feed two people easily. So, there, you can share fries. Everything could improve! Ordered takeout and it took 20 minutes to receive my food only to be told my order wasn't complete because the cook "accidentally threw away one of the burgers". The server said he put some extra coupons in the bag. When I got home and opened the bag the coupons had already expired two weeks ago! Came here for lunch with a couple of coworkers. We got here a little after 11:30am and placed our orders, but it definitely got busy quick. A line formed after we filled our drinks and sat down. I ordered Chili Cheese Fries and a drink. Our orders came out quick and we were all eating within 5-10 minutes of placing our orders. The chili cheese fries were good - lathered with melted American cheese and chili. Unfortunately they had all of their ceiling fans running and it turned my fries cold quick... Been to this location twice, and I can't have enough of their veggie burger! This BurgerFi is across the street from UCF's campus. It's always packed and the environment is fun and filled with students. The parking spots are limited and that's a bit of a bummer, at least in this location. However, the staff's friendliness and fast service makes up for the limited parking spots. Their veggie burger is a crispy quinoa burger with white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and Burgerfi Sauce on a multigrain bun or green style (instead of a bun, lettuce wrapped around the quinoa burger). I usually go with the bun and have no regrets. Veggie burger has never been disappointing and I always have it with fries or their bracelet fries. Great place to grab a veggie burger! read more

It's my go to for a gf burger. They offer the lettuce bun and their fries are delicious. We usually buy at the Lake Nona location in Orlando. A few months back we went there and didn't like the service, but we gave it another shot and this time their service was over the top. They are really doing a good job earning the tip, they welcome you when you walk in and bring the food to the table. So I came here with a bunch of classmates after class got out. We were putting on a charity event where a percentage of Burger Fi's profits were going towards our class organization, so we all pitched in and did the hard work. My girlfriend and I each got a burger and split an order of the Cry+Fry (Onion Rings + Hand-Cut Fries). The fries were good. Not just fries, because they're fried in peanut oil, just like at Chick-Fil-A. So they were a bit above the average, in my opinion. And the onion rings were absolutely fantastic. They were thinner than usual, which is wonderful, because when you have to many layers of onion in your rings, it makes it hard to bite all the way through. So delicious. Now for the burgers. I got the Breakfast All Day Burger (Natural Angus Burger, American Cheese, Bacon, Maple Syrup, Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Grilled Onions, Ketchup), and my girlfriend got The CEO (Double Wagyu + Brisket Blend Burger, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese). My burger was very good. The beef patty was delicious, the cheese and the bacon were on point, the maple syrup I actually couldn't tell it was there honestly, the fried egg was good, and the hash brown was strangely enough the thing on the burger that I would be the saddest if it was missing. We've all had breakfast burgers before, but the hash brown was the unique twist here, and I am a big fan. The whole thing also wasn't too greasy, which surprised me consider it was a beef patty, bacon, and a fried egg. Well done, Burger Fi. My girlfriend's burger was very interesting. First, the price was enormous. It was like $11. I understand that Wagyu is a premium ingredient, but when you cut it down with brisket and then make a patty so thin that you can't get anything more out of it than well done, it's honestly a little bit disappointing. It was ok, but I definitely wouldn't have guessed that it was made with Wagyu if I didn't already know. Also, there was nowhere near enough jam on that burger. Tomato jam is such a wonderful addition to meals sometimes, that I was excited, but alas, more disappointment. I know that last paragraph seemed pretty shameful, but that's only because I was looking at it in comparison to the price point. Keeping price out of it, like I usually do, it was delicious, and I firmly believe that this joint earned its four star review. If you like burgers come here, but don't expect gourmet. read more
