I've tried Burgerfi's beyond burger before and thoroughly enjoyed it, this time around I ordered the the Ultimate Bacon Cheesburger. Unfortunately, the meat lacked flavor. The taste of the cheese was overpowering any other flavor in the burger. I added ketchup to see if that would help, it did not. It's funny to me how the Beyond Burger with no meat had more favor than this burger. I realize every location has different cooks, so take this review with a grain of salt. Maybe not all the Ultimate Bacon Cheesburger's are tasteless, but mine was. Besides the meal itself my service was fine. I had ordered to pick up and my food was ready when I got there. read more

The Beyond Burger was really great. It is their vegetarian sandwich. You will not be disappointed at all. Tastes just as good, if not better, than the meat burgers. What I like about this particular location is the overall friendliness of the staff. The manager Mike came by and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and made some recommendations for future orders. Really excellent customer service!!! BurgerFi is easily one of my favorite places to eat. They have very quick service, friendly staff and clean indoor and outdoor spaces to eat your meals wich is very convenient when the weather gets bad and ofcourse they have amazing burgers! My favorite is the Burgerfi Bacon Cheeseburger ! It is AMAZING. And ofcourse they've got a wide variety like other kinds of veggie burgers and sides, delicious hot dogs and shakes + kids meals! I'm a burger lover and this place never disappoints. Fresh, juicy patties, perfect bread, crisp bacon, great cheese, delicious sauces; it all comes together for a perfect treat. The fries are delicious and plentiful and the onion rings are huge and perfectly cooked. I also love the staff; they are all young and well trained, they constantly smile and check on you on ocassion, not too intrusive and very nice to the customers. The good, #1 nice fresh burgers made with good ingredients, including an excellent fresh bun. #2 The employees were polite and helpful. The bad, #1 $10 for a burger the size of a $2 McDonald's offering is ridiculous. #2 The fries could be good, but came out limp greasy and gross. I think they would be better if ordered well done. #3 The restaurant itself, dirty bare concrete floors, dirty tables, with uncomfortable metal chairs and over flowing trashcans. Everything was freshly made. The burger was well done and made to order. My burger wasn't heavy or to thick. It was a nice atmosphere. Quick and clean services. Neat place with friendly atmosphere and inside and outside seating.   This visit I had the BurgerFi Cheesburger - Double natural angus burger with american cheese, lettuce, tomato and BurgerFi sauce on a special BurgerFi branded bun.  This burger was unbelievably good.  It was served with a large order of fries scattered over the tray.  I don't see how anyone could eat all those fries.   Really like the drink machine .... High tech, state of the art with a hugh selection of brands and flavors. This is one of the best restaurants I've found for burgers and other related,delicious goodies. read more

BurgerFi never disappoints, it's definitely a big step above your average fast food burger spot. They're veggie burgers are the best. They also have lighter choice such as lettuce instead of the bun. Their fries are yummy and actually made from real potatoes. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for all around. The customer service also isn't too bad. read more

Update! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that my husband and I have gone back to this Burger Fi WEEKLY since I posted this review a year ago, and it's still amazing. Every. Single. Time. It's probably the most consistent restaurant I've ever eaten at - that's why we've made it a weekly ritual. Staff is the same since last year, which helps. They also have an app now, and you get $5 off of every $50 you spend, so that helps when you go as much as we do. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. It's expensive for what you get. It's good, don't get me wrong, but the price point for me seemed high. I got a plain cheeseburger. The meat was good, the bun was fresh, and I enjoyed it. My husband had bacon cheeseburger, which he enjoyed. We split an order of fries & onion rings. Our tab with 2 large drinks added was about $30. I commend them for using the Coke Freestyle machine to offer a wide variety of drinks. I also liked seeing that they only use peanut oil to fry. The onion rings were too big and too greasy, though. And the fries were limp and soggy. Probably an oil temperature issue there that is easily fixed. Service was good. The chairs were uncomfortable and the open door was gathering mosquitos, but overall not a bad atmosphere. I felt everyone very relaxed and chill there. My biggest complaint is the small burger, big price. read more

First and foremost companies have a lot to learn from BurgerFi about Customer Service! It was exceptionally good in the follow up and finding out what went wrong, etc. Kudos to BurgerFi! So because of it I decided to try them out again and actually was super surprised. Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger was totally worth not worrying about cholesterol for a day. :) The onion rings were perfect. Waiting at Costco for new tires and we were feeling a bit thristy so we ventured over to the shopping center next door and came upon BurgerFi. I asked the server for two soft drinks and went to pay with cash or credit. When I offered up cash as payment but didn't have the exact change, the server said, "no worries, it's on us." In times like these when we are all joining together to bring back what we knew before as our normalcy, acts of kindness like this helps to shine a light on the day. This restaurant's mindset is spot on when wanting to take care of their customers.
