I am not sure about other BurgerFi locations but if anyone has ever eaten here, you would not expect the type of service you get here. It's a quick stop for great burgers and fries. To order you have to go the counter and place your order and get a beeper, sit at a table and wait until the order is done to pick up. Most of these places, you are basically on your own with getting condiments and clearing the tables yourself, but the staff here came over to offer us ketchup, brought to the table, cleared the trays and came to check on us to see how we were doing. The gentleman at the counter and staff were super friendly. The restaurant was clean and we were in and out and satisfied with great burgers and fried in a half hour. These are not "gourmet" burgers but the kind of burgers and fries you get that craving for if you are a hamburger lover. They served 2 great lean burgers, fries done perfectly, and real nice portions. The burgers come with all the fixins on them, tomatoes, onions, etc. and are really juicy. I was wondering why so many people come here, now I know. Between this and the Shake Shack location I went to in New York one afternoon, I can see why they have so many stores open and they are always busy. After a Lent-long hiatus from meat, Mark A. and I HAD to have a burger. He wanted to try some place new, so he found this spot. I already knew I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, so I went for the BurgerFi cheeseburger that has double patties (had to make up for all the burgers I missed during Lent). Delicious! Perfectly melted cheese over my patties. Bacon was extra $, but worth it. We also ordered their mix of onion rings and fries to share, Cry & Fry, I think it's called. Honestly, I was disappointed in that. Only 3 onion rings and a basket full of fries. Admittedly, the onion rings were large, but still. I asked for a mix, not a side to my side. AND the fries weren't the parmesan ones that I saw pictured on the menu. I don't know if that's only if you order fries alone or what, but I had assumed it was the same. I had to add my own salt, even. I would come back, though, not just to try the parmesan fries but also because service was extremely friendly. The guy behind the counter just had a warm personality, joked around, and checked up on us outside after we ordered their Oh My Chocolate Concrete, which was pretty good, btw, even though we were super full. Not great. Five Guys does burgers better. The burgers on the menu are all kind of heavy. My partner had a B.A.D (Breakfast All Day) which consisted of a hamburger patty, cheese, fried egg, maple syrup and hash browns on a bun. I had a chicken dog. We split a Cry Fry which is just a basket of onion rings and fries. Everything was pretty much soaking in grease and all mushed together didn't taste like much. For the price, it was pretty disappointing. The onion rings were fairly good, but what really killed it for me was the fries. BurgerFi advertises that they use only peanut oil...and with the fries, you can definitely taste it. The fries were soaking in oil that tasted of peanuts, and it was to heavy that it made the rest of my meal taste like peanuts too. Skip BurgerFi and go to Five Guys instead...it may not have any parmesan fries or a secret menu, but they do the one thing right that a burger place should do: make great burgers. read more

5 stars for a fast(ish) food burger place?! I know, I know, so unlike me considering I don't eat burgers and a 5 star from me is a pretty rare occasion... but I had the veggie burger and it was masterful. I'm really not a big fan of veggie burgers in general, and usually find them to be too hard, too soft, weird flavor, weird texture, nasty after taste, etc. But after hearing some really great things about BurgerFi's quinoa burger, I gave it a shot for myself. Maybe it's because I don't participate in a burger experience often.. or ever for that matter, so when I find a veggie burger that doesn't make my tongue feel furry, it makes it that much better. And bonus points for being 520 calories! The burger comes with their special BurgerFi sauce, which I considered omitting knowing it's mayo based... seeing as I would rather lick (another) fence pole than willingly eat mayo. However, I ordered the quinoa burger as is, and the BurgerFi sauce was really a must-have. I had the fries too and they were good, not the slightest bit greasy, but they were definitely over salted. The service as fast and friendly, and the place was clean albeit super croweded. While I sat and ate, someone was walking around offering a sample of their custard which was delish. They have those niffty coke machines where you can create your own flavors for those who drink soda, and overall offer a good experience for a fast but quality lunch. read more

