I was extremely disappointed by this spot considering I am a fan of the Aventura location. Not sure if they are using different ingredients here but I found the burger to be very bland and overcooked to the point that the outside had a slight crunch. Also, I have never liked the crappy iceberg lettuce that comes on Burger-Fi's burgers and now that the burger is not up to par the lettuce makes it even worse. In addition, it took an inordinate amount of time to order. I think the cashiers here need more training. The worst part of the meal in my opinion is that they charge $2.75 for a soft drink!! Hey I think the machines are cool, but for that price they should rub one out for you too. It sucks that you get such an inconsistent experience across two restaurants of the same chain, Shake Shack definitely kills Burger-Fi in this area - you get the same awesome burger no matter what location you go to. read more

Some of the best burgers ive ever had! Better than five guys without the grease. They a la carte just about everything so a full meal with a drink can easily run you about $10-15. Stopped in for the frozen custard cone. The flavor is not as rich and heavy as you would expect from say, Rita's frozen custard. Burgerfi's custard ice cream does have a ultra smooth, fluffy texture similar to Dairy Queen's soft serve. The cone is a plain waffle style, sturdy with a nice crunch. You have an option of vanilla, chocolate, or swirl and can add a few of the usual toppings for a few cents more. Great option for a quick, inexpensive dessert at $1.67. read more

This place is awesome I eat here about once a month. And always get the B.A.D.(breakfast all day) burger and it never lets me down. The staff at this location always is smiling and complimenting your choice of meal and even sometimes telling you things you could add to it. The fries are awesome as well not an onion right fan but I have tried them and man they are HUGE. And a huge plus is the coke free machine. I think all restaurants should have them it gives everyone a choice of something rot drink I highly recommend giving this place a try it won't let you down! read more

Today was the 2nd time this week that I order burgerfi! Their burgers are AMAZING and so are the cajun fries. I always order the cheeseburger and add bacon and truffle aoli and it's so freaking tasty. The first time we went their internet was down and they didn't charge my two burgers! In the age of more interesting burger joints, BurgerFi makes its mark on the genre. If you've eaten at SmashBurger and Five Guys, BurgerFi is more of a mix of the two. You get the more upscale choice of sandwiches offered at SmashBurger with the flavor and ambiance of Five Guys. My burger was called B.A.D. (Breakfast All Day). It consisted of a patty, sauteed onions, cheese, hash browns, bacon, a fried egg, and a side of maple syrup. Yes, you read that right, maple syrup. The thought may be strange but by golly it was pretty darned tasty! My wife had a brisket burger which she described as "okay." It was a rather firm patty made from brisket that tasted decent but she was expecting a more smokey flavor from the brisket. We shared a large Parmesan and herb fries and had two fountain drinks. The fountain drinks are the new, upscale Coke machines that will offer you a complete customization of your beverage (same type of machine found at Moe's Southwest Grill). While I normally love Parmesan fries, I would likely not order it again from BurgerFi. While it doesn't sound plausible, there was way too much Parmesan on the fries which detracted from the taste. Like SmashBurger and Five Guys, you can start with a basic burger and build your way up with a large selection of both free and premium items. Your burger can be on a bun or with lettuce (or, like me, just skip both). They also offer a nice-looking selection of hot dogs. The patties are a bit on the small side, especially when you consider the cost. However, they are seasoned well. Thankfully, we're eating smaller portions so we weren't overly bothered. But, I've seen several other reviews that make the same point. Speaking of cost, the bill for two of us came to $28 and some change. That's on the high-end for semi-fast food. You'll spend less at Red Robin and have a larger meal. read more

The vibe, the food, the way it's served, it all reminds me of shake shack! Haha. And it may be as good or even better! Anywho, delicious burger joint. Their main burgers are a double patty burger with or without cheese, with tomato, lettuce, and onions. They have this crazy breakfast burger that has a patty, an egg, a hash brown, and drizzled with maple syrup. You can also make you're own custom burger. If you get fries just get a regular, they literally pile on the fries, enough to share for two people and then some. Oh, they sell alcohol there too, and some different flavors of frozen custards. You just can't go wrong with this place... it's franchising done right with excellent training! I've been to a few different locations already and every one of them is consistent. From the greeting, to the reading back of your order, to how they call things out to the kitchen, they really do a great job here. Hats off to the Franchiser that sends out the training team because the level of service and consistency is very impressive for a chain burger place! Food wise... the burgers are delicious! I get my fries well done and they're always nice and crispy... don't forget to get cheese sauce on the side with them! All in all, I'm a big Burgerfi fan... good work! I will say, if you're going here, be prepared to be full and not do much after, you do tend to get that full, lethargic feeling from having a monster burger and in most cases some fries, lol. read more

I still love the burgers and fries here, but the success of the restaurant has made the typical experience here less than ideal. I have been here 4 or 5 times and I often find the restaurant crammed with people and sometimes even waiting for a table. Initially I wrote that off, but it seems to be common and is beginning to impact my desire to return. On top of the small quarters, they provide such small water cups (think dentist size) that I usually have to interrupt my meal to refill the cup 3 or 4 times and fight through a crowd by the machine. Also, the price may be a slightly high for the burger (~$1), and the smallest fries order is usually 100% too large so I end up paying too much for fries as well (maybe offer one size smaller? ). I still enjoy the food and don't mind the cost if the crammed experience were better and up and down for a drink could be avoided. The setting can be nice if it isnt packed. read more

I went for national cheese burger day. They had specials supposedly when I got there they said it only was for participating locations and they stopped at 3pm it was 4pm. So I spend $ 30.00 for two hamburgers and a fries. Somebody please tell me again what the minimum wage is. So basically you have to work for 3 hours to afford a hamburger deal from BurgerFi.
