It's about time I got around to reviewing BurgerFi. I've been countless times but have yet to leave my take of their fare. I have a weakness for their cheeseburger. It comes standard with double meat patties and double American cheese (yes!). It is absolutely indulgent and exactly what a fast food burger should be. Hot, quickly served, packed with flavor, and epically satisfying. It's served with lettuce, tomato, an option of onions, and their BurgerFi sauce (which to me, tastes like a combo of mayo, ketchup, and a hint of dijon mustard.) Now the burger is awesome, but the fries are not my favorite. They are overly greasy, which sounds absurd, but to me, fries need to have a crisp bite. These are a bit on the mushy side and overly saturated with oil. While their fries portions are generous, I just never really want to finish them, which is what holds me back from giving BurgerFi a 5 star review. Their fry game doesn't stop me from going back though, as their burger is delicious. read more

I had the double cheeseburger, onion rings, and fountain drink... $19.76. waaaaayyyy overpriced. The burger was perfectly average, not bad, not great, and entirely forgettable. The onion rings were huge but had zero flavors other than grease, which they were dripping with. Love me some BurgerFi it's honestly one of the best burgers and pretty consistent between locations. This review isn't about food it's about service. It's not every day you come across a cashier/server like Kendrick! His super positive attitude made our tables day ! He's super helpful and has an A+ super attitude like seriously promote this guy and have him train others on how to promote happiness in the work place, you can tell he enjoys life and refuses to let life tax him. Awesome burgers. Very juicy and you can customize the topping however you like from eggs to mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, bacon and more. I highly recommed the CEO burger so tasty. The onion rings are crispy and well seasoned. If you get them be sure to ask for the Burger Fi sauce. Also the chili cheese fries are amazing. The cheese is a creamy chedder and the chili is not too spicy but full of tomatoe based flavor with small chuncks of ground beef. To wash it all down they have a flavor soda machi e or some fresh brew tea. Price wise they are comparable to mcdonalds but with a gourmet taste. Plus they have really fast service. This location is terrrible. Went in for take out and asked for greenstyle-- I asked them to put the lettuce bun in a separate bag so it didn't wilt by the time I got home. For some reason this seemed to be quite confusing. I ordered my cheeseburger the way it comes with lettuce pickles and burger fi sauce but no one of that was on my burger when I got home. Two training employees were taking up tables on iPads during prime times at dinner. Every time I order take out it's never what I pay for. You're better off waiting for burger21 to mail out coupons for bogo free burgers. Burger fi is nothing better and very slack on listening to details. read more

I got the Burgerfi bacon and cheese burger. This Burger was big and filling. I love how the burger patty was juicy and the bread was really soft. I order a large fries with Parmesan and herd and it was delicious. A lot of Parmesan and herb, that's how I like it. My Boyfriend order the CEO burger with brisket bacon and truffle aioli. I tasted his burger and it was alright his patty wasn't as juicy as mine. I didn't really taste the brisket or truffle. It almost felt like a burger. I'm not super picky with burger because I love burgers but I know my boyfriend was disappointed with the burger. I'm rating it a 4 because my overall experience was good, clean and I liked my food. We also received the free Custer for checking into yelp I got chocolate with Oreos and I really like the free Custer. I wanted a shake but by then I was too full. read more

When people think of veggie burgers, it's usually a turn off, but Burger Fi will not disappoint anyone that's willing to try their veggie burger, whether you're a vegetarian or vegan or not...it's pretty damn good. Amazing burgers! I came in three minutes before closing and the staff was nice enough to get my order in for me! I would like to point out three young ladies that greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in, it was the end of the day and they must've been exhausted but they were sweeter than pie! Diana! Only drawback was the spacing of tables, but I don't think that can be controlled. Overall lovely experience. read more

The cashier Maikaila who attended me during my evening at burgerfi last night was horrendous. I ordered the breakfast burger understanding it has no vegetables. As I proceeded to order this burger, I told her "May I add on it lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, and Avocado?". She then says "you're gonna add ALL that to the burger?"; embarrassed by her response, I then decide to switch my option to the regular cheeseburger and chose to add grilled onions and an onion ring on this one instead and she continues to question me again saying "so you're gonna get grilled onions AND an onion ring on it?". At this point, I said yes and she turns to her coworker in the kitchen and says a comment to him and they both begin laughing. I truly felt like I experienced a form of weight shaming last night with what happened towards me. Burgerfi is wonderful but I will not be returning to this location. read more

While visiting my grandmother who lives in Cooper City, we decided to try BurgerFi for the first time. The initial allure of this restaurant was the "free custard deal" for National Custard Day. We saw an ad online regarding free custard and subsequently looked at the menu. We were pleased at the selection and thus we visited BurgerFi for the first time. We arrived around lunchtime so it was expectedly packed. The line was out the door but that gave us time to look over the menu. You order at the counter and they hand you a buzzer. Once your food is ready, your buzzer notifies you and you pick up your food at the counter. My grandmother ordered the CEO burger which comes with Wagyu beef (need I say more?!) and I ordered the cheeseburger. Additionally, we ordered a side of cheese fries. Unfortunately, there is little seating space inside the restaurant. We stood inside the restaurant with food in hand waiting for a seat to vacate. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but with the hellacious summer weather, we did not want to venture outdoors. Eventually, a table opened and my grandmother and I indulged in our delicious burgers. The burgers themselves were cooked to perfection -- juicy, tasty, and the right amount of flavor. The buns were excellent and even had a "BurgerFi" stamp on the top; an excellent touch! The cheese fries were also yummy -- beware, they do not come with bacon as one would suspect. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience at BurgerFi. Besides the lack of seating, this place is truly yummy. read more