The hamburgers here are good--they are very juicy and they tend to fall apart. They remind me of the ones at some Wendy's locations when they are not being made by despondent teenagers. (Sorry, I was one of you once, too.) The staff here always seem super nice and they usually don't screw up your order too badly. (Where did that lettuce come from--I didn't order it!) I don't see the point of the brisket burger. I really can't taste much of a difference and there really should be one if I'm paying $3 extra. The fries are good, as are the onion rings. I have been to this location twice already and both times I left very happy and satisfied. The location is great and the restaurant has seating outside and inside. If you seat on the inside you can check out the cool fans they have... they are huge... Enough about the place lets talk food. The first time I ordered the BurgerFi burger (Double natural angus burger, lettuce, tomato, and burgerfi sauce) and Cry & Fries (combination of onion rings and French fries). I waited for a little bit and my delicious meal was prepared. The burger was juicy, flavorful and just right and the combination of onion rings and fries was perfectly huge, but also delicious. The second time I wanted a regular burger so I just made my own (Single with cheese, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes and onions) with a side of fries with Parmesan Cheese & Herbs. First of all the side of fries was huge and are a must try I was full and just kept going for more because they are sooooo good. The burger was perfect as usual. BurgerFi in general has good food, not too greasy and cooked just right. Their shakes are amazing, and for sure give me a sugar rush. The reason I am writing this review isn't because of the awesome food, but because of the staff that work there. When I did a quick stop (to grab some food before class), I overheard a conversation between what seemed to be an employee, manager and a customer. I might have been a tiny bit nosy (but I didn't make it obvious), but I love how much respect these two gentlemen gave to this older lady. They were making jokes, and simply having a conversation. Customer service in this sense is amazing and should happen more. When people feel welcomed by staff, they will come back not only for the food, but for the atmosphere this place holds. Always love my Burger-Fi. I happened to go in earlier this week and use my ten percent off yelp coupon that I got when checking in a previous time. My family and I ordered our burgers and cry fry (urban style) and drinks and I presented my ten percent off thing on my phone. The cashier didnt quite know what to do and called the manager on shift over. He was very nice and checked out my time ticking coupon that would no longer be valid in just over 3 minutes. Slight anxiety took over as: a)my phone was being passed around and its so...personal lol! b)a line was forming behind me and I am easily embarrased and hate drawing attention to myself and c) he said oh, youre a yelp elite! I was embarrassed (south park episode about yelp coming to mind) but thats just me as he could not have been any nicer, finishing off my transaction and honoring my coupon. Food was on point as it always is, it is never wrong. All of our burgers are so individually different and yet always exactly right at Burger-Fi. The onion rings are my favorite. These onion rings are the king of onion rings. I will tell you how good they are. I had one leftover in the bag and lefr the bag on my kitchen table. The next morning I enjoyed that onion ring, in all its soft, glorious greasiness and I think perhaps it was the best onion ring I have ever had. Ever. The staff here is always friendly, we often call ahead for pick up which is always convenient if you want to bypass the line. Really fresh, made to order food, even hotdogs and veggie burgers as an alternative. You cant go wrong. Also, get the vanilla custard it is so creamy and rich. I've been wanting to try BurgerFi for years but haven't had the chance til now. And what a tasty burger! I would compare BurgerFi to the likes of Shake Shack and Five Guys. But these guys are at the top. The standard burger is a double patty of meaty goodness. Their signature sauce is mayo based and goes well with the fries, which are more similar to five guys. They also serve frozen custard from which they offer in a variety of shakes and concretes (their version of the DQ blizzard). Tip: Ask for the fries well done if you like em crispy! read more

I've been dying to try BurgerFi and finally I decided to order on my way home from work ! I was not disappointed. I ordered the BurgerFi as is for myself and honey and he was happy when I opened the bag since he thought I was getting Wendy's lol. I'm not a huge fan of angus burger I also go for chicken but This burger was calling my name for some time. My hubby loved his burger and enjoyed every bite of it. I also really loved this Burger would have it again! It did feel me up and I didn't feel like it needed anything extra added to it. I also ordered the bucket of fries as a side to share with the kids and shit they were not kidding about bucket of fries between four of us we didn't finish it. The fries are not my favorite I would probably try other options. I felt like the fries were soggy. Not sure if it was because I took them to go but they were still hot when I got home. I don't live to far. If you do get side of fries don't forget to order a side of Aoli sauce huge fan even though all restaurants charge for this magical sauce I always need my fries and Aoli sauce! I'm a northerner who recently relocated to the sunny state and came across this gem of a restaurant while my daughter, who only eats plant based, was in town for the holidays. They offered a plant based burger so she was excited to try it. Ohhhh what a delight!! She said she couldn't tell a difference from a regular burger. Ever since I became a vegetarian it's been a challenge to find a decent "burger". Luckily BurgerFi came to the rescue with their Beyond Burger selection! So when I'm craving a burger this is my go to spot! Their onion rings are amazing too!! Also there was one time my order was not up to their normal standards, the manager quickly gave me a refund and offered a meal on him. That's customer service!! I highly recommend them!!
